We enjoyed out stay very much!

Great little place for the perfect getaway. Great location - within walking distance to the cute town. Owner is very flexible and responsible. A light was out in the kitchen which he fixed within a short period of time. Very responsive to questions. Quiet and you can hear the ocean from there. Beds were comfortable. Everything that was needed..... except one little thing..... Shellfish eating/preparing tools. We bought lobster and there wasn't anything in the place to crack the claws with. We managed with the scissors that was there - but if I had to make any recommendations to the owner - get some claw cracking utensils and maybe a stock pot to cook the lobster in. Luckily the place we bought lobster cooked it for us. Other than that - the place was fantastic! I would stay again!

This was a very clean and adequate apartment for a girls weekend!! The location made it so we didn’t even use our car once during our stay!!!

My husband and I stayed here with our two kids. The unit was the perfect setup and the perfect location. We highly recommend staying here and plan to come back ourselves!

We really enjoyed our stay in this cute apartment. The location is perfect...short walk to everything, but in a quiet area. My kids (5 & 7) also loved the park across the street. We'd definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed the location on a residential street, but just steps from the village end of town. Very walkable to everything without the crowds walking by the unit. Was one of four rental units on the property - other renters were friendly and quiet. It has everything you need to cook meals (if you can resist all the great restaurants in Ogunquit!). Had a lovely relaxing time staying there.

Comfortable, clean, and as close to downtown as you could ask for. Quick access to all the shops and restaurants in town, and a short walk to the beach. Nice yard with two gas grills to do your own cooking rather than going out. Ken is great to work with and responds nearly immediately to any inquiries, couldn't ask for better. Just remember to bring your own hand towels, I always remember the sheets, bath and beach towels, but never remember to bring hand towels with me.

Excellent location, quick and enjoyable walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Everything is right there, I would stay again.

This property was very clean, incredibly well located right near downtown and exactly as pictured! Ken was a great host and the communication prior and during our stay was superb. Would highly recommend and hope to stay there again soon!

We loved our 1st trip to Ogunquit!! Best decision we made was staying at Ken and Laura's place. It truly is in the center of town. Every morning we made coffee walked to the beach. (About 3 minutes away.)and enjoyed our coffee while watching the sunrise. Spectacular!! The apartment was perfect for our party of 3. The beds were very comfortable we slept very good. We had the pleasure of meeting Ken while enjoying the back yard. He was very accommodating to all our needs. I would definitely stay here anytime we're visiting. We will definitely be back!! Here are some activities I reccomend. We walked the Marginal Way early, before the crowds. (About a 5 min. walk from the house.) It spills out onto Perkins Cove. We enjoyed watching all the Lobstermen going out in the morning. All the activity on the harbor made you realize how special it was being in an old Harbor town. We sailed The Gift. That was the highlight of my trip!!! We enjoyed breakfast at The egg and I. about a 15 minute walk up main street. I reccomend the French toast. We had a beautiful dinner at Rose Cove. 5 min walk. Enjoyed walking the beach in the afternoon and visiting the many shops. You will love Ogunquit and Ken and Laura's home on School Street.

We stayed at this property for a long weekend and it was wonderful. I knew it was close to the shops, but did not realize HOW close it was to Shore Road and my favorite blueberry martini! The house was immaculate and had everything you needed. Whether you wanted to go downtown, the beach, Shore Road, or Perkins Cove, everything is in walking distance from this property. We will definitely consider renting here again in the future!

Exactly what the listing described. The place was clean and the location was easily walkable to shops, restaurants, and the beach. Our family had the most amazing experience and will definitely visit Ogunquit and stay here again.

Perfect set up to stay with our toddler. Had all the kitchen supplies we needed, an outside clothesline to dry towels and a yard to play in. Walking distance to beach and restaurants. Will stay again!

2 bedroom apartment was clean & quiet. Great location to walk downtown Ogunquit and Marginal Way, etc. Wished we did not have to bring our own linens and towels, however. Would come again because of its easy access to downtown restaurants etc.

The description of the unit is as advertized. Beds are comfortable. Location is great. It is walking distance from the center of Ogunquit, Perkins cove and Ogunquit beach. Located on a quiet steet.This was our second time renting there. There are no surprises when you enter the unit.

The apartment was very well stocked, clean and so conveniently located to the village, beach and perkins cove. The lawn area was just big enough and added a nice outdoor space for us to enjoy. It was quiet at night even with the windows open! The owner was responsive and we would rent this property again. A great place to choose!!

This property is centrally located in Ogunquit so that you can walk to everything. Can be a little small if you have more than 3 people in the unit. It was fine for us.The unit has been redone recently and is in excellent condition as is portrayed by the photos. There is only one tv in the living room so if you have people that want to watch different shows that could be an issue. The bedrooms are wired for cable but not sure why they are not used. Also the router for wifi is in the lower unit but we had no issues after the router was reset. One of the gas grills was a bit rusty but I never used it. Overall a nice property in a perfect location!!

This is a wonderful, well maintained house a block off the main street and less than 10 minutes to the beach. You can park and leave your car for the remainder of the stay. The unit is updated, clean, well maintained. The beds are comfortable. There is slight noise on weekend events from the back bedroom as it is next to a parking lot. Unit has A/c so really not an issue. Yard space is nice!

We enjoyed our stay. Easy walking distance to shopping, food, beach and ...well why else are you in Ogunquit?
