La nostra nuova casa di lusso si trova nel cuore di Kiawah a Cypress Point, a pochi minuti da golf, tennis, ristoranti e dalla bellissima spiaggia dell'isola di Kiawah!
Al primo piano c'è un soggiorno molto grande, una tana con una grande TV a schermo piatto, una cucina gourmet con elettrodomestici Bosch, una sala da pranzo con 8 posti a sedere, una sala di polvere e una veranda protetta per mangiare all'aperto. Sempre al primo piano si trova una grande suite padronale con cabina armadio e un bellissimo bagno in marmo con una grande cabina doccia.
Al secondo piano, ci sono due camere da letto matrimoniali e una camera doppia con bagno privato. C'è anche una passeggiata nella lavanderia.
Al piano terra, c'è uno spazio esterno con posti a sedere e un tavolo da ping pong che può essere portato dentro e fuori dal garage per un facile utilizzo.

The property was exactly as described. The location couldn’t have been better. Close to the beach and The Sanctuary. The home was spacious and each bedroom having its own bathroom is quite nice. Kiawah is simply magical and this home didn’t disappoint.

Absolutely gorgeous place and a quick 7 min walk to the beach. We set up our beach spot next to the Sanctuary to be able to get lunch and drinks, again an easy walk. Perfectly situated on the Island, 12 min ride to The Ocean Course and 5 mins from the front gate to get to Freshfields area and to run into Charleston.
The home is stunning and was immaculate when we arrived. I absolutely plan on coming back and would highly recommend this home.

Stay away from ESPM vacations. They make false repair promises and do not follow up. The lack of a working stove top caused us to eat 90% of our meals out of the unit. I was told I would have a garage to park one vehicle in, but not true. The owner already has a vehicle occupying the space.

Our party of 7 adults (friends and family) had a wonderful time on Kiawah and in this home. This property was very clean, inviting, and a great fit for a larger group. Every bedroom has its own on suite bathroom which makes it convenient for getting ready for the day/evening activities.
The finishes in this property are fabulous and it doesn't feel like a rental but more of a home.
Also, access to the pool was fabulous. We hardly saw anyone else there and there were nice lounge chairs, some sun, and also shade. It was a nice change of pace from going to the beach in the heat and sun.
I would rent this home again in a heartbeat!

Very organized pre- arrival! This home was fantastic in every way! I feel the photographs did not do the beauty of all the rooms justice! We grilled and ate in several times and really enjoyed it! The community pool was awesome! We definitely would love to come back!!

Very comfortable and well appointed house. Great location close tonTurtle Point Golf Club, the Sanctuary and the beach. Nice screened in porch and wonderful and quiet neighborhood pool that is very private.

We love Kiawah and they was a great location. Felt very central to the places and things we like to do. I gave 4 stars only because the courtyard area was rundown. over grown with a busted fountain and dead tree. Could be a great usable space especially since the grill is located down there. No cabinet space in kitchen for groceries. If you don't leave the door to the screened in porch cracked open you can get locked out. Fortunately when this happened someone was nearby and was able to be flagged down. There was so much helpful information in the booklet in the house but how to get to the beach and which beach access to use was not included. One of the main reasons we choose to visit Kiawah was for its 30 miles of bike trails (much of it shaded). My husband and I Brough our electric bikes. Although there were plenty of signs about it being illegal to feed the alligators, there was not one sign that we saw about e bikes not being allowed on the island. The car passes have info and regulations on them as well and no details about that there either and I couldn't find anything in the book in the house about that either when I double checked after being yelled at by 2 different residents. We were not going fast nor were we being reckless but it was super uncomfortable to be confronted like that. We did end up seeing about 10 other ebikes during our week stay so not sure if this is true but would love to know since that is the bid reason we came and would love to come back.

We had a girls' family trip (with a 3-year-old in tow) and it was a lovely stay. The house is charming and quaint and exceeded our expectations.

This property had everything we needed. The games and space to spread out were amazing as it rained half of the time we were there. Its proximity to The Sanctuary was perfect as we celebrated Easter on the beach with sunrise service and then back for their brunch. The property was well equipped for adults and children, including beach towels for the pool that was literally right around the corner from the driveway. The large couch in the sitting room was cozy with many throw blankets to snuggle. The screened in porch was great, wish we could have used it more but too chilly! Gas grill was useful since we cooked in almost the whole time. We would 100% return here in the future. Thanks for a great stay!

We always enjoy visiting Kiawah, renting a different place each time. This house has four bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom. We are not big TV watchers, so it didn’t bother us that 3/4 of the bedrooms lacked a TV. The main living room is not as comfortable as the sitting room with the big-screen TV. If there were more than 4 in our party, we might have felt a little cramped—there’s no place, really, for a party larger than 4-5 to comfortably gather, except for the large dining area table. The community pool was closed during our stay. But the location is good, and the cottage was spotless. All four of us had a pleasant time in this premiere-quality home.

This is a lovely house that I have rented multiple times. It is always extremely clean, and the convenience to the beach and the entrance to the island is perfect. It’s a wonderful place for our girls’ trips. The only thing that I would suggest for improvement is more comfortable seating for our late-night talks! But overall a 5 star experience!

Well maintained house close to Turtle Point
Great property in really good condition. Community pool is next door and was great. Short walk/ride to beach and right next to Turtle Point golf course. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous home, great location!
This spot was perfect for golf, bike riding, and beach. Easy ride to Night Heron park and the pool there.
The home is thoughtfully furnished and was a hit for our groups of 6.

Nice Visit
It was a perfect place for us because there were so many bedrooms and baths. We loved that and the screened in porch. We did have a few suggestions discussed with our owner. It was our first visit to Kiawah. Beautiful home but probably would stay closer to the beach next time.

We are Kiawah regulars and have rented many houses there over the years. This may have been the best. Extremely high-quality in every way. Private community pool was a bonus. Great location just before the second gate - near beach, Sanctuary Hotel.

Clean and as described
Very nice house. As described and clean. Quiet neighborhood. Comfy beds. We had a lot of fun. Just a note about kids: we have a toddler and it was tough with a little one. The house has a fair amount of breakable decor items that we ended up keeping a close eye on while our toddler was out and about. There is also two steeper flights of stairs but we managed just fine and still had a great time. Would stay again. We really enjoyed the screened in porch!

Beautiful Home
We recently stayed at this home for a long weekend for a friend's daughter's wedding. The home is beautiful, spacious, beautifully decorated, centrally located and just all around fabulous! Neighborhood pool two doors down, 5 minute walk to the Sanctuary to rent bikes and everything in the general area within 5 minute drive. We loved the home and a great mini vacation. Beautiful home, excellent location
Our stay here was excellent - the home is gorgeous, the location is central and the manager & owners were more than fantastic to work with. 10 min walk (3 min bike) to the beach, right around the corner from Turtle Point Golf Club, and a 10 min stroll to the Sanctuary. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the well-appointed home and the location on the island. And I cannot speak highly enough about the owners - they couldn’t have been more accommodating and responsive during our long stay. We’d definitely come back!

Relaxing Holiday stay
We were so appreciative of the gorgeous home for our Thanksgiving stay. We had plenty of room. Super helpful that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The screened in porch was perfect for all day use from morning coffee to afternoon reading. Thank you!

Grainger stay
Awesome location and very well appointed house. Super comfortable and pretty. Loved it and would definitely come back. One wish would be a TV and couch/ couches in the main living room so everyone can hang out together since it’s open to the kitchen. We really enjoyed the house and location and will rent this property again!

Lovely House
We really enjoyed staying in this house. It is a short bike ride to the beach (used Alligator Bikes). We had plenty of room for our teens and friends. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and we were very happy to have the grill. We loved having the ping pong table!
There is plenty of room on the beach for social distancing and there are lots of things to keep busy. We used Island Beach Rentals for chairs and umbrella. We utilized the tennis center and the kids took a surfing lesson (with Tidal Trails) and went fishing.

A Hidden Gem! Beautiful and great location!
This house is well appointed and tastefully decorated. Very comfortable and clean. . It was perfect for our family of 2 Adults and 3 college kids. The owners and Hillary, (the property mgr) were very helpful and responsive.. The location is great and the full time neighbors are very nice and friendly. We wished we booked for 2 weeks! I highly recommend this property! You won’t be disappointed.

Beautiful home and great location
Beautiful home, well decorated. On a nice cup-de-sac, close to the neighborhood pool. We enjoyed sitting on the screened porch. Walked to The Sanctuary and beach. Rented bikes, golfed. A drive to the grocery and town area, which is great with shops and restaurants. Elevator in the home but we did not feel the need to use it. I forgot my parking pass and the manager responded immediately to get it to the gate for me. Would rent same home again.

Beautiful home and perfect for a family gathering.
The house is in mint condition and very accommodating. Strategically located in the middle of Kiawah and in the neighborhood. Everyone was very responsive and they thought of everything to make us feel at home. Our family absolutely loved it and it was a great experience working with Christine and the management company.

Perfect Perfect Perfect...
...for a family of 5 who stayed for 4 days over Easter. Great location next to the Sanctuary and incredibly clean and comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need, great workout and ping-pong area in the garage, and the home also had the most comfortable beds we've probably ever had in dozens of Kiawah trips over the years. Hard to beat!

Nice cottage on Kiawah
We enjoyed our time at the Cypress Cottage this past weekend. The house was very spacious and plenty of room for 3 couples. We were in town for a lovely wedding and the cypress cottage worked so well for us. It was located in a perfect spot on Kiawah and was easy for us to get to all wedding events.

Lovely home
We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. We were 2 families who spent Thanksgiving here. The home was in a fantastic location. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking thanksgiving dinner. My only negative was lack of a fireplace.
