We really enjoyed our stay here! Everything was in great condition and it served our family well. Because of the keyless entry, we only used the garage entrance which is on the bottom level accessed from the alley. Thanks again for the great stay!

We had a wonderful stay in this house, which had a wonderful deck view of the mountains and was so conveniently located just one block off of Main Street and within walking distance of a number of great hiking trails. It was a great place for a family gathering.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home is well appointed. Clean and comfortable abode for an extended family of all ages. Convenient to downtown, which allowed us to be car free. The Victorian rental was perfect for our long family weekend. The views out the patio overlooking the main downtown and the mountains were majestic. Even though it is "mud" season in the mountains the snow just added to the ambience. The fully equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare plenty of meals. We will definitely be back.

For this year’s annual snowboarding trip, we decided to get a house in town so we wouldn’t have to drive anywhere. The location of this house was PERFECT! Our group could walk to the mountain (literally a 4 minute walk to the gondola) or walk to the town - the house was 1 road off of Main Street. It was spacious for our group of 12 adults, and we all had a blast. I will definitely stay here again, location is unbearable!

We loved the property on the whole. It easily accommodated our group of seven adults and was the perfect location for a late summer vacation. We made ample use of the deck, grill and hot tub. It would have been nice to have known that the hot tub people would be servicing the tub while we were there rather than walking in to a stranger on the deck one day and a stranger simply walking in the front door without knocking on another. The property manager was great about responding to our questions. Our son had car troubles driving in and the manager did her best to help us with local mechanics. The only reason I gave the property 4 stars instead of 5 was the mattresses in two of the rooms (primary and middle room downstairs). It’s really hard to function when you can’t get a good night’s sleep. If your body can handle a super soft bed, you shouldn’t have any problems. Overall, we did really enjoy our stay and would recommend it to others.

My friends and I do an annual girls trip. We had a wonderful time! This property is beautiful, clean and spacious. It is walking distance to shops, bikes, and restaurants - right in the heart of everything!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location is fantastic! Walkable to all of the downtown shops, so many restaurants, the gondola, and the beautiful walking path along the river. The kitchen is well stocked, plenty of bathrooms for everyone to not have to share space, and the views from the back deck are amazing. One thing to consider is that there are a lot of stairs, so if you have someone in your group that has mobility issues, this may be a concern for you. We would definitely rent this home again if we return to the area!

This house was fantastic in so many ways! Location is beyond perfection and the views are incredible—it was the biggest selling point for our family. We would definitely come back to stay in this house. In terms of places for improvement, we have a few suggestions. 1. Given that we were here in July/August, it was very hot inside and we tried cooling down by opening the windows, which let bugs in. We’d recommend adding bug screens to windows to mitigate this issue. 2. Ensuring the house was properly stocked with paper towels, napkins, hangers, and seasonings—there were only 2 paper towel rolls here, no salt, and not enough hangers for the 6 of us (and the house holds more than 6). 3. Offer a housekeeping service. 4. Full-length mirrors in every room

House was perfect for a Spring Break ski trip for 3 dads and their 18 year old sons. The boys had the 2nd floor room with 3-queens/bath to themselves and each Dad had a room. Great location one block off main and 2 blocks from gondola. Very convenient. Nice deck. Small living room/dining room.

Location is 5 star but everything else with property is 3 star. No updating in the three years we have been coming here. Hot Tub broke on day two and was not repaired during stay. Ceiling staining in master bath, several sinks drain super slow and dryer is beginning to fail as it requires multiple runs to dry average loads. Again location is amazing but be prepared that the home isn’t going to look 5 star inside. Cleanliness is very good.

We enjoyed our stay with one MAJOR exception: when you walked into the basement level, there was a very strong smell of pet urine and all of the carpet was filthy. Also, it was dirty along the baseboards, etc. of the hard surface floors, but the main issue was the carpets. Other than that, the bathrooms and kitchen were clean and had plenty of nice towels. Linens on beds and furnishings were nice. My only other feedback is that I don't feel the property was represented accurately because you had to go up a LOT of stairs to get to the main level. It is a 3 level house and could be difficult for an older person who may be traveling with the group, but not necessarily skiing or otherwise able to be active.

Spent a long weekend with my family in this home. The house fit my family great, except for the common space around the fireplace/den/kitchen. The pictures are very misleading, it is much smaller than it looks. the hottub was well used and appreciated after long days on the slopes. The grill worked out great too. The kitchen pictures make it look a lot bigger than it is. With 9 adults it was very cramped. I have rented homes with my family before and the kitchen did not have sufficient dishes to prepare meals for a large family.there was only 1 11x13 pan. We were able to make due, but for the cost I expected it to be more stocked with those items needed for large family meal preparations. the heater was another difficult issue. The maintanence company was called on Saturday when the bunk room was so hot be had to open several windows to cool it down; shoed up on Sunday and stated that is the way the homes are in the area, not enough thermostats to control the heaters. We ended up having to turn off the heaters, open windows just to cool the house down to a comfortable temperature. The BEST thing about this house is it's location to the gondola and main street! GREAT LOCATION!

overall the house was very nice. Great location right in historic downtown. Great view off the balcony. Well set up for 6 to 10 guests and plenty of sleeping accomodations for kids. Staff was responsive when we needed something. All issues were minor. The house should be stocked for a 2 week stay if rented that long. not having a key to the front door was a bit of a nuisance. there are no closets so your close will be hanging on racks in the bedroom or on top of your suitcase. The garage is a bit odd with two cars but one single file space. If you have a third car its a pain. Place needs a bit of updating but nothing serious. I would recommend this house to people that have 6 to 10 guests and want a great location with a view.

We had a group of 9 from both coasts and the midwest; and thoroughly enjoyed Ridge Street Lookout. The location was absolutely the best! It can't be beat for Main Street Breck action. The house is well appointed and cared for; updates, nice silverware, quality grill, wonderful island to make dinners on and a great deck with views to eat dinners on; a pristine hot tub, lots of towels and amenities; a garage for the car, lovely flowers on the front porch; overhead fans for the rooms, and four bathrooms! - it all was such a treat. It'd be hard to improve on perfection!
