The beach access doesn’t get any better, and north topsail beach never disappoints! We had some hiccups with the cleanliness of the condo when we first arrived with our family but we expressed our concerns to Chuck immediately and he responded. We love Topsail Dunes, as it’s great for families with young children and the pool and beach are always clean! The conveniences of a first floor beach access condo was great!

Chuck's Topsail Dunes condo is exactly as listed on VRBO. It is clean, comfortable and well appointed, and the view of the beach/ocean from the deck is unparalleled. Great place to stay.

It’s a perfect location, comfortable and inviting, just a short walk to the beach. Balcony is perfect for just watching the ocean. We watched dolphins and pelicans feeding one morning! Enjoyed it immensely.
Kitchen is well stocked. It seemed to have most everything you would need if you wanted to cook.

NTB is a beautiful beach and having a wonderful condo makes for an excellent vacation. We didn't want for anything! Beach chairs & towels were an added bonus. The kitchen was beautiful, the bathrooms were well stocked and clean. The beds were so comfortable and it was wonderful to have the ceiling fans. The added little touches... Kleenex, shampoo, conditioner, body wash & hair dryer were unexpected but SO appreciated!! Mornings on the deck with coffee was so enjoyable. I can't wait to stay again!!!

It was a wet and rather dreary weekend in Topsail, but we didn't care because we had the best view on the Island! If you love to stay as close as you can to the ocean without actually being in it, this is the place. The view is amazing and the gentle rumble of the crashing waves makes for a great night's sleep. Comfortable beds, a well-appointed kitchen, and a responsive host make this a great place. We will be back!

Great beachfront view. Good location, very few people on the beach. More fast food and other restaurants have opened up since first visit to North Topsail. Condo met needs of family (wife and older inlaws). Was concerned how they would handle the one flight of stairs, but they handled them well.

Very nicely furnished 2 BR / 2 Ba first floor unit, super convenient to the beach. One of the best equipped kitchens I’ve ever seen in a VRBO property (just wish there had been a garlic press 😂). Instructions were clear, concise, and very reasonable. Would certainly rent this unit again!

Enjoyed our week. Great location, just a short walk to the beach or pool. Nice listening to the waves each night. Beds were comfy, slept great after hours on the beach each day. Wish our week didn’t go by so fast. Love our annual escape to Topsail.

Topsail Beach is very nice; quiet during winter months. Not much to do on Island or in area but for peace and quiet it can’t be beat. Condo could use some upgrades, kitchen chairs not very comfortable; second bedroom tv only works with DVD player or using cable to hook your computer. Main bathroom is very tiny.

My family of 4 greatly enjoyed our vacation at North Topsail Beach last week. It was our first visit to the island, and I don’t think we could have picked a better area to stay. The beach was uncrowded and peaceful, and it was a short drive to restaurants and activities that we wanted to go to. The condo itself was very clean and comfortable. The shower in the master bathroom was small, but there is really no room to put in a larger one. The shower in the other bathroom was very nice so three of us used that one. The unit was in a prime location to go out to the pool and the beach. We watched the sunrise from the oceanfront balcony or the beach access walkway next to the condo. We watched the sunset from the walkway on the other side. We would love to go back in the future.

Condo was so convenient to the beach and pool, literally like 20 steps out the door...view from balcony was a dream. It was a great relaxing visit to the beach. Very nice place to stay!

My husband and I loved this property! The location was great - just steps to the beach! The balcony was perfect for watching the sunrise and getting the ocean breeze. Everything was clean and well stocked with kitchen tools. We loved the beach chairs!

We travel to Topsail every year to visit family in the area. The owner was very easy to work with and answered all of our questions. The condo was very clean and located right next to the beach access for the building. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the tides roll in. We found plenty of beach treasures on our daily walks and the sunrises were spectacular. While this is farther up on the north end than what we are used to we still enjoyed it and it was only a short drive to get to everything. We definitely recommend staying here.

The property was clean and was right on the beach. It was so great to hear the waves hitting against the shore all night long to sleep to. I loved the washer and dryer on-site and the Netflix and cable tv in all the rooms.

Beautifully decorated condo right on the beach! Stayed for a week with my husband and daughter while visiting family stationed at Camp Lejeune. Watched the sunrise every morning from the master bedroom and balcony - AMAZING!! Fell asleep listening to the ocean waves. Many walks on the beach collecting shells. Very peaceful - We will definitely return!!

My husband, daughter and sisters stayed here. It was a perfect get away to celebrate my 30th birthday. I wish we would have stayed longer. The location of the property was perfect & highly convenient. I loved being able to make lunch and bring it down to my family at the beach with little effort. Overall I loved everything. The only feedback that I will give is that the master bedroom needed to be cleaner . The bathroom smelled like urine when I walked in. Also when I went to bed the sheets were full of sand like they hadn’t been washed. However the view and the great time together overcompensated the little mishaps. We will be happy to come back and book again!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo right on the beach. Loved having access to both the pool and the beach. It was extremely nice having my coffee on the balcony with the ocean breezes and sunrises. And was nice hearing the ocean while sleeping in the master bedroom.

This condo is amazing. My wife and 3 kids had an amazing week in North Topsail. The beach is quiet in the morning and we enjoyed our morning walks with our 3 children (6,4,2) exploring the beach, looking for shells, sharks teeth, etc. The location cannot be beat. So convenient to go back in for lunch or to grab a drink or use the bathroom. The condo is well maintained and very clean. We enjoyed our morning coffee and happy hour on the balcony. The owner supplies beach chairs, and sand toys and other beach items in the supply bin near the entrance. The picnic table was nice to cool off from the sun and to eat our lunch. So cool to see and hear the ocean all day and night from the kitchen, master bedroom, everywhere! The pool is also close-by and well maintained. This condo unit was private and surprisingly quiet despite peak summer season. There is a small pirate ship playground, basketball, outdoor bowling, bocce, cornhole, horseshoes, and some outdoor grills/pavillion for condo guests to use. Hands down an amazing week and we would love to go back tomorrow if we could!

This was our first time at North Topsail Beach & I believe we picked the Very BEST condo to stay in! The check in process was great, we loved the way we could easily get right into our condo without having to check in with someone. The view was absolutely breathtaking. You couldn’t be anymore closer to the beach or you would be right in the ocean! Chuck was a please to work with and was very helpful anytime we needed something. Overall this has been one of our most favorite trips & we hope to be back soon!
