Entrando nello storico La Quinta Cove, dove negli anni '30 fu costruito il primo campo da golf nell'intera area di Palm Springs, si scorgono le maestose montagne di Santa Rosa che circondano la baia. Mentre ti avvicini alla tua oasi nel deserto con un lussureggiante paesaggio di cactus, la vista delle montagne diventa mozzafiato perché sei così vicino a loro. Quindi si entra nel cancello del proprio resort privato con un cortile completamente recintato e patio. Noti la piscina di acqua salata di recente costruzione con una cascata rilassante e una zona barbecue. My mom, her best friend, and I stayed at this property for a week visiting from Michigan. My kids were visiting their father and we used this time to relax poolside, watched movies, went to street fair on Thursday, local restaurants and shops, Joshua tree, and more pool time. The misters pool side were amazing since it was 120 during the week we were in town. The hosts were amazing and We seriously loved everything about this stay and was much needed for all of us during this time in our lives to heal and grieve. Highly recommended! Five stars! ⭐️ Bonus: bikes in garage to get out and soak in the legit views in the neighborhood!

We truly enjoyed our stay in La Quinta. The home was the perfect space for our family of four and the yard with the pool was a perfect place to relax, listen to music, and share family memories. We explored the lovely surrounding area, ate at a couple of nice places (highly recommend Stuft!), and had a lovely time at the home. If we come back to the area, my first move will be to check for availability here again!

This place is an absolute gem. You can't hope or wish for a better spot to land. Traveling here from Tenn for our first family vacation/celebration of a new high school graduate. Upon entering we were immediately at awe when we saw the view of the mountains within walking distance. The pool/ spa area and the outdoor space was magnificently maintained and beautiful. The house is stunning and just what we needed in order for everyone to have their own little space wether your inside or outside. It's hard to find 3 king beds and TV's in every room. The house was fully shocked upon our arrival. We stayed 9 days and never wanted for anything from toilet paper to cleaning supplies. This conveniently allowed our family to spend more time together and less time running errands to make sure we had everything. We really only had to supply our meals. We thoroughly enjoyed the use of the pool and spa which we enjoyed every night. We also loved that they had pool toys and bicycles that we could ride between my sister's residents and our rental instead of firing up a vehicle everytime. The house was incredibly clean and obviously well maintained. We had not one issue and think we were either real lucky or extremely blessed to end up with this place. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVED OUR STAY AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS RENTAL!!! Thank you to the owners Skip and Monica for an absolutely wonderful offering. They were very welcoming, and responded to any communications we initiated.

This property worked well for a small family gathering over Christmas. We had plenty of room and the view, pool and hot tub were great. The kitchen is pretty well stocked and the host was very responsive to questions i had prior to arriving about the availability of kitchen items. The hosts were very responsive and helpful in general.

My family and I were on a week long road trip. Three days camping and 3 days at Skip and Monica’s beautiful home. But, it didn’t quite work out that way. On our third day to camp, in Joshua Tree, we were going to get rained out. I really didn’t want to put up a tent in the rain, especially for one day. So, I messaged Skip in VRBO, regarding availability of the home, a day prior to our original reservation. Not only did Monica respond via the app, but called me directly.
Very pleasant and informed us that they were just finishing up putting up a new TV in the living room and Skip was finishing up on the garage door. She informed us the home was ready and the amount of time it would take us to get there, it would be available to us. We arrived at the home and the bonus of the trip was actually getting to meet our host Skip and Monica. It truly was one of the best moments of the trip.
My wife and l spoke with them for at least an hour. It was part update on the updates to the home, part informational on local activities and the rest just good old fashion conversation. The next morning Skip left a message regarding great bike trails. Great guy!
This is our second time staying at the property and will definitely not be our last. The home is beautiful, spacious and literally has everything you need for a vacation. And the best part, communicative accommodating host. Until next time, thank you Skip and Monica, you two are jewels!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful location. The city of La Quinta is very charming & the location of the home is 2nd to none, right at the base of a mountain. We enjoyed a day trip to Joshua Tree National Park, and it was wonderful to have a refreshing swim in the private pool after a long day in the sun. Our hosts were wonderfully responsive & their home well-appointed. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

My daughter & I enjoyed much needed break together and soaked up the sunshine & enjoyed our stay thoroughly - well maintained property with all the necessary amenities. My husband and I are two senior citizens looking to escape the cold, dreary Chicago weather and Skip & Monica's home was just the ticket for us! We loved the spa for relaxing tired muscles after a day of hiking and everything about the house was just right. The decor is lovely and you have everything you need there. The listing and pictures are 100% accurate. I would highly recommend this lovely vacation getaway!

We loved our time here and were sad to leave. It's a beautiful house and property, spacious and clean. The pool and hot tub were a highlight and the pool was always so warm, it didn't need heating. The location was stunning, and we rode the supplied bikes thru the neighborhood.
The location was awesome and very central to a lot of areas, within walking distance the Old Town Village.

The communication with the owner Skip was very easy. Responses were very quick.
Needed washcloths in the bathrooms and dish cloths in the kitchen. Lysol spray would have been good fir the garbage cans. More wines glasses needed as well.
We loved the amount of shade in the pool and the umbrellas. TV was easy to navigate and check in was a breeze.
Pictures of the pool and dining area looked a lot bigger than actual size.
2 people in our party were not able to make it so plenty of room for the 2 of us.

The five star ratings are well deserved. The pictures online are accurate. It is a beautiful property that is in a very nice area and only a few minutes drive to parks and a ton of eateries. Check in was super simple. The property has everything you need. Huge garage, pool toys, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, you name it. The laundry room was a great bonus. It was my wife’s birthday weekend and Skip and Banesa had a birthday hat and banner in the kitchen for her. I didn’t ask for them to go that extra mile, but they did. A great sign of an awesome owner and manager. Hit a bit of a snag with the spa remote, but Skip and Banesa took care of it in a blink. Communication was excellent. We spent a ton of time in the pool. Just big enough to relax and for my twins to have a ball. This home is definitely on our get away list. Thank you Skip, Monica andBanesa. See you next time!

This is one of the cleanest rentals I have stayed in. The house and backyard were beautiful and we loved every minute here. Our dog loved the backyard space as well. The only negative was that there were a lot of water bugs in the pool that bite.

Perfect for a relaxing weekend!
We visited for a long weekend away and I was thoroughly pleased with the property. Everything was incredibly smooth and easy. Communication was prompt and friendly. The check in/out process was easy peasy. No complicated instructions, just clear guidelines. Everything was clean and well thought out. We have stayed at some properties where just using the television is a hassle. I think there may have been a water softener or filtration system because the shower water was so nice! Comfy bed, the perfect blanket for the weather. Fantastic patio and pool, the misters were a nice treat for our dog. Using the pool was easy to, no crazy instruction necessary. My favorite feature was the view of the mountains from the pool, sunsets were divine. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. I could not find a single thing to complain about. In case it is unclear, I would recommend this property and would stay again.

Skip’s property was great. We had Chinese food delivered from Canton Bistro one night which was really good. We cooked the other nights and the kitchen was stocked with just about everything we needed. Property and house were clean and we enjoyed our time in the pool and nicely manicured backyard. We brought our pool mats to float around in the pool. Furniture was all very comfy. We will definitely book this property again!!

This property is exactly as pictured and described. King memory foam beds in all 3 rooms with smart TVs. Everything you’d need in the kitchen and bar area. Nice towels - both bath and pool. Comfortable patio furniture. Fire pit. Cruiser bicycles. It was so nice to relax with friends. And the owner/property manager responded to questions within minutes. Felt very VIP. We’ll be back!

Wonderful Cove Cottage stay
We loved spending the month of March in the Cove Cottage. When we were not busy (Indian Wells tennis tournament, tennis in the local park, golf, walking with our dog in the La Quinta Cove Oasis Trails, we relaxed by the wonderful (and heated!) pool and waterfall. This is the nicest property we have stayed at in La Quinta, well maintained, well equipped, great communication with the property manager and the owner. We would definitely want to return here. Thanks Chip!
