The area is not family friendly and felt more like FL Spring break than family vacation. This condo is adjacent to FloraBama restaurant and bar which I am sure is what contributes to the crowd it attracts. The unit smelled nice but not clean. Poop smear on outside of toilet, blood stained pillows and random trash found under beds, corners and in the sofa. Broken refrigerator drawers, shelves, furniture burned out light bulbs, dead remote batteries became frustrating. Give this unit an overhaul. For what is paid for cleaning, we left it better than we received it.

My family loved this condo. It was perfect for what we was looking for. It’s on the second floor, my mom and grandma do not like being on the upper levels. I on the other hand usually like to wake up and go on the balcony and be high enough to see if I can see any animals in the water before people get out on the beach. With the parking garage I was able to go up to the 9 floor and get to see the water from up high. We are music lovers, having flora bama next door was one of the main reasons we chose this property. We can hear the beach band during the day while being on the beach. The noise in the room could be a bit much because you can sometimes hear people in the indoor pool or the basketball court but for us this was no problem. In fact we loved being next to the basketball room so I could just check on the kids by walking out the room and taking 2 steps. The balcony was one of the best balconies the property had. You could either lay out and tan or be in the shade. The balcony was our favorite place in the unit. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

There were dust bunnies and wrappers behind the chairs in the living room. They need more cups in the kitchen and a wine opener. The appliances were showing some wear and tear as well. The broom was duct taped together, which made sweeping almost impossible. We loved the balcony and the view was unbeatable.

The condition of the condo was poor when we arrived. We spent a lot of time vacuuming and cleaning the kitchen. It looked like it hadn't really been cleaned as there was dried, sticky soda all over the counter. The furniture and kitchen is dated and not in great shape. The sheets on the master bedroom would keep sliding off as the mattress protector was plastic. That was frustrating to have to put the fitted sheet over the corner a few times a night.

We all stayed in Phoenix X. The accommodations were very comfortable and we felt at home. The only complaint I heard was that in the room with the 2 full-size beds, the mattresses were too soft/worn out. All of the appliances worked well and no other issues were noted. Everything was as described in the description of the condo. Check-in and check-out procedures were a breeze. we had no issues with accessing the condo through the keycode. We had no trouble with finding a place to park on our floor in the parking deck (4th of July week). We had an absolute blast and would love to come back again! Thank you for having us!!

This is a great location. For the cost, however, we expected that it be maintained much better. It appeared as though it had not been cleaned at all when we arrived. The floors had debris, there was trash underneath the furniture, and the showers had mold and mildew growing everywhere. In future, I may go for a less expensive unit, so that perhaps such conditions won’t be as much of a disappointment.

The property was great! The views from the balcony cannot be beat!! The unit had ample towels and supplies in the kitchen. It was clean and tastefully decorated. The beds were comfortable with adequate bedding and pillows. Our only issue was the outdoor pool was shut down a few times for maintenance but only for about 30 to 45 minutes at a time.

We had a great time!

Just as a FYI, both hair dryers do not work. Light in master bath we needed to buy a light bulb for. Other than those things we loved it and thinking about booking same time next year.

Condo was beyond our expectations. Floor plan, furnishings, amenities, parking, location, beach --- everything exceeded our expectations. We are delighted we made the decision to expand a weekend competition into a mini-vacation.

Vacuumed barely worked (had to take apart and empty filter to get any suction) and no broom to clean up unit during stay and before check out. Found a large open safety pin in carpet by bed in master. Kitchen drawers and cupboards could use a whipping out. Most VRBO's we rented are owner based, not facility so wasn't used to some things like a sample sized dish soap, no dish scrubber, no kleenex, no extra garbage bags, etc. If you are used to renting direct from owner, something to keep in mind. I recognize all this feedback is first world problems, but wanted to be honest. It's a lovely area, you can't beat the sound of the ocean to fall asleep to and the view is amazing.

Dirty bedding, ( bed skirts were even torn!) carpet, fans, greasy sink and even chewed gum on top of the refrigerator! When I spoke with the manager he was utterly rude and would not even consider what I was telling him. I have photos and offered to send them! Fortunately the front desk lady was able to provide us with CLEAN sheets, pillow cases and a blanket!

Located next to Flora-Bama. Walking distance to eating establishments. Unit has extra long balcony overlooking pool. Only issues were the coffee decanter was missing (we purchased a replacement so we could have coffee) and the hair dryer on the wall in the master bathroom was busted. Housekeeping should have caught these 2 items before we checked in. In spite of these 2 items I would recommend the unit as very good and our stay as excellent.

Overall this is a great place to stay for a family! However, the photos are a little misleading since the pool photos are outdated and there is no mushroom or kiddie pool as it seems like it’s been updated since. This was a bummer for us because it’s one of the main reasons we chose it as we had two kids under 2.
