We had a remarkable week at this lovely property. The house was spacious and clean! The view out the front windows was perfect! We saw amazing sunrises and got to wave at the Dixie each time it went out! The bedrooms were spacious, and the bathrooms were as well. We had a great time cooking in the kitchen. I hope we can come back to Mulberry house very soon. It was a relaxing and wonderful week!

The house is new in 2022, and the description on VRBO doesn’t do it justice. It’s roomy, filled with natural light. Impeccably clean. Gloriously comfortable. Perfectly outfitted for indoor & outdoor cooking. Telax indoors or out. The house-wide deck looks east, over the lake, and gives magnificent views of the sunrise! It’s also a great location for sharing a meal or just hanging out with a book and a glass of something. Lots of fun available on the lake. We look forward to coming back.

We a great time at the newly renovated Mulberry House! The owner & agent we’re very accommodating. And the new construction is so beautiful and huge. Hope to be back again next summer!

We had a wonderful week at the Mulberry house. Location is great and the view of the lake from the deck is awesome. Loved the big pier. We had plenty of room for our boat, kayak & paddle board. What we call the lily pad was an extra bonus, so much fun. Appreciated having 2 bathrooms & a washer & dryer. Can't wait to stay here again next year! Thanks Judy!!!

Judy Donna were great to deal with had great time with my wife just relaxing care free it was so Quiet and the home was well taken care of can’t wait for our return visit😊

WARNING: PICTURES of our CHILDREN and boat were taken by neighbor on one side and before I could get my children out of car the other neighbor was at my car and would not leave. This was our second year in a row to rent this property....first year was great. Brought 1 dog....shes a shedder....offered nonrefundable deposit however this was never collected by owner and absolutely no issues with anything. 2nd year and COMPLETELY my fault I failed to mention same dog was coming along with additional small dog. FOUR days straight as owner called every day with NEW INFORMATION regarding our dogs I offered money or to leave cottage as I failed in initial communication. What SCARES me the most was that owner was very nice until I confronted her with her neighbor who is quote "her very dear friend" had taken pictures for my children who were adopted from foster care and that my job is to absolutely protect them. At this point owner then became EXTREMELY nasty calling me crazy and accusing me of an outburst which she would gladly report to VBRO. Judy if you feel need be please feel free to do so. We travel so often and have never once had an issue so this is nothing that will affect us in the least bit. This review has taken me some time to write. After much prayer I wanted to know I am writing this in good conscience to not hurt the owner but to protect others.
