We loved our stay at the cottage! It was very clean and was in close proximity to downtown. It was also a treat to meet Popo (the neighborhood kitty). Will definitely stay here again in the future!

The house was very comfortable, clean and nicely appointed. We value and appreciate staying at properties that provide the tools needed for us to help keep things tidy and this house was well-equipped. Communication during check-in was seamless and quick. It fit our family of three perfectly and we would definitely stay here again for any future visits to the area.

This was a great house for our short visit to Coeur d'Alene. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, the beds were comfortable and the location was great.

The property is within walking distance to downtown and the lake (about 15 minutes or a 3 minute drive). The kitchen is sufficiently stocked. The bedrooms are small, but everything was comfortable. The bathrub/shower is small but adequate.

The cottage was as advertised and well stocked for our needs. It was very comfortable and homey. After a little hiccup on checking in, the host was very gracious and accommodating to us.

The size was perfect for a family of 4. The location was great! Short walk to lake and restaurants. Owners were great and responsive. Inside is simple and has everything you will need. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

We enjoyed our two night golfing vacation in the house. It was a comfy and homey place for the family to relax after golf. It is centrally located and in a good neighborhood for walking our small dog.

We had a great time at this property. The location was quiet but very walkable to downtown CDA. The whole house was well stocked with everything we needed. It had tons of linens, kitchen equipment and some pantry items, fans, and AC. The layout was plenty spacious for our group of 4. There was a full washer and dryer which we didn’t use but was a great option to have. And the best part was the friendly cat PoPo that came to visit us outside!

This cottage far exceeded our expectations. It was clean and so comfortable. Great location with shopping and delicious restaurants right down the road. We hope to stay here every year for our annual Silverwood trip.

Hassle free clean property for my husband, teens and I to enjoy the parks, lake and bike trails of the CdA area. Easy access to McEuen park and the city beach. Quiet neighborhood.

A great option for a small group and dog friendly! Grass for dog in front and back of house, plus neighborhood has lots of grass and trees (essential for summer heat). Backyard is not completely fenced off/enclosed, but we did fine with keeping ours on leash for potty breaks. 1/2 mile walk to downtown shopping/food. You can walk to the city park/beach. We drove to dog friendly beaches (Riverstone dog park and Atlas Mills Park). Great options for dogs, but not much shade at those beaches. The A/C units worked wonderfully! It was like walking into heaven after 90/100° weather! 2 beds provided in 2 separate rooms (main bedroom is larger). We were a group of 4, 2 in main bedroom, my mom in the smaller bedroom, I did volunteer for the couch to avoid being cramped in with my mom. We didn’t do any cooking, but they had all the basic spices if that’s something you need. Fridge was very clean. Laundry worked well. Felt like a safe place to be and neighbors were very friendly! Would definitely stay here again!

Unit was as described within walking distance to beach, park, restaurants and shops. Unit was clean and functional with very comfortable beds, pillows and towels. AC was great too! I enjoyed access to the bikes as well. Thank you.

A suitable location near the main restaurant row of this nice town. Air conditioners worked very well. Safe and secure. Low water pressure and a singing toilet were the only drawbacks, but worth the price.

This property was exactly what we expected as far as location and space. It’s a bit dated but adequate. We had no internet connection for the duration of our stay but were credited $10 to get a hot spot by the owner..I would recommend bringing a hot spot with if you are working as internet and cell service are sketchy.

The location was great. We came during record high heat. The owners went out of there way to get us more fans and a new window ac unit. 3 in our party still had to rent a hotel with ac for one of the nights. Around 11 pm on our first night We didn't have linens for the pull out sofa and the owner answered the phone and came over with linens as soon as she could she also brought beach towels the next morning. We ran out of TP the last night and I'm sure she would have run some over, but we used tissue to not have to bother her. Overall, it was a great location. Close to the lake.

We enjoyed our stay at CDA! Our stay at the cottage was much preferred over a hotel.

Location perfect for us. Had everything we needed. One very large bedroom worked well for pack-n-play, other bedroom small but sufficient.

Loved this space! Perfect for our weekend!
