Everything couldn’t have been better. The place was top rate. I enjoyed it so much I was afraid they were going to have to evict me. I was sorry to hear the following days were booked because I definitely could’ve stayed longer. Not a single thing needs to be changed or upgraded.

This is our 2nd time staying at the property and we will definitely be back. The location is amazing and the property is very updated and even has a new golf cart from our last stay. Love it!

My husband and I had a great trip to Fripp. The condo was wonderful. The beautiful updated property, golf cart and short walk to the beach were all awesome . We will definitely rent this property again. ☀️

We love Fripp and this villa was in the perfect locations and was the perfect size for our family of 4.

We’ve been visiting Fripp for 9 years and #109 was our favorite condo yet! Furnishings & renovations are lovely & beautiful. Great open floor layout & very comfortable. We loved playing cards on the patio overlooking the beach. Appreciated the ramp instead of stairs to the beach- made pulling our beach cart much easier. The golf cart with the condo was awesome fun. We will stay in #109 again!

The property was fantastic. Everything was perfect. We loved the 75' TV, especially for March Madness.

The unit was very nice and amazingly equipped. Kitchen was not lacking any utensils or cooking equipment. Grill outside was great as well. The location was perfect! We will be returning to Fripp and hope this unit is available! Only wish we could've stayed longer!

The location of this condo is beyond amazing. Easy access to the beach, easy walk. It is also close to the adult pool and the new mexican restaurant that opened this year. The condo was modern and clean. Loved everything about our stay.

Our 3rd trip to Fripp and this villa was everything we hoped it would be. Beautifully decorated and up to date. Everything we needed for a week's stay, not a single thing I could suggest for improvement. The 2 bedroom set up is more like 2 master suites which was perfect for our family. Definitely rent a golf cart because the late afternoon rides are the best part of the day,

We loved this villa. Great location and perfect for our family. Only problem was a dirty comforter. Within a short time of reporting, a brand new comforter was provided. Pleased with response and have already booked again.

109 JFV was an excellent location with a short walk to the beach, Olympic pool, or food court. The views are amazing. My husband’s entire family was staying on the island while we were there but in different locations. All 20 came to our place for family photos because it was such a gorgeous spot. We will certainly consider this Villa again.

The location is great. No complaints about that but for what we paid for 2 nights the unit itself left a lot to be desired. Looks like something out of the 80’s! I actually had the same chairs that were around the kitchen table at my house in 1984! The master bed had 2 “waves” in it that could be seen through the quilt that covered it. The toilet in the bathroom was loose so every time someone would sit on it, it made quite a loud noise. The shower knob was also very loose and felt like it would fall off any time you turned it and the shower spray wasn’t much better. There were so many beach chairs etc in the closet (that was in the bathroom) that you literally couldn’t step into it to put any hanging in it. The TV in the living/family room was the only item that looked like it was purchased within the last year unfortunately the cable wasn’t working for a couple hours one day. The kitchen cabinets were all crooked and peeling because they are so old. The laminate countertop wasn’t much better. A couple of the 80’s chairs that were around the table were missing screws to hold the backs on so they were unusable. The washer/dryer (which looked to be fairly new) were so big that there were no doors in the closet area which housed them because they stuck out so far beyond the opening that the doors had to be taken off by the installers I assume. Overall the entire unit was less than desirable as it needs a complete renovation/ facelift. I would be embarrassed to rent this if it were my property. There were lightbulbs that were out, 1 over the kitchen table and 1 in the dining room, that should have been replaced when the last people left and there was 1 lamp that the switch was no good next to the sofa. I could go on but I hope this is enough. I would never rent this unit again for all of the above reasons. Hope this review gets to the owner quickly.

Very short walk to beach and pretty decor

Beautifully decorated and perfect location near center of Fripp Island. Just steps to the beach! Perfect for 2 couples with 2 master bedrooms and 2 baths. Hoping to return again soon😊

We brought our family of four in for a wedding. This unit was absolutely perfect and super super clean! It was perfect. We will be returning next year and renting the same unit!!! Love love love!! Highly recommend!

I'd never been to Fripp Island before, so I didn't know what to expect. Our condo (Unit 109) was beautiful and very well kept. The TV is the biggest screen I've ever seen - fantastic for watching the U.S. Open Tennis Match - courtside seats. The beds were very comfortable and the entire unit was lovely. Loved the patio with the grill that opens on to the common area and the sidewalk to the beach. The deer just wandered around the property and weren't afraid to approach the guests. The beach was great and the water refreshing. I'd recommend this property to everyone. Our other relatives were not so fortunate. Their unit developed a water leak during the first night from the washing machine in the upstairs unit. They had to re-locate after spending a sleepless night there listening to the water drip. Needless to say, they envied our experience. But, I have nothing but good things to say about this property. Thank you for a great weekend!

Only negative would be cleanliness was not great at all. When we arrived, counters were still dirty and there was laundry in the dryer and dishwasher full for us to empty. Also, said they would provide detergent and dish washing liquid but were none. Had to call and they came almost 2 days later with that and a pump to pump up our son's fold out couch bed. We did best we could, but had to sleep on the couch coils for 3/4 of our trip until finally bringing the pump on the day before we were leaving. House is nice, just would recommend a better cleaning crew. They should make sure all items are there for next renters and finish unloading everything so that we come to it clean. Other than that, people at rental place were nice and did really enjoy our time. Just work on their cleaning crew!

We had a wonderful time at Fripp Island! The location of this property on the island is perfect: beachfront, next door to pools, restaurant, food court, and kids activities. The condo itself was well furnished and in great condition. We would definitely return for another stay here!

It was well furnished and the area outside gave the kids a great place to play. We loved the big screen tv and And the patio area. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back next summer

The property had a great ocean view, nice lawn for activities and was centrally located on the island making it convenient to every where.

This place was perfect! It was clean, well furnished and like new. The amenities were excellent and the location can't be beat. I enjoyed everything.
