Great place and location!!!

Short walk to the downtown square where there are great restaurants, shops, and a movie theater. Also centrally located to over 300 wineries. The home is beautifully decorated and comfortable. Will absolutely return.

Kirk and Lisa were awesome hosts! The home was spotless and ready to receive us upon arrival. It was well stocked with kitchen utensils and a full kitchen. Close to everything in Paso as we were able to walk everywhere in town. That is very important if you have been out tasting great wine all day like we were. They made great suggestions for dinner and drivers for the trips to the wineries. Destination Drivers was a great recommendation. Can't wait to return!

This property was lovely, super clean and well appointed. Walking distance to pretty much anything you would need. We will be back.

What a charming place! This adorable home is right near everything. Restaurants bars and shopping all within a block of this property. Also, the park is about 3 blocks away. All around, a great place with very communicative host. Definitely recommend!

The location of this home is perfect for visiting and exploring Paso Robles. The home itself is clean and inviting and quaint. The host was very friendly and informative. We would definitely stay again.

The house is adorable and can’t beat the location!

This was the perfect place for our get away. It is such a cute cottage with just the right amenities. The fact that we could walk to the square and not have to drive everywhere was wonderful. It is in a quiet area, and the on site parking a plus. (There always seemed to be on- street parking available, but we didn't need it. ) We didn't cook any meals, but the kitchen was well equipped. We appreciated the coffee bar, too. Kirk and Lisa were wonderful to work with, and they checked in with us after our arrival. I would definitely consider renting here again if I get the chance.

A charming cottage, perfectly fitted out for a Paso Robles stay. Our hosts were warm, welcoming and accommodating. The cottage was clean and fresh with every convenience. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the cottage, lounging out in the front courtyard in the sunny afternoon, drinking wine out in the evening and walking everywhere in town.

This is a nice, clean house that's only a block or so from central Paso. The house is nicer than the pictures make it look. While the immediate area is a bit "concrete" and is across the street from a thrift store (think "neighborhood in transition"), it always felt safe and you can't beat the access to everything in town. I would happily stay here again.

Love this little hide away! It is a short walk to some wonderful restaurants, great shopping, and some wine tasting. This adorable house is well stocked with all the essentials and even things you didn't think you would need. It is also very well taken care of and very clean!

The cottage was so clean and it literally had everything we needed, even down to umbrellas if it had rained (luckily, it didn't) to bandaids, coffee, pots and pans. You name it, they had it. There were three of us and it was so comfortable and homey, with the front and back patios, where we would have been fine just relaxing. And it truly is within walking distance of shopping, winery tasting rooms, and restaurants. I can't wait to come back. Thanks for a great trip!

We were so pleased with this beautiful cottage rental. Everything about it exceeded our expectations! The location is unbeatable, as it is so close and walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants of the downtown square. The two outdoor patios are perfect for enjoying the sun with a glass of wine. When we opened the door, we were pleasantly surprised by the adorable decor and appreciated the level of cleanliness. The whole place was spotless. We also appreciated how professional the rental is managed... it didn't feel like we were staying at someone else's house because they have it set up with the guests in mind. No detail is spared. The owner also called to make sure we were happy and to see if we needed anything. Excellent communication throughout the process. We will definitely return. Thank you!

What great little cottage right in downtown Paso Robles. Super convenient to all the restaurants, shops, and wine tasting rooms in town. Just 2 blocks from the square. This was our second time staying here and we will be back again. The cottage has everything that you could ask for. A real gem.

My two girlfriends and I really were impressed with this place! It was spotless, had everything we needed; and was so close to all of the tasting rooms down town. We really enjoyed the backyard area. We were a group of four women. I have been to Paso Robles 2-3 times a year for at least the five or six years. The house is located so close to town that you could not be closer without literally staying on the square. Such a great area and easy to get everywhere. Thank you so much.

The cottage was everything we had hoped it would be. Kirk checked in on us during our first day, offering anything additional that we might need. This was a memory making trip for my 81 year old mother. The house leant itself perfectly. We can't imagine staying anywhere else on our next trip to Paso Robles.

We loved this little cottage. We were two couples and it was perfect for us. So pleasant and accessible to everything. We walked all over, convenient to everything. Even though we were downtown, our place was extremely quiet. Beds, home, surroundings were very comfortable and it definitely felt like a home away from home. This will be our place from now on whenever we come up to Paso!

We loved it so much we are trying to figure out when we can make it back to Paso Robles and hopefully get the same home! The owners are super nice and maintain there home clean, comfortable and have all the amenities we needed. Amazing experience. Thank you.

We loved everything about the house! The only issue was one of the beds was firm and not very comfortable.

We rented the house for a weekend of wine tasting with a close couple of ours. Communication with Kirk was easy and prompt. We were downtown wine tasting and then went to the house. I did not realize it was literally right around the corner from where we were. We walked in and the girls exclaimed how cute everything was. The kitchen is fully stocked (I mean fully) including coffee for both the Krups and regular coffee maker, and all the pots, pans, dishes, cooking utensils, etc. you need. We made breakfast both mornings and never not found what we needed. Having breakfast on the back patio and drinking coffee on the front patio were both convenient and beautiful. The bathroom set up was convenient as there is a 3/4 bath as well as a separate vanity area so the girls could get ready while someone was in the bathroom. There were plenty of towels and robes, as well as bath and shower necessities. Kirk came over and introduced himself when we checked in since he was working next door on another rental of theirs. Other than that we were left to ourselves. We loved the location (5 minute walking distance to many downtown wineries and restaurants) and the amenities and we will definitely be staying there again.

Fabulous on 14th street is a cute cottage located near the heart of downtown. It was just the right size for a girls weekends away to Paso Robles. Kirk and Lisa have done a great job making the the house feel warm and inviting. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the heart of Paso.
