Può ospitare 4-6 persone molto comodamente. C'è un letto matrimoniale nella camera da letto matrimoniale e un letto matrimoniale nella camera degli ospiti e un divano letto estraibile pieno. I bagni sono aggiornati e sono granito, così come armadi in legno su misura. C'è anche una lavatrice e asciugatrice full size. L'intera unità è stata personalizzata con gusto e di installazione per dare ai nostri ospiti una vacanza rilassante e tranquilla Florida Il condominio si affaccia sul lago comunità e la fontana. Una delle cose più rilassanti da fare è sedersi sul grande lanai schermato. Ci sono splendide viste sul lago dalla lanai e camera da letto e soggiorno.

My family and I had a great time at Kathy's condo. The condo itself was very comfortable, and had everything you could possibly need including spices in the kitchen. The pool/spa area was beautiful, and the condo was an easy drive to everything we wanted to do. Peter R.

We had three days weekend getaway with other couple. This place has everything that you need, including laundry detergent, hair dryer, even nailpolish remover! The place is much nicer and comfortable than on the pictures, it’s clean and cozy, only 13 min drive from Engelwood Beach, one of the best in the area. We enjoyed our stay, thank you!

Wonderful condo!
Excellent property and great communication from booking right through to during our stay. Condo was immaculately clean, tastefully furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I air facilities were also great. Pool was very clean and not busy. Quiet area, close to beautiful beaches. I highly recommend.

Mini vaca
The condo was lovely, the pool was amazing. We had a great time. The only thing that we had an issue with was there were no curtains or blinds on the slinding glass door. Other than that we had a good time.

No complaints, Kathy was GREAT!
I traveled with my life partner and two small children. The location was great with Publix less than a mile away and a gas station even closer. We would have walked to get our groceries and coffee but it was too hot.
The condo is well furnished with everything you need. We especially liked the washer/dryer while traveling with two littles. Kathy really thought of everything up to and including the large travel mugs where one may choose to make an adult beverage and bring to the pool area:)
Kathy has two boogie boards, pool noodles, and beach necessities to compliment your stay.
We drive to Englewood, Boca Grande , Venice and Turtle Beaches. All were awesome in their own way.

Amazing Condo
My husband and I flew in for a wedding. The location was only 3 miles from our best friends which was awesome. The property was beautiful, very well stocked with whatever you needed, exceptionally clean and convenient to all the activities we had to attend for the wedding. There were good restaurants close to proximity as well as a Publix. We would definitely rent this property again because we really enjoyed staying at this property.

Perfection
A great location close to everything you could need. Very affordable and great amenities. Kathy was amazing and very responsive to our needs. Traveling with a child can be tough but we did not have to worry about our living arrangements for the week. Much more affordable and spacious then others in the area. Would absolutely stay again.

We loved the light colors of the condo, very Summery. The kitchen was very well equipped. The beds were comfortable as was the living room furniture. The condo was very clean. Cape Haze Resort is in a great place, close to the beaches, golf and of course some shopping. The pool there is large and well maintained. We had a great vacation there and plan to go again.

We live in Weeki Wachee FL area and wanted a place in area when daughters best friend was coming to visit her aunt. The condo was clean and large enough to keep "little brother" from annoying the teen girls. We made most meals in the kitchen which was fully stocked. Since we were off season the pool was not crowded and very nice. We will stay here again in a minute!!!!

So cute and clean!!
Our stay was WAY too short. The property was immaculate. The pool, clubs house, buildings were very clean and and well maintained. The kitchen was perfectly equipped and had everything we needed. Beds were cozy, bathrooms spacious, and the living/dining comfortable and open concept. The decor was also so cute and costal! The one and only downside was the location from restaurants. Grocery store very close by but most restaurants were an appreciable drive and Ubers/Lyfts were nonexistent. Beach was less than 10 minutes away and was a gorgeous drive! We thoroughly enjoyed the weekend and can’t wait to come back!!

What a GEM!
We loved everything about this condo! Communication with Kathy was easy and fast - any questions we had were answered promptly. You will not find a cleaner property - I don't believe there was a speck of dust anywhere! Stocked with plenty of towels, beach supplies, and standard pantry items. A very short walk to the pool, which was quite spacious and clean. Within minutes of Englewood Beach! You cannot go wrong with this property!!! Thank you, Kathy, for your wonderful accommodations!

Amazing, clean, good for families
Kathy's place was amazing! Not only was the apartment super clean, the resort was well maintained and well situated. We shopped at Publix (very close), but groceries elsewhere were only 10 minutes away of we'd wanted. It was nice to stay at a place that had things for the beach, as well as the in-home amenities we required. The lanai was great.
