We had my parents, us, our adult children and grandchildren all together in one home - such a great house! The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for cooking and tableware for larger groups. It’s close to the beach and in a quiet safe neighborhood. The house was very clean and the beds are comfortable. We’d definitely come back.

We loved our stay here. The house was amazing! The kitchen was large and well stocked. The views from the kitchen encompassed the beautiful vaulted ceilings and warm fire place. The windows were picturesque and showed beautiful greenery. Comfort oozed at every level.

The house was wonderful - much bigger than it looks from the photos. It is a lovely setting and very private. The kitchen was very well equipped. We could walk to so many of the things we wanted to do, so that was a bonus. The owner was great to work with. We hope to be able to rent this house again!

This is an amazing house. It is new, clean and very well designed for a group of friends or large family. A lot of space to gather and also to find a quiet private nook. The kitchen is one of the best I have ever seen in a rental (or any house for that matter); very well equipped. Gearhart is charming with a beautiful beach. The location is very convenient to Seaside and Astoria. We will absolutely stay here again, and I will recommend it to my friends.

This was a wonderful place for our group of 12 to stay. It was open and spacious in a beautiful setting. Nicely located for walks to the beach or into Gearhart which is quaint and charming. It also has easy access to Hwy. 101 for day trips and hikes along the coast. Kathryn was a wonderful host and responded promptly to our inquiries. We highly recommend it as a place for a comfortable and relaxing retreat in which to enjoy the beauty of the Oregon Coast.

Nice private location yet close to the beach and city amenities. Lots of room for the whole family. Master bedroom was huge with beautiful bath though could use a King size bed.

Large location great for bigger groups
Stayed with my family, my sister's family and my father. Plenty of beds for everyone and it was great to let the four pre-teen/teen boys have the bottom floor to themselves so they could be obnoxious without disturbing the adults. Was fun looking for the little "Easter eggs".

This property is amazing. Very spacious inside and out. The house is magnificent. So much fun provided by host at the host, so many fun things to do and see in the area.

Fun and accommodating!
It was ideal for the nine guys we had for three days of golf! Ages from 82 to 77. Hard to make 9 cronies all happy!! This time there was not a single complaint about the facilities!!

Lovely home
Lots of room. I personally had trouble with the queen beds all being very high and the ADA bathroom being on the lower level whereas the most suitable bedroom was on the main level. Kitchen was lovely, and there's a second kitchen we didn't use. Called a beach home, but it's several blocks to the beach. I found the location among trees, near a creek, very soothing, and better than the beach.

Mothers Day Weekend
The house was roomy and enough space for everyone to spread out. I would be cautious on the back deck with young children as there is no railing around it. There were a few issues with pans being dirty when we arrived. We had to wash everything before using.

A gem
A beautiful, spacious, comfortable, well-maintained house that provides both privacy and plenty of gathering space for a group! Its kitchen is unusually well-equipped, and it works for many cooks at once. Lots of games and equipment for guests to use. Right away we began talking about returning next year. . . .

Family Time/Reunion
10 members of my family traveled from various locations within the US, Germany, Australia, and Saudi Arabia to gather for some time together before a wedding. The property exceeded our expectations insofar as comfort and ameneties. Property owner ensured we had all required info prior to arrival and with access via lockbox check-in was easy as could be.

This beautiful home was perfect for our family vacation - plenty of room for our 10 adults and a 2 year old! An easy stroll to the lovely Gearhart beach. We'll be back for sure!

Country Hideaway in the City
Lovely 3 story house with ample room for all guests. Beautiful setting with on site games, movies, bikes, ping-pong, campfire w/seating, and so much more!
Huge kitchen with great space for teens to hang out downstairs! Easy drive to Seaside for the day, and we had so much fun in the weekend we we there! We loved it & only wished we could stay longer!

Very well maintained property with lots of fun activities including movies, card games, books to read, ping pong table, bikes to ride, fire pit.

Beach elegance!
Overall it's a great place for a gathering. It has charm, elegance, practicality, and overall just a great place to spend time with family and friends. I was amazed at the availability of quality cookware, barbecue (which i used every night) indoor and outdoor games. The fire pit provided a great smore experience every night as well.

Beautiful home and great location
We had a group of 12 stay for 4 nights for a volleyball team camp and it was perfect for us. Kathy's home is beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen is very spacious and a dream to prepare large meals in. I look forward to staying again in the future!

Our family enjoyed our stay in Gearhart very much. Very high quality house. We had adults and kids and there are places in the house everyone had fun doing different things and never got in each others way. The house is off the beaten path but close enough to everything including a great bakery near by.

Beautiful and cozy home nestled in quaint Gearhart.
House was very comfortable for a large group with lots of indoor and beautiful outdoor seating on the deck. Location was scenic and quiet and we enjoyed being in Gearhart where we could walk to the beach, bakery and bowling!

We rented this house for a second year and hope to continue renting it in the future. It’s a beautiful house and so roomy. The layout is amazing and very homey. Exceptional place to stay!
