Se ami camminare o correre lungo la spiaggia al mattino, abbronzarti sulla sabbia soffice e bianca nell'afternon e guardare i tramonti spettacolari sull'orizzonte della spiaggia la sera: questo è il luogo di vacanza perfetto per te e la tua famiglia. Casa Mar si trova nel mezzo (la sezione più ampia) di Crescent Beach che offre un sacco di spazio spiaggia poco affollato e privato.
Questo condominio 1 camera da letto / 1 bagno (unità # 61) è stato ristrutturato con nuovi tappeti, piastrelle, mobili e mobili da cucina. La camera da letto principale ha un nuovo letto king size pillow top. Il soggiorno ha (2) poltrone in pelle la-z-boy e un divano letto queen. Il mangiare in cucina ha elettrodomestici e servizi nuovi di zecca per cucinare a casa o si può mangiare fuori in un numero di ottimi ristoranti nelle vicinanze. La stanza del cortile vetrata / schermata ha un nuovo sedile e sedia d'amore. Questa camera è perfetta per godersi il caffè del mattino, un buon libro o uno spazio di intrattenimento extra. Ci piace andare in vacanza in modo confortevole e quindi abbiamo lavorato duramente per mantenere questo condominio in condizioni eccellenti e mobili e biancheria da letto di alta qualità. Abbiamo appena ristrutturato il bagno con una nuova piastrella e una vanità.
Il resort offre (2) piscine riscaldate, campi da shuffle board e aree grill / picnic nel cortile tra l'appartamento. Il resort dispone anche di un campo da tennis, una sala della comunità per grandi raduni, due lavanderie, connessione internet wi-fi gratuita e una sala computer / biblioteca. Casa Mar è un resort per famiglie sicuro con accesso privato passerella attraverso il cortile alla spiaggia e posti auto privati per ogni condominio. The Beach ha (2) coperte Lanai, una rete da pallavolo e sedie a sdraio per gli ospiti utilizzare - tutto a titolo gratuito. Il nostro condominio si trova sul lato della spiaggia di Midnight Pass Road. Il nostro condominio è di circa 100 metri a piedi attraverso il cortile verso la spiaggia.

Extremely well maintained, cozy decor, lots of AC and shower water pressure, very clean, absolutely no bugs, and a very short walk to the sand. Parking and entry access were convenient and efficient.

My friend and I came for 3 days. We teachers and wanted a last beach vacation. Casa Mar and Unit 61 were wonderful. The condo is welcoming and comfortable. We watched sunsets, floated in the water, ate good food, and even had fun running in the rain. This is a great place to relax. Thank you for the use of your home and your kindness throughout the booking process.

It was missing several things that make the place a great place. Being on the beach, not providing beach towels doesn't make sense. It would also have been nice to have some non instant coffee and sweetener, and some tea. Otherwise the place was nice having been an apartment, it ticked most of our boxes.

We really enjoyed our time in Siesta Key. The rental was so nice and relaxing. We had everything we needed and was so comfortable. Communication with host was great!

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was very clean and had everything we could possibly need for our beach stay. The location is fantastic, and Tammy, the owner was super nice. She even let me know when our condo was clean so that we could go ahead and check in early. Would totally stay here again.

The unit was very clean and easy to get to the beach. Everyone we met on the beach was so friendly, beach was beautiful and so were the sunsets!

Wanted a place where we could walk to the water - from this condo to the water edge is only 7 min. We enjoyed the pools - this place had a family friendly vibe. The beach was not crowded and found a fair amount of shells. The condo kitchen is well stocked (although the listing said there was a Keurig - it was in the cupboard above fridge with sign that said don't use) but there was a Mr Coffee drip maker. The bathroom is a little small but met our needs. There were two beach chairs and an umbrella. We left a body board behind for others. The bedroom TV is not a smart TV and the connection needs attention ( I think a wire ). We truly enjoyed our week and had a great time. We would come back.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a great size for the two of us, well stocked, very clean and a short walk to a gorgeous beach. Tammy responded quickly to our questions and requests. We definitely plan on coming back next spring.

This is one of the best rental properties we’ve ever stayed at. Incredible attention to detail as it was well-stocked with anything you might need. We appreciated that the cookware was in excellent condition as well. It had all the essentials, plus extra amenities like the adjustable bed. The patio furniture was upgraded and the back breezeway to vehicle being covered was a great area to store beach things so that we didn’t track sand into the unit. Not all units have that. The owner communicated very well and we appreciated the hospitality. We’re local and we’ll definitely be back! Thank you.

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful condo. Crescent Beach is our favorite on Siesta Key and this condo did not disappoint! Super clean, well stocked with everything you need and right on the gorgeous beach - and with the free trolley into the village having a stop directly across the street it is the PERFECT location! We will definitely be back!

The condo was clean, and well stocked. The check-in instructions were clear. I did not have any need to contact the property manager as we were given such great instructions. I would love to stay here again.

We were in Siesta Key to celebrate my husbands birthday. The condo did not disappoint. It’s perfect for a couple. It was just steps from the beach and 2 community pools. It was very convenient to everything. It was beautifully decorated and felt very cozy and comfy. We would definitely reserve this property for a future weekend getaway.

We had a great time at Casa Mar! Stayed at a different location last year and definitely liked the ground level less crowded fell of the property. DEFINITELY more family oriented, as there were a couple groups staying there. Will definitely look into returning to Casa Mar in th future! Also, the front door covered parking is a big plus!

A very nice place to stay. Unit is closer to road side than beach. A decent hike to beach if you are limited physically. 2 pools on property beautiful and very well maintained. Grounds were also impeccable. Unit was nicely decorated and updated. Great for a couple.

What a beautiful condo. Pics were very accurate. Well furnished & clean with comfy furniture & bed, gorgeous decor, kitchen was decently stocked. There were a few games & a 2nd TV in the bedroom. From the condo to the ocean was appx 650 steps. The beach area closest to condo was private for Casa Mar & there was a place to wash your feet & bench to sit. There were 2 covered pavilions which were great for those who don’t want sun, and lounge chairs. We didn’t play shuffleboard (2) or use the pools (2), but the water was warm. The beach by Casa Mar wasn’t as busy as the areas on either side, which was so nice. It was also really quiet & well kept up. There are free shuttles you can use (cash tips). My sister & I really enjoyed our trip. The only down side (minor) was the water pressure in shower & we learned to start the shower a couple of minutes before getting in so it was hotter (must be a tankless heater?) We would absolutely stay at this beautiful condo again!

it looks a bit dated from outside we were extremely happy with our unit. Nice and clean ! everything I needed available in kitchen. The beach is exceptional. Not a ‘Party spot’ There were a lot of long term guest on property

We very much enjoyed staying at Casa mar. Having two pools was very nice, the beach access being so close was wonderful. The entire complex is very quiet and we enjoy the nice people also staying there. Will be back!!

We had a great time and the unit was great. Very clean, well decorated and you could not beat the location. Walk out the door, turn left, walk a short distance (and I mean short) and you were on the beach. The Neighbors were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Cozy, beautifully decorated condo. Loved the patio area and the common grounds space. Short walk to the sand, so convenient to have chairs provided on the beach. Bathroom space was small. Could use a bit more lighting in the condo. Overall everything was wonderful, would definitely stay again.

The condo was perfect. They utilized every inch of space within, Walking distance to the beach which is a very large, two great pools and shuffleboard. Plenty of transportation to get around town, this condo is absolutely fantastic for a very quiet get away.

I was very impressed with the how clean and up to date everything was! Location is awesome, and beach is private! KITCHEN area was really nice to have also!! Im so glad i was able to experience my stay here for sure!
