Condominio nuovo, completato nel 2017! Stupefacente cucina moderna con posti a sedere in controsoffitto in granito. Godetevi viste sulle montagne dal soggiorno, balcone privato o camera matrimoniale. Rilassatevi in questo condominio di montagna appena rustico. Situato in posizione centrale per lo sci, la mountain bike, le racchette da neve, i tubi, lo sci di fondo e l'escursionismo. My son and I skied winter park for a week. This two bedroom condo was perfect for us. We ate all but one meal in the condo excluding lunches. We grilled each night on the outdoor George Foreman grill. The owner was very responsive to any communication. Condo was very clean and well maintained at a very fair price.

For 2 unrelated people, this condo had a nice layout. We cooked all our own food and the kitchen was well equipped to do so. Quiet applicances and nice size laundry washer & dryer. The location of the condo is uphill and not close enough to the ski shuttle bus for us to go to Winter Park. Plus, it snowed every day so it would have been difficult to negotiate in ski boots. We drove every day to the Mary Jane free parking lot which worked out fine.

What a great spot! It was perfect for my husband and I - we spent Thanksgiving week exploring the area, most places were open, many not until later in the day, we didn't mind we just stayed in the cozy space a little later. Would definitely select again.

Book this place, you will not regret it! Our stay in Fraser was wonderful. The place was clean, cozy, and has beautiful views! It’s quiet and off the main road which makes it even better. Lots of local places to grab dinner or a drink. We loved the brewery right down the lane and ended our nights there. It’s about an hour to two hour drive to RMNP depending on where you are wanting to go but the drive and views are absolutely worth it! I’m telling you, it’s magical! We would definitely book here again.

Nice accommodations
Conveniently located and comfortable. Only comment was on the second bedroom. When using the pull-out trundle bed for the 4th person in our group things were kind of cramped. Had to move some of the bedroom furniture into the living room but still had minimal floor space for luggage and walking around. This unit would be more comfortable for three people.

Winter Park ski trip
This condo was a great spot for our family of 4. Plenty of space for us, 2 bathrooms/showers and a great fireplace to warm up by.The shuttle to Winter Park stops just down the hill on Old Victory road. It’s only real disadvantage is proximity to town if you were looking to go out to restaurants easily. You’ll have to get in your car. We cooked all of our meals at the condo so wasn’t an issue for us. We’d definitely stay here again when back in Winter Park.

Stayed for a month. Well maintained, good location, nice view from balcony. kitchen well stocked, nice soaking tub. Less than a mile to Safeway & Fraser River Trail. Would stay again tomorrow.
Couple of minor items which did not impact vacation. Stove light bulb out & washing machine smelled.

Great getaway location
We spent a week here on a working vacation. The place was just what we needed with great views and conveniently located. We could get to everything in Fraser and Winter Park in a couple minutes, but were far enough away from everything so it wasn’t crowded. They provided most of the essentials, so we didn’t have to pack or buy all of that for our stay. They were easy to work with and responded very quickly. The next time we visit this area we will definitely look at staying here again.

The property is conveniently located to many Winter Park attractions.
It’s a cute unit that had everything we needed for a 4 night stay. There is also a storage area for all of your gear located on the first floor. There is a washer and dryer in the unit which came in handy for drying our wet clothes after playing in the snow. We enjoyed our trip and would definitely recommend it other families.

Awesome stay - much recommended
The condo is very pleasant and has everything needed. The equipment is super nice. It’s a 10 minute ride to the gondolas to ski. I enjoyed having my tea on the sunny balcony in the morning. Thanks Jeff for allowing us to stay.

Fraser Condo
The communication with Jeff was straightforward and all aspects of check in/check out were clear and without any issues. The condo is lovely, positioned up a hill with a wonderful view that included amazing sunrises and sunsets over an opposite ridge of mountains. The kitchen is well stocked, the bed was comfortable and the internet is speedy fast which worked very well as I spent almost 2 months in the condo WFH. The wildfires were incredibly sad and visible by way of billowing clouds that hugged the ridgeline across from the condo, but, luckily for the Fraser/Winter Park area, never came directly into the area there. Some mornings I awoke to smelling smoke and several trails in the area were closed off, eventually, all national forest land was closed. So sad for those that lost homes and structures. I was there during shoulder season which I believe made for less people and a quiet time.

Great Stay
Loved the view. Nice, new condo. The lighting is a little dark, and they could REALLY use ceiling fans in the bedrooms (we were very warm the first night before the temperatures dropped). Other than that, the stay was great - tons of hikes in Fraser/Winter Park, a beautiful 45 minute ride to RMNP, lots of good restaurants nearby, well-equipped kitchen.

Best stocked VRBO we've stayed in!
This unit was very nice and clean, had a beautiful view, and had everything we needed. Not only did it have the usual amenities (pots/pans, towels, bedding, toilet paper, etc...), it had a lot of little extras like shampoo, conditioner, clothes detergent, and soap for every sink, which I appreciated. It did not have AC, but even in August it got down to 50F by evening, so we just opened the windows and patio door (there were no bugs!) and used the fan they provided, and it was comfortable. They thought of everything to make your stay comfortable, and I would definitely recommend this property.

Over all we enjoyed our accommodations. Ceilings fans in the living room and bedrooms would have been nice touch to facilitate cooling. The master bedroom did have a floor fan and that did help

Wonderful Condo!
We always stay in this condo complex when we visit Winter Park. The unit was very comfortable, cozy and well stocked with essentials. The family that owns the unit downstairs lives there full time - they very politely let us know, and asked that we try to be mindful when walking around at night. This wasn't an issue for us since it was just my husband and I. It could be an issue for families with small children. Otherwise, it was a fantastic stay!

Family After Christmas ski trip
All was exactly as stated on VRBO. New condo between Fraser and Winterpark, well equipped with all the supplies we needed. Easy checkin. Skiing, tubing, movies, restaurants, groceries, wineries and breweries, all at your doorstep and made for lots of fun. With the trundle bed could accommodate all 5 adults family members in our party, and although it was tight, it worked for us. If you are a party of adults that likes a bit of space/privacy you Might want to limit your party to a max of 4 adults.

Great place to stay in Fraser
This place was awesome. Great info from the owner and keeps the place really clean. I would definitely stay here again. My only issue was the property owner on the 1st floor complained about us walking upstairs and they could hear us. We were hardly in the condo accept to sleep. The owner Jeff was awesome and has everything laid out perfect for anyone renting from him. If i ever make it back to Fraser i will book from this owner again. Thank you Jeff

Beautiful place with plenty of room to relax and enjoy the comforts of home.
My husband and I and our daughter had a great experience. We were comfortable in the space. We enjoyed the views from the upstairs apartment where we could enjoy watching the snow fall. We had friends who joined us for an evening dinner and everyone was comfortable with places to sit and spend time together. The location was perfect because it was near the grocery store in Fraser and only a short distance to Winter Park. We would highly recommend this property. We would love to return to it in the future.
