Perfect for our needs. Sarasota/St Armands has been a favorite destination for us. We would certainly look to revisit here first, if we should plan another trip to the area.

We loved out stay on Lido Key! The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. The host quickly responded when we had a question. The location is great. We rented a golf cart and never drove our car. It was a quick ride to town or to the beach. We will definitely be back!

This house was perfect for our group of 6 adults. The house was extremely clean, beautifully furnished and a short walk to St. Armand's Circle. The pool and back yard were exactly what we needed to escape the heat. We would absolutely recommend and plan to come back soon!

We spent a week at this beautiful home with my parents and our toddler (2 yo) and pre teen (12yo). We all had an awesome vacation on Lido Key at this property. The location is literally 2 minutes walk from St Armand's so it was a quick walk to restaurants and ice cream shops etc in the evening. The interior of the home is very updated and clean. The backyard was like an "oasis," the pool and outdoor seating area has a wonderful shaded area with plenty of comfortable seating for everyone. We stayed in the backyard and the pool area most the trip and it was so relaxing and peaceful. Thank you Lisa for sharing your beautiful home we can't wait to return!

First time from all the places we stayed, this wonderful home beat all expectations! We were close to St. Armand’s and Lido beach. We walked every where. The pool was wonderful. Everything contained this home was first class.

I've rented this house twice now and it is such a great location. My favorite part though is the pool and backyard. Large, sunny, open space with comfortable lounge chairs and also a large shaded area with dining table and seating for a group. Perfect for all to be together and hang out for the day.

It cannot get any better than this. The house and pool are perfect as is the neighborhood. St. Armand’s and Lido Beach are just blocks away. Lisa is a great owner and very responsive to any requests. Cannot wait to be back next year!

Lisa’s home was the perfect place for us….four sisters. We loved the space that provided us with plenty of privacy as well as together time. It was so clean and the updated en suite bathrooms were beautiful. We spent a lot of time in the backyard enjoying the pool and the comfy furniture under the shaded porch. Thank you!

Beautiful house in an ideal, quiet location. 1.5 blocks to St. Armand Circle and walking distance to the beach. You can park the car and forget it until you leave, unless you want to explore Sarasota, Siesta Key, and other beautiful locations in the area. We had little glitch with the house upon arrival but John the owner went above and beyond to accommodate us and we found ourselves having a great time. We were able to fully enjoy the house, amazing yard, and pool area. Just a side note, it’s required to wash all bedding but there seems to be an issue with the washer that should be looked at. Would absolutely recommend this home for your vacation!

To summarize, the house, the POOL, the location were absolutely the best. My 6 year old granddaughter wanted me to buy the house so she could stay forever. She said it felt like home. Maybe Lisa will sell it to us, LOL

We had a wonderful time at this property! Everything was neat and clean and the layout of the house was perfect for our family of 6. We were thrilled to have the beautiful, covered, outdoor dining and living space around the pool. The 5 minutes walk to St. Armands for breakfast, lunch, dinner, ice cream and shopping made it an ideal location for us. We will definitely go back!

Updated and convenient to St Armand's Circle
This house met all of our expectations. Updated kitchen and bathrooms, roomy living area with very comfortable furniture, large dining area and very nicely landscaped private backyard with pool, lounge chairs and spacious dining table. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed for eating in. The backyard has a storage shed with several beach chairs, umbrellas, floats, cooler, and sand toys for the kids. It has a beach wagon to help get your stuff to the beach. Since it is a little ways to the beach by foot with beach gear(10 minutes) we loaded up my truck and drove to the public beach (free parking) were you will find snack bar and restrooms. As far as access to St Armand's Circle you can't beat it. 2 minute walk to Columbia Restaurant and all that the circle has to offer.
Communication with the owners was excellent. We were able to get in to the house a couple hours earlier than check so that was nice. As listed on VRBO this unit expects all towels and linens to be washed and dried before leaving. Knowing this, we brought along our own linens and towels to to use the last night/morning while the owners were drying since we left before 6am and would have been unable to have them washed and dried before we were to leave. Would definitely
stay here in the future.

We loved everything about the property but we had a problem with the washing machine and getting all the sheets and towels washed before we left for an early flight. There may be something wrong with the washer as it took over 1 1/2 hours and still was not finished when we left. We think the previous people may also had problems finishing the laundry that am as when we came the towels were still damp. We felt bad we could not finish the laundry before we left as we got up early to do it.

Another perfect week on St. Armand's Key
Stayed in John and Lisa's beautiful house for our anniversary week in April, our 4th stay here. We absolutely love this house and the gorgeous yard and pool. The one weak point of the house --- the old bathrooms --- has been remedied with two new perfect en-suites with fantastic walk-in showers. As always, the location of this house can't be beat, and as close as it is to beautiful Lido Key Beach, we spent most of our week in the backyard. And as always, enjoyed a couple of close-up visits from an elegant egret with no fear of people. We were very lucky to have perfect weather all week, making this perhaps our best vacation ever. Thank you once again to our helpful, responsive hosts! Hope to be back again soon!

Awesome St. Armand's Rental!
We stayed in this house for spring break the first week of April 2022 and it was great! The location is excellent, with a short walk to the shopping/dining area and beach. The pool area in the backyard is amazing, with six lounge chairs for sitting in the sun and a great shaded sitting area under cover with comfortable furniture and ceiling fans. The backyard is very private. All of the rooms in this place are huge! The bathrooms were very clean and had great showers. The kitchen was a good size and very functional. The owner requests that the bed sheets be washed and dried before departure, so be advised. We had to leave early on our departure day and did not have time to do wash, so we just brought our own sheets for all of the beds to use during our stay. We love the St. Armand's area and would definitely stay in this house again if there was the opportunity!

Great home and neighborhood
My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Lisa and John’s home in St Armand’s. Besides spending a lot of time by the pool and the backyard living area, we enjoyed all of the updates made inside the home. The owners were always available when we had any questions. Home is walkable to the beach and shopping and excellent restaurants in St Armand’s.

Magical Christmas Escape
Lovely home, enchanting backyard and perfect location! We enjoyed walking to St Armands circle to view the Christmas lights. Beach was a couple minutes drive. Loved every moment!

Lovely home in a great location!
We had a wonderful Thanksgiving week in in St. Armand's Key. This home was perfect for our party of six (Four adults and two teens. The location is excellent, only a short walk to Armand's Circle and Lido beach.

This home was clean and well equipped. The pool and yard was so lovely. We could walk to the circle, yet it was nice and quiet at night. Comfortable beds and plenty of beach towels and chairs. We would stay here again.

Had a great time at the house. The pool and covered patio was a great place to relax and enjoy ourselves. Walked to St. Armands circle a few times for food and drinks. Location is perfect although we did go to Longboat Key for the more private beach just because that is where we always go.

This property was very clean and the location was excellent! We were in walking distance of all the popular shops and restaurants in St. Armands. The owners were very prompt with communication and were very pleasant to deal with. We loved the pool in the backyard on the days we decided to skip the beach. The kids loved it! Definitely a great place for families.

The house had all the basics and then some, which made for easy meal preps. We enjoyed all our meals in the outdoor dining area. It was difficult to get the kids out of the pool to go anywhere else.
Communication with Lisa was seamless, always responded quickly.

Wonderful Location and Pool
The property was as advertised and shown in pictures. We have family in the area and it was a pleasure to have them over for dinner. Kitchen is well equipped. Lido beach is our absolute favorite and so close by. We enjoyed the pool as well. I would recommend.

The house was everything we wanted and needed. The circle is only a block away which allowed for the kids to go exploring on their own. The beach is within walking distance also. The owner provides several chairs and a cart to carry everything to the beach. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.
