Il nostro appartamento è stato recentemente ristrutturato secondo standard elevati ed è completamente attrezzato per le vostre vacanze. È perfetto per coppie, viaggiatori singoli e famiglie con bambini più grandi.

Apartment 1A è una struttura indipendente a due letti con un ampio patio esterno, che può ospitare fino a cinque persone.
Ci sono due camere da letto. La camera da letto posteriore contiene un letto matrimoniale, armadio, cassetti e ha porte finestre che conducono al cortile sul retro. La camera da letto anteriore contiene due letti singoli, un paio di armadi e cassetti. Entrambe le camere sono dotate di aria condizionata per mantenervi freschi durante le nostre estati calde e televisori a parete.
Lo spazio abitativo principale è a pianta aperta con un comodo divano che si apre su un terzo letto, una TV a parete con cavo e l'aria condizionata. C'è un tavolo da pranzo e sedie e una cucina completamente attrezzata con forno, lavastoviglie, frigo-congelatore, forno a microonde, bollitore e due tipi di macchina per il caffè. C'è anche una vasta gamma di pentole e padelle, tostapane, tostapane, spremiagrumi e le solite cose da cucina. Forniamo sale, pepe, alcune erbe di base e tè e caffè per il vostro arrivo.

C'è un router wifi in casa con una velocità affidabile di 8mbps (che è buono per Rodi!). Tutte le porte e le finestre sono dotate di zanzariere e forniamo un plug-in per le zanzare per ogni camera da letto.
La casa è dotata di allarmi antifumo, illuminazione di emergenza e kit di pronto soccorso.
Non fumare nella proprietà per favore, anche se è possibile fumare al di fuori. Non ci sono feste o eventi.

We loved this place! It was exactly what was advertised. Lots of space with a great kitchen that has everything. The outdoor patio is lovely. We took advantage of one of the restaurants that he recommended and it was delicious and reasonably priced. An adorable little spot.
Very happy with our choice. He answers all your questions and makes you feel welcome.

The property is very central for the beaches east and west. Both 15 to 20 minutes walking distance. The same can be said for both the Old and New town but 20 to 25 minutes walking distance. If you don’t want to drive, short taxi journeys are an alternative.
Supermarket and butchers are close as are one or two restaurants. The Old town is special at night for gift shopping, drinking and eating.
Boat trips to Lindos and Symi Island are recommended.
We enjoyed 10 days at the apartment and will visit again.

The location this home was in the heart of Rhodes and close to everything. I had my husband and two small children with me and we had more than enough space. We were greeted by the owner when we arrived and he made sure we had everything we needed. The home was spotless and decorated nicely. The back patio was beautiful and had plenty of seating. We had cleaners come halfway through our stay to tidy up and provide fresh linens, which was so nice. Everything about this home was perfect for our stay. We were actually so sad to leave because it felt like our home away from home. We hope to be back soon!

The apartment was well very well equipped and the location was central yet quiet. Our host Nick was friendly and helpful, bringing extra towels and whatever else we needed. He also pointed in the right direction for all our Rhodes discoveries. Highly recommend and we will definitely book again

Ferienwohnung in Nähe zur Altstadt
Wir wurden vom Vermieter sehr herzlich in Rhodos empfangen! Für 30 Euro hatte er ein Taxi bestellt, das uns vom Flughafen abgeholt hat. Er hat uns alle Besonderheiten der Ferienwohnung erklärt und stand für Rückfragen die ganze Zeit über zur Verfügung. Die Lage der Wohnung ist Klasse. Die Altstadt ist in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Aber auch der Hafen und der Strand sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Einen Parkplatz für den Mietwagen haben wir auch immer in der Nähe der Ferienwohnung gefunden. Besonders gut hat uns die große Terrasse gefallen, hier haben wir jeden Morgen gefrühstückt. Alle Küchengeräte haben gut funktioniert. Für den Geschirrspüler waren ausreichend Tabs vorhanden. Im Gefrierschrank war ein Vorrat von Eiswürfeln. Es hat an Nichts gefehlt!!! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Ferienwohnung sehr empfehlen!

Die Wohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet. Man hat alles was man braucht. Das Wetter war sehr heiß als wir in Rhodos waren, deswegen wir konnten die Terrasse nicht genießen. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein einzige Problem war Toilettenspüle. Die Spüle war sehr laut und dauerte lange Spühlkasten wieder Wasser zu tanken.

Comfortable place in a good location
The apartment is very well equipped with TV sets in all rooms, it is clean and comfortable. As it is situated in a small side street, it is also very quiet. The bus stops to go to town and also for inland travel on the island are in the immediate neighbourhood, as is a suitably large supermarket. The beds are excellent. The large terrace is perfect for breakfast and to enjoy the balmy evenings.
The owner is very kind and helpful in every respect, always approachable and reacts very fast if there are any questions.

We did struggle to access transportation. Phoning for a taxi proved difficult. On several occasions we were unable to get a Taxi to respond to come to the property.. ( they hung up when they heard English)
The bus service instructions need updating. The walk to the old town and beaches was strenuous in the heat.
The property was really good and great value for money. nick was an excellent host.

Excellent Location
Nick's apartment was in an ideal setting for us in that we felt very much as if we had 'slotted in' to the local area. There are hardly any other tourists in the locality, but when you walk the 10 - 15 mins. to the Old Town they are all around. The apartment is close to lots of coffee shops, so you are spoilt for choice; plus there are 3 well stocked supermarkets very close by.
The apartment itself is very spacious, light and well equipped. The kitchen has all the appliances you need. The outdoor area is great when you just want to relax with a book and a cold drink.
All in all, it can be thoroughly recommended.

Perfect!
Apartment 1A is the perfect place to stay if you are looking for accommodation in Rhodes. It is located in a residential neighbourhood which has all of the amenities that you would require, to include shops, supermarkets, bakery and some fabulous restaurants.
The apartment itself is extremely spacey with a clean bright decor. The apartment is well furnished and has everything that you’d need to experience a home from home!

It’s with a heavy heart I write this review because it feels like I’m leaving my home.
My wife and I spent 3mths travelling around the Greek islands, and Apartment1A was by far the best place we stayed without a shadow of doubt!
The home is stylish, modern, has absolutely everything you could ever need (from beach towels to shopping bags, herbs and spices to even a cooking apron), Nick and Daffy have thought of everything you could possibly need AND it’s of exceptional quality and taste.
Location is perfect, there’s a supermarket down the road but closer than that is an amazing butcher, a fantastic bakery and local shops selling everything you could possibly need.
Walk into the old town is about 15 minutes, the beach about 25 minute walk, you’ll feel very “Game of Thrones” as you twist and turn through the streets to explore, with even more local shops inviting you in.
Some great restaurants are also close, totally away from the usual overpriced and typical tourist traps.
Living here you really do feel like you’re a local.
100% we’ll be back next year, the owner(s) are unbelievably friendly, welcoming and answer any questions you may have.
I’ve struggled to think of a ‘but’, there isn’t - it’s absolute perfection and whoever stays here is going to have an amazing time!

Gut gelegene und modern ausgestattete Ferienwohnung
Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichet und hat alles was man braucht. Die Klimaanlagen in den Räumen funktionieren sehr gut und sind leistungsstark. Die Terrasse ist sehr groß. Man kann sich auf der Terrasse sonnen, wenn man will. Die Wohnung ist trotz ihrer zentralen Lage ruhig gelegen; ab und an flitzen Motorroller mit ihren lauten Auspuffanlagen um die Ecke, was aber typisch für die ganze Stadt ist. Man kann den Mietwagen gleich hinter der Wohnung in der Sackgasse parken. Die Oldtown erreicht man in 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Der Elli-Strand ist in ca. 30 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Es gibt ausreichend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, aber auch 2 große Lidl-Supermärkte, die man mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichen kann, falls man einen Großeinkauf tätigen will. Die Mückengitter waren alle intakt. Die Wasserversorgung war einwandfrei. Die WLAN-Versorgung war gut, ausreichend schnelles Internet und immer stabil. Die Küche hatte alles was man braucht, wenn man zu Hause essen will.
Der Gastgeber Nick war sehr hilfsbereit und kundenorientiert, er spricht gutes Englisch und hat an viele Dinge gedacht, die den Aufenthalts noch angenehmer machen. Sein PDF-Guide ist sehr gut geschrieben und enthält nützliche Hinweise und Tips. Nick antwortete immer schnell auf E-Mails/SMS etc. und kümmerte sich um alles (wie z.B. das Taxi), Nick ist sehr zuverlässig.
Wir können Nicks Wohnung und Nick als Gastgeber mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen und blicken mit guten Erinnerungen auf die Zeit in Rhodos zurück.

Apartment has everything you need. Fantastic air con in all the rooms. The covered terrace area is lovely. We could walk to the old town in 10 minutes. All the local shops are close by, with amazing restaurants. The locals eat in these restaurants. Amazing food. Very very quiet area. Had the best sleep. The owners really care about your stay. We arrived quite late and the shops were closed. The owner went to his own home and came back with a bottle of wine for us. They will organise a taxi for you from the airport. It has just been a fantastic holiday, away from the busy tourist areas. They provide the best apartment/local guide I have ever seen. Really useful information. Do not hesitate to book this place. It is charming, modern on the inside and gives you access to the old town, with a lovely walk down a traffic free street. Nick the owner responds to emails immediately and organises everything you need. If I could give 7 stars I would. Your apartment has given us the best Rhodes holiday we could possibly have had.
