It was a wonderful cabin and everyone had the best time. Due to my boys jobs and schedule we alway do Christmas early. This was a perfect setting. So much for everyone to do and plenty of space to do it in.

This cabin was more expensive than I would normally pay, but I needed a large enough space to accommodate guests from out of town. Family from Georgia, Tennessee, West Virginia, and Oregon flew in for my daughter's wedding. I needed a place that would sleep the whole family but keep us together. Also, something nice enough for a backup wedding venue if it had rained out the Big Johns Flat meadow wedding site. The house was clean and had enough beds, but not enough privacy for as many couples as we had to stay. There were two king bedrooms that I gave to the grandparents but all the other couples had to share the queen bed bunk rooms. One couple opted to rent their own condo further down the road so as not to have to sleep in a bunk room with two other couples. The house was large, and clean, with top-of-the-line flooring doors, windows, showers, tub, tiles, fixtures and decorated very cute. For the price, I believe propane for the fire pit and grill should have been provided. Instead, we had to take a tank from the porch and fill it on our first trip down the mountain then switch it from fire pit to grill depending on which we wanted to use on our own dime. No worries next guest will have one full tank. Also, my bed was so uncomfortable that my husband and I had to pay for a really nice mattress topper that we ended up leaving in the cabin as there was no way to take it with us. We also left several cans of yellow jacket spray on the deck for the next guests because the yellow jackets would run you off the deck. (Be careful where you park you will get stung as you are unloading) These few minor inconveniences did not distract from our stay. The view was beautiful, and the trails were amazing. We rented a 4 seater side by side and took in the views!!!! The cabin is big, well stocked, beautiful, clean, and has plenty of room for skiers in the wintertime. The hot tub was also a plus. After running the clean cycle a few times the foam was cut way down and I enjoyed relaxing in it each night of our stay. I would definitely stay here again. It is a beautiful cabin with beautiful views and lots of room.

We stayed at this property during our annual motorcycle trip to Utah. The house and view are beautiful! We enjoyed the deck and hot tub after long days riding. I did have to contact the property owner during our stay but Brad answered very quickly! We never had any problems! We would definitely consider this property again if we ever get back to Utah! This property is perfect for an extended family vacation. It is well equipped not only in the kitchen and bedroom/bathroom areas, but the pool/ping pong table, hot tub, TV's, canoe, etc. provided continuous entertainment. It is located conveniently by lakes, hiking and ATV trails.

Weather wasn't the best but plenty to do in this cabin with pool table, foosball,hottube, and large dining table to play game. The view was nice and a big deck and hot tub to hang out in. Plenty of places to go hiking and fishing and four wheeling. Bring your oxygen as you are at 10,000 feet and takes a good day to adjust. What a great place. Any issues brad is only an hour away and responded promptly.

We really enjoyed our stay. Had room for our trailers and Side by sides. Beautiful cabin and views. Had a great time Will come again.

We loved this cabin. It's in a great spot in relation to the ski resort and there's tons of amenities. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The view was beautiful and the hot tub and pool table were a treat. The house had what we needed and was very clean. Table was big! Wifi wasn’t good, so go to get away from work and video games!!! We really enjoyed our stay!

Wi-fi spotty...would recommend satellite TV for all those football fans

We had a great stay! The views/sunsets/sunrises were incredible. The kids loved making snow forts. The cabin is very well designed and accommodated our group of 7 adults and 9 children comfortably. The location to the ski resort is so convenient. We loved soaking in the hot tub after our ski outings. The only problem with the cabin was that the wi-fi was very spotty and the ice machine didn’t work. We have done many VRBOs and this is one of our favorites! Would love to come back again!

The property is excellent.... and beautiful. Parking was a bit difficult due to the fact that we received 3 feet of snow while we were there. The owners gave access to shovels (and salt) which helped us keep the parking area available, and maintain access to the cabin. The amenities were great and we had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable visit.

Great cabin visit!

This house was beautiful and the room were exactly as describe. Kitchen had lots of amenities. A couple of inconveniences, the snow had not been cleared to get to the house, Neither were any of the decks or furniture. We were blessed with neighbors that let us borrow shovels and their snowblower. There are these things at the house but you need the garage code to access them. Hot tub would not heat up which was another bummer. All Messages sent were instantly replied to and most things got worked out. Never inquired about the hot tub but if you want that amenity make sure to inquire. Other than that beautiful house. Make sure you have 4-wheel or all wheel drive to get up the steep hill.

Our group has used this property for the last three years and this year was a disappointment that we’re not used to. Parking was difficult as the driveway wasn’t plowed. There was no snow shovel which made having a walkway difficult along with a slippery time on the stairs and deck. Dangerous. The water heater wasn’t functioning properly and had we not had a master electrician in our group, we would have had cold water on a weekend when temperatures were in single digits. Guests shouldn’t have to work on a getaway or perform free labor. This property is usually very clean and this year that wasn’t the case. I don’t think the home has been dusted in quite some time. The pool table is gross and covered in lint and dust. Kitchen table needed to be wiped down which leads me to believe it wasn’t sanitized. That makes us wonder what else wasn’t sanitized? The big windows that provide an amazing view were dirty and the window sills were full of dead bugs. The fireplace in the master bedroom also needed to be fixed by the electrician in our group and it was also full of dead moths. Very gross. The amazing Elk hanging in the living room is COVERED in dust. Very sad to see such a beautiful animal not being taken care of. The hot tub was turned on and the water never warmed up. Definitely something to look into for the next guests. Again, this experience was shocking based on our previous experiences at the property. We hope some adjustments are made as this is far too amazing of a property to not receive the TLC that it deserves.

This place is AMAZING! Perfect amenities and gorgeous view. Would 10/10 stay here again.

The location was easy to get to and in a beautiful area, the cabin was roomy and comfortable

Everyone had good time some had to experience cold showers, do to the number of showerers. Very nice comfortable place

Great place and peaceful!

Unfortunately we were not able to stay at this cabin. We had reserved it 6 weeks in advance and 3 days before our check in time the owner had to cancel because his ex wife was staying there and would not leave.

We had a pool tournament, a foos ball tournament, watched movies, and hot tubed . I would say our only negative would be the coffee maker. We are used to a kerig, and had to google how to make it with the one provided and it only makes two small cups We loved our stay and would recommend it and will probably book again for next year.

The house was very cozy and plenty of room for the kiddos. We would like to return this summer for a family ATV trip.

Absolute perfect location, we came up for opening weekend to snowboard. 8 of us total. All adults. The house was perfect, I never felt like we were all on top of eachother everyone had their own place to sleep, relax. It was perfect! A few hiccups, but property manager was quick and efficient with communication! Driving down we were already talking about coming back! The photos do not do this property justice! We woke up to a blanket of snow, we were in the hot tub and it was snowing (literally a dream of mine) -it was such a great time! Thank you!

Great place to stay--winter or summer!

We had our annual family get-together, which was a gathering if 22 ranging from 4 months to 71. It was a wonderful place to be all together. The weather was awful, so it was great to have plenty of fun things to do together since we were so limited in being able to do things outdoors. Very happy with our experience with this place and the owner

We went skiing for a half of a day, power outage.... we had a couple of kids who had never skied before and they were totally bumped. We went back to the property cold, no power/ generator kept kicking off-fireplace on main level wasn’t heating all rooms. We had a couple of small children and didn’t want to spend a cold night, so we came home! We felt like we should have been reimbursed a night because of the generator continually quitting. Property responsibility ! Hot tub was dirty, lots of hair in it. Wasn’t the cleanest! Wouldn’t tecommend this property!

This is the 6th year we have had our ski trip at Eagle Point and we always stay here. We love it. Perfect for our large group!
