House is gorgeous and perfect set up for larger groups. Has a very well stocked kitchen as well. There were a few incidents like sewage smell that I guess has been an ongoing thing, and we had one of the house large pool rafts explode and had to deal with the little white beads literally all over the patio and pool. These things were addressed in a timely manner however. All in all a great home and area.

We love this house and the layout. It was perfect for our group of age 60+ women.
There were a few minor hiccups, but the house manager was prompt and arrived quickly to fix the issues. The location is perfect – within 10 to 12 minutes of the airport and the restaurants, bars, and shopping of downtown Palm Springs. I highly recommend this home for the perfect getaway.

We had an amazing time at this home during Thanksgiving break. Great quiet location, clean and very well appointed for our extended family. We spent many hours in the heated pool and hot tub. Grady met us on site to check us in and show us the home. Would definitely recommend if planning a trip to Palm Springs.

We met Grady at the house, earlier than check in which was so awesome. Gary was very friendly and you could tell that takes alot of pride in his home. The house is decorated beautifully, love all the artwork and attention to detail. The house was very inviting and had everything we needed. All the rooms were beautiful and spacious. The pool is incredible! The pool umbrellas provided the perfect amount of shade. I would definitely recommend this property for anyone wanting to have a fabulous Palm Springs getaway!

Our friends and family enjoyed the gorgeous property with nice amenities ( lots of towels, soaps, lotion, stocked kitchen). The multiple rooms / bathrooms was wonderful.
We spent a lot of time in the refreshing pool and relaxed on the comfy couch for movies. The casita was so comfy and tucked away for privacy ( my sister took a few work meetings and it was perfect). The are spectacular Mountain Views and the location was convenient and close to downtown for shopping and restaurants. Would Definitely stay again.!
P.s. We accidentally left behind a treasured stuffed animal that Grady helped return. Thanks Grady!!!

The house couldn't have been more perfect!! It was clean, bright, cool, comfortable, and had great energy. The pool was great at any time of the day because there is this great,
big umbrella that shades a large part of the pool. Grady was friendly, helpful and got back to quickly with any inquiry that I had. We can't wait to go back!!!

Our party of 8 (four adults, two teens, two kids) really enjoyed our weeklong stay! The home was immaculate when we arrived and we truly appreciated Grady's flexibility on timing for both check-in and check-out. The kitchen was well-stocked, nice pool towels were provided, and the bedrooms were spacious. The pool is great and easy to operate the heater / hot tub heater. Unfortunately it wasn't super warm during our stay, so we used the hot tub more than we normally would, and therefore appreciated how quickly it heated up and how easy it was to manage. The location is great for a quick drive into downtown Palm Springs, and easy to head out of town to Joshua Tree & other attractions. Would recommend!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is well stocked and in very good condition. Pool and hot tub were very nice. Only small complaint would be that the dish washer did not clean the dishes very well.

The highlight of our trip was definitely the pool/spa in the backyard. A generous space, with Mountain View’s, and a large home to accommodate multiple families, it was great. The home is not specifically set up for small kids, but we could adjust for that, and would definitely consider staying again.

Beautifully decorated, Palm Springs themed house design. Lovely patio/deck with ample seating and shade/umbrellas. Well supplied kitchen for cooking with lots of condiments and staples left for us to use, which was much appreciated. Hadn't been to Palm Springs proper for many years so was heartened to see that the commercial area has revived and the community is vibrant and welcoming.

We really loved how spread out we could be when we each needed our quite time. Very comfortable bedrooms. The kitchen was used for all of our meals except for 3 meals. Pool and hot were used everyday as well!

Wonderful base for visiting Palm Springs - awesome views of the mountains and sunsets from the living areas and generous master. Very clean and well setup for families and friends to enjoy the best that Palm Springs has to offer.

I rented this home to celebrate my 70th with some good friends and rest and relax after a few grueling months of work. It was a perfect choice! The home is lovely, well stocked for guests and has all the bells and whistles anyone could want. My only regret is that it is already booked for Thanksgiving!

Great place to relax.
Our family enjoyed staying here over spring break. The property was very nice, we loved the pool, and there were even baby hummingbirds we could watch in a tree in the courtyard! Grady was communicative and helpful, and made sure our stay was worry-free. Our family will fondly remember our stay here for many years.

Perfect place to stay
6 cycling friends enjoyed the house immensely. We were there to ride 100 miles in the annual Tour du Palm Springs. Perfect location to start the ride, and for other activities such as the Tram and Joshua Tree.
Enjoyed the pool, spa, barbecue and large kitchen.

We were a group of 6 women college friends, and the house was perfect for us. Great location, beautiful pool and outdoor area, lovely indoor spaces, and a very communicative host/manager who helped us when there were issues. We all agreed that we would return to this house in a heartbeat. Loved it!
