Condominio fronte oceano recentemente ristrutturato. Ampio condominio con due camere da letto e due bagni con vista sull'oceano. Situato direttamente sulla parte senza auto della migliore spiaggia della Florida - New Smyrna Beach! NSB è dove i locali della Florida centrale vanno a trovare la spiaggia migliore, meno turistica e poco affollata.
Si tratta di un'unità al quarto piano con un ampio balcone che si affaccia direttamente sull'oceano, sulla piscina e sul cortile paesaggistico. Castle Reef ha i terreni più belli di qualsiasi complesso condominiale paragonabile a NSB.
Il complesso offre anche campi da tennis illuminati, piscina olimpionica riscaldata, piscina per bambini, shuffleboard, gazebo, club house e grill. C'è anche la possibilità di affittare la club house per feste private.
Goditi la tua colazione mattutina sull'ampio balcone che si affaccia direttamente sull'oceano. O rilassati con un bicchiere di vino a fine giornata per goderti la fantastica vista del tramonto.
Abbiamo fornito tutto il necessario per goderti il tuo soggiorno, tra cui sdraio, ombrellone, boogie board, canne da pesca, racchette / palline da tennis, biciclette e giochi da spiaggia per i bambini.
Di recente abbiamo effettuato l'aggiornamento al nostro WiFi dedicato e non condividiamo più la connessione wireless di Castle Reef.
Attraversare la strada fino al mercato o al ristorante. Ci sono molti altri ottimi ristoranti a breve distanza.
Siamo situati a circa un'ora da Disney, Universal e dall'aeroporto internazionale di Orlando ea pochi minuti da Daytona Speedway.
Abbiamo un letto king-size, due letti singoli, una grande TV a schermo piatto e un posto meraviglioso dove stare!

My family of 5 had a wonderful stay in the condo. The location to the beach is amazing! The condo had plenty of room and the owners provided beach chairs, toys and other items for our use while staying. When we visit NSB again, I will check here first.

I am rating the property a 4 stars. The only reason for this is there is very minimal available in the condo. There were 4 of us for 4 nights and only had 4 towels that were very cheap and old. Only had 3 beach towels that looked and felt
Over 10 years old with no color and no beach chairs to use. There were only 4 cheap hand towels available for 4 nights and 4 family members. We were driving there I wish I knew how many other things I should have brought. If you are flying to this location know that you will have minimal to use at this property.

The condo was clean and nicely furnished. The king bed was comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked w kitchenware. The view of the ocean from the condo was amazing. The Olympic sized pool allowed for
room to play or just float and the condo grounds are beautiful and well kept. Would definitely stay again.

Everything about this property was great except the cleanliness. There was hair all over the master bath and towels. The tub mat, bath mat and towels in the 2nd bath were dirty and stained. The patio was very dirty and the screen door was very hard to open and close.

The condo at Castle Reef was everything we could have hoped for; clean, well stocked, and a great location. Eating breakfast on the deck while watching the ocean was a great way to start each day. Our kids loved being steps away from the beach and couldn't get enough of the shuffle board and pool facilities either. We highly recommend staying here if you're visiting the New Smyrna Beach area.

This condo is right on the beach! You can access the beach and swim in the pool within a few hundred steps of this condo. The condo was well stocked and the master Bed was comfortable. The twin beds in the other room need replaced. The shower in the Master Bedroom bath leaks and needs some repairs. Overall the condo fit our needs for a getaway near the beach! I would also suggest leaving some room in the closets for guest to put suitcases or hang clothes in the twin room.

Spent 3 nights at this condo. The Overbeaks are great to work with. The condo was clean. There was 5 of us staying there and it never felt too cramped. Having 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms was very nice. The view of the ocean was fantastic and we loved the beach and the use of the beach toys and chairs. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Great location, fantastic views and good facilities at the block. Access to the beach within seconds. The property had everything we could wish for and more but just the decor was dated and the property a bit tired, it was like stepping back into the 80s! Don’t let that put you off though, it was very clean, the owners were very responsive to the queries I raised and we would definitely return.

The condo was as described and the pictures are accurate. The condo was the perfect size for my wife and I along with our 14 year old and 6 year old grandsons. We thought all the beds were very comfortable. Communication with Bill was easy and he always quickly responded.
The view from the balcony and living room is beautiful. The beach is much closer than it appears in the pictures.
We were there the week before Independence Day and although there were a lot of people staying on property we didn’t ever have to wait long on an elevator. This is not always the case for complexes that we have stayed at. The pool was very nice and clean. The beach, beautiful.

Beautiful place to say with perfect view of the sunrise. Perfect size for my family of 4. My 7 yr old loved the puzzles that they had. Communication was easy and they kept us informed of things. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

We loved this place. It had all we needed, the location was great, pool great, beach view was very relaxing in the morning. The beach here isn’t overrun and there are no cars. The condo was clean, furniture nice and Bill and Irene were very responsive! Would definitely stay here again.

We had such a wonderful long weekend. The condo is exactly as described and the pictures are correct. The view is amazing!
It had everything we needed and a lot more than expected. We were pleasantly surprised. The cleaning company did such a wonderful job, even the refrigerator was spotless. The neighbors were quiet and we did not have any issues with parking. We liked it so much I already booked our next stay at the condo. Bill (host) is a great communicator too. Highly recommend staying here.

The property was very nice! Cozy and comfortable and clean! Check in was so convenient as well as checkout! Owners we very accessible and very responsive to any questions I had! Didn't get to use the pool it was cold but looked nice!! Will 100% stay again and again!!
