Chuck’s Lake House on Leech Lake
Casa fronte lago recentemente ristrutturata su tre livelli. Pannelli di pino in tutto. Quasi 1.600 piedi quadrati per rilassarsi e godersi la vita sul lago. Una camera da letto e un bagno al piano inferiore. Il livello principale è composto da soggiorno con vista sul lago, cucina e zona pranzo. All'ultimo piano si trovano la camera da letto principale e il bagno. Ha soffitti a volta e un muro di finestre con vista sul lago. La cucina ha gli elettrodomestici tipici: frigorifero, piano cottura, forno a microonde e lavastoviglie.

The house was perfect! Everything we needed and more! It was very clean and well appointed. I loved that the two bedrooms were separated by the main floor for privacy. The boat dock was super great to hang out on to enjoy the water. We will definitely be staying at Chuck's place again when we come back to Leech Lake!

Clean, spacious cabin for our family during the 4th. Neighbors put on a fireworks display right out the full glass windows outside for everyone to enjoy- including my toddler who we woke up to watch safely from the window. The cabin was very clean and stocked with amenities. Would recommend to anyone! Especially over the 4th! Thank you Chuck!

Stayed at Chucks rental over Memorial Day weekend, and it was an amazing place!
The house was loaded with everything you could need as far as amenities, appliances, utensils, and just the little touches that make it feel like home. All the bedding and towels were very clean, along with the whole house in general. Would definitely recommend staying here again! Chuck is very responsive and makes it a point to check in regularly with people staying. Plus the boat launch is right down the road and the resort bar is 100 feet away.

We stayed for fishing opener, and the place was perfect for us, everything was clean and ready when we got there. AMAZING Views, Huge windows, a nice dock and a place for your boat. Neighbors super friendly. Large deck up high for the amazing view. We hope to come again soon. Thank you for creating this place, so peaceful!!

The house is beautiful and comfortable, including the beds. I was surprised by the essentials - salt, pepper, spices oil and COFFEE!. We tried to leave a little more that we found.
The view was great, this is small town "Up North" Minnesota at its best. WE enjoyed walleyed pike at Charlie's Up North and the many trails, paved and unpaved right near by.

This was my second time staying in Chuck's lakehouse. It was super clean and well furnished. Communication for access was very simple and smooth, and he checked up to see if we needed anything while there. We will definitely be back again! Perfect spot for a weekend getaway!

Anniversary trip to Leech Lake was perfect! The house was clean, the view from upstairs was INCREDIBLE, and I love that we were able to bring our fur babies. Chuck was a great host and promptly answered any questions we had.
Just a heads up if you bring your dogs, there’s steep stairs down to the lake and very little yard space for bathroom breaks. However, the neighborhood was quiet (we came in the middle of winter) and there’s a low maintenance road that was great for walks!

We stayed a week with our 2 kids and grandparents. The view from the cabin is spectacular and the community is very welcoming. Perfect distance from the town of Walker which had a good selection of restaurants and stores. Would highly recommend Chuck’s cabin for a nice family getaway or a couples retreat.

We will book at Chuck's cabin next time we vacation at Leech Lake. Chuck had excellent communications and the booking process and instructions were a breeze! The cabin was updated, cleaned and well stocked with every dish, pot and appliance (even a Keurig) you could need. The beds were very comfortable with great bathrooms. The outdoor furniture was perfect for entertaining and relaxing. The view from the balcony and upstairs bedroom was amazing! We stayed over the July 4th and the street was so great with entertainment and fun people. There was adequate parking available at the cabin. Next time, we will plan to take advantage of the dock and boating availability.

Great cabin with amazing views. It was easy to relax and enjoy lake life for a little while. The host was easy to communicate and friendly, as were the neighbors. Definitely a place to put in repeat.

Leech Lake Getaway
We enjoyed our stay at Chucks cabin. One of the best experiences by far, from large bay windows with a view of the lake, all of the amenities anyone can ask for, warm and cozy, the temp dropped 50 degrees over night on of the days! The fishing wasn't the greatest probably because of the temp swings but everything else was good, the only other thing that our german shepherd kept wanting to go to neighbors yard to potty since there isn't much yard space, the cabins are very close to one another. Definitely will be back in the summer

Wonderful vacation home!
Two friends so enjoyed our winter getaway at this fantastic home! Home was beautiful and sparkling clean! Comfortable beds with cozy bedding. Gorgeous views from every lakeside window - view from the upstairs master suite was incredible! Fun area for outdoor activities.
Home is fully stocked to make your vacation carefree. Chuck was wonderful! We can’t wait to go back!

Birthday Surprise and Visit son College
Absolutely beautiful view of sunrise from upstairs!! Owner VERY accommodating, even made phone calls for us to find out what was open for restaurants and bait shops since was so late in season. Had everything we could possibly need for our stay provided on site. We had planned to stay 2 nights but couldn’t possibly leave this wonderful haven in Whipholt right on the lake in such a short time. We stayed 2 more nights and enjoyed fishing out in front of the cottage. Even though the dock was already out my partner caught a big Pike casting off shore and our dog Remi enjoyed watching the Loons and ducks as they passed by too. Walker is only a short drive away if you do need anything. We will definitely be back again!!

Relaxation on the water
Chuck's cabin was the perfect place to relax. It had everything we needed to have a great time. We were visiting for a fishing trip. I forgot zip lock bags to take sandwiches out when fishing but Chuck didn't. I looked around the kitchen and there they were in 3 different sizes. Yes this is a great place to stay. We have never sat on a deck so long watching the waves come in and watch the loons fish. Relaxing, beautiful views and great neighbors if you need any help.

Chuck has thought of everything. Not just linens and towels, but a house that's ready to go--just add food. The paddle boards, dock, kayak spaces, nearby beach were terrific. Neighbors were friendly. A great place away from it all.
