This Vrbo is not furnished as a rental. This is a beautifully curated home. It is a jewelry box filled with art . Vrbo properties always claim to be in good locations. This place sits quietly behind the Plaza. Every museum and restaurant is within a five minute walk. I miss it already.

I hesitate to start with the location, but to be on a quiet street one block off the Santa Fe Plaza is simply remarkable. The house is within walking distance of a slew of museums, shops and restaurants. Having dedicated parking in front of the property is another big plus. The house itself was perfect for two couples. It is beautifully decorated, spacious, fully stocked, and represents the best of Santa Fe taste.

We loved the location of this house, and the layout -- 2 bedrooms and 2 baths that feel "equal" -- is perfect for two friends or two couples. Perfectly appointed kitchen, warm living room, sweet outdoor coffee spot (if the weather serves). Felt private and gorgeously "Santa Fe," while being so close to the plaza. Topped off with an easy parking spot. What could be better?

This home is just perfection! The location is great… a block off the square. It’s very clean and well stocked. The home is filled with that cozy, artsy Santa Fe feeling including the cute enclosed outdoor patio which offers another spot to relax or have a meal. Communication with Carolyn is fast, friendly, and very helpful. Checking in and out was a breeze. It’s obvious Carolyn takes great pride in this beautiful home and we enjoyed every second of our time there. We will be back!

We stayed here with my brother-in-law and his wife. Location couldn’t be better. We walked to every meal but one. The square was two blocks away. We watched the eclipse from one block away. Georgia O’Keefe museum a five minute walk. Great shopping minutes from house and we could walk to canyon road. House was very comfortable for four adults. We would definitely stay here again.

Review of Santa Fe VRBO
How does one describe a near perfect vacation? My wife and I have traveled to Santa Fe at least 20 times over the past 30 years. It is one of my favorite spots on the globe. We have stayed in a variety of places. This residence is the best place we've ever stayed in Santa Fe.
First, the location is ideal. It is only two blocks from the town Square, which is surrounded by or very close to restaurants and shops. Despite being so close to the town Square, it sits on a quiet street, and there is almost no noise. You feel quiet and secluded despite being so close to things. This residence marvelously combines solitude and quiet with remarkable proximity.
Second, the house is beautifully appointed. The owner is an artist, and her wonderful art pieces fill the house. (Some of those art pieces are for sale.) The furnishings and art are tasteful, creative, and imaginative. Every room had something interesting to look at. The house itself is immaculate. The layout of the house maximizes privacy. Third, the house contains an absolutely wonderful patio accessible from either the Living Room or master bedroom. It is surrounded by the house itself on one side and a beautiful 6-foot attractive wall on the street side. It is remarkably quiet and private. My wife rates this stay the best we have ever had in Santa Fe, which is saying a lot since we have vacationed in Santa Fe so often. We cannot wait to return.

We wanted an "in-town" charming home to lay our heads for our Girls Getaway! Our stay was perfect! We had the convenience of a home (kitchen, living room, wonderful beds) within 2 blocks of the main plaza. Our owner is an incredible artist with many of her pieces displayed (and for sale!) in her home. The home was immaculate and Carolynn was very responsive to our texts. We would happily stay again!

This is a roomy two bedroom two bath house set close to downtown. Very convenient for two couples or a small family Well equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, den/ office and large entryway/sitting area with a bookcase full of books to enjoy. Nice patio, very pleasant for dining or relaxing. My daughter and I were very comfortable during our stay.

Carolyn was responsive and kind when we had a problem. The place is beautiful and great location. Our only problem was the lack of heat in the master bedroom and the loud heating system throughout the home.

This is the perfect small home for a couple, or 2 couples. The location cannot be beat, just a quick walk from the square and all the shops and restaurants. The home is obviously decorated by a very creative professional designer, with great touches and very comfortable beds! No detail was overlooked, from instructions for the cozy kiva fireplace, to cookware and kitchen gear, to bathroom amenities. We will be back.

The pictures do not do this house justice. From the art to the decorations to linens on the bed, this is a designer's dream house. No detail was spared. The house was so well appointed from the kitchen to the bathrooms. And oh, the robe - my favorite! The house was so quiet and you really can't ask for a better location to the square and all the activities in Santa Fe! This is probably our favorite rental EVER! Thank you for making our anniversary trip so very special! We will definitely be back!

Casa Drome was even better than expected. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance to the plaza and other sights including Canyon Road and only a 10-15 minutes drive to the mountains for hiking. Casa Drome was beautifully decorated and very well equipped with everything you might need including all of the condiments in the kitchen. We enjoyed the loveIy enclosed patio too for lunch and happy hour. I look forward to returning soon and highly recommend this lovely home when in Santa Fe.

Loved it! At first we were afraid the are may be noisy being close to the plaza, but to our surprise it was very quiet and comfortable. The host replied to our questions quickly. Had everything we needed when we arrived and plenty room for 3 of us. Definitely will stay there again.

The location couldn’t be better for visiting downtown Santa Fe - just steps from everything. The house is roomy and we enjoyed having the outside patio, lovely living room, and large eat in kitchen. It is a bit noisy around the house since it is surrounded by businesses. We would stay here again though all things considered.

This was a wonderful little house within walking distance to all things plaza related. We walked to all of our meals and shopping. We brought our pup with us and had plenty of places to walk him around the property including a nice little park just a couple of blocks away. Smart tv and comfy beds as well. I highly recommend without reservation.

We were with-in walking distance of favorite top-rated restaurants and bar, museums, shops, and Southwest Cooking School. Carolynn has furnished and stocked casa DROME with everything you need for a comfortable stay, whether relaxing or entertaining (butler on call if needed).
