Two towels for whole week. Not that convenient

Our first time staying in the area and this super cute condo! We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back! The condo was exactly as pictured. Clean, well appointed and very close to the beach. Loved the easy access to the condo and the beach. Since it was our first time going to the area, we were very surprised at the number of people on the beach however it was Christmas Day! There are 2 restaurants within walking distance. We really enjoyed Coconut Jacks! Not a fan of Doc’s on the beach. Owner was VERY easy and wonderful to work with. Communication was quick and helpful! Wonderful condo and experience!

Perfect location for a beach vacation. Owner is a pleasure to work with and condo is equipped with Everything you need. We have stayed here before and will definitely be returning.

This is the second time I have rented with this particular owner. She is not only resourceful but extremely responsive. I will continue to come back summer after summer.

This property is amazing just steps away from the beach ⛱. Across from bearfoot Beach where the sandy beaches and the summer weather is so beautiful and relaxing. I would definitely be back! I recommend this place!!!

Condo was the perfect place to eat meals and spend the night after being at the beach all day. The beach is just a short walk across the street and the room had everything needed for a day at the beach, great place!

This is a nice condo. Location is great if you are a beach person. But the condo is really a large hotel size room and no privacy for the persons sleeping and the bathroom is tight. We probably would not come back as we are not beach people and the traffic is terrible.

overall great place and location. only disappointment was that the room was not thoroughly cleaned. lamp shades were dusty. the ceiling above the kitchen ceiling fan was covered with dust. cleaning lady could spend a little more time doing her job.

The property was everything presented and more. Location and Services 1st Class. Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 concerns and businesses closing down. we left on March 17. A loss of 4 days. What is VRBO policy on this?

The condo was perfect for me. Well equipped and so convenient. I had a little trouble getting the temperature right through the night . Either the fan was on full time or I was too hot. I opted for the fan but I like it quiet when I sleep.

Very comfortable bed. Nice decor. Well stocked kitchen, all you need to cook. Lanai overlooks parking lot, but still faces sunset, on 2nd floor so can’t see it all, but easy to go up to higher floors to admire sunset or simple walk to beach. Easy walk to 2 restaurants. Short drive to Barefoot Park and great restaurants.

The property was perfect for a vacation, had everything we needed. The owner was very accommodating and prompt with communication. The location of this complex is amazing, right across from the beach, had everything you need on site and walking distance to 2 great restaurants.

The only issues were the futon listed is not really a futon and the pull out couch was lumpy. King bed was very comfortable. Love Bonita Springs great location across the street from the ocean.

My son and I were visiting the Fort Myers area for his FGCU orientation. Not only was this condo beautifully decorated, but it had everything we needed, from a fully stocked kitchen to beach chairs and towels...felt like home. My son especially enjoyed the Netflix TV. Lots of tennis courts available and two pools, but we did not have time to use them. The condo is in a great location for everything...less than 30 minutes to FGCU and Miromar Outlets, about 30 minutes to Naples, about 5 minutes to a local seafood market and grocery stores and just across the street from the beautiful Bonita Beach. The gorgeous sunsets could actually be seen from our lanai, but it was even more amazing on the beach. Plus, there is a fun beachy Family Sports Bar with great food across the street right on the beach called Doc's Beach house. We also enjoyed the Cafe in the building next door at the club. Great breakfast and lunch menu with lots of delicious vegetarian options and amazing coffee. Loved the owner! We didn't have a lot of time to hangout at the beach during the day, but it looked like there was also beach volleyball and a place to rent water sports equipment by Doc's Beach house. I highly recommend this condo and will likely reserve again when I visit my son at FGCU.

While the location of this property is great, the actual property is not as represented. It is not a one bedroom. There is no door closing off the bedroom. And while it claims to sleep 4, there would be little room to walk if the pull out sofa were open. The inside of the property was fine. The porch overlooks the parking lot and the screen on the porch is ripped. But, as I stated at the beginning, the location is great. It’s 1 block to the Gulf.

The unit was clean and well stocked with household items. Parts of the unit was warm because of the location of the air conditioning unit. Ceiling fans helped. Overall a nice unit.

Very close and easy walk to the beach. Everything needed was in the condo...beach chairs, coolers, umbrella. Bed was very comfortable.

Well located and as represented

The picture of the beautiful view from the balcony is misleading. From the second floor balcony, one can barely see the Gulf through the tree line. I am saying this because this picture is what sold us on renting this condo. Other than that, the condo is very nice and the pool only had a few people in it. Local restaurants and bars are excellent and the beach is only a short walk away. Just don't expect to see a beautiful sunset from your balcony.

Beautiful view and great location to beach. We really enjoyed are week stay and can't wait for next summer to go back and stay there again. Great week in Bonita Springs.

We were there for a wedding had 4 different condos, this was the nicest one by far and had the best view! Everyone was jealous!

Love the condo and the location. All the amenities you need for a great vacation at the beach.
