Questa bella casa ha 3 piani con 3 ampi ponti tutti con vista sull'oceano. Il ponte superiore ha una vista a 360 gradi di acqua bianca, campo da golf e le colline di Avila. Mentre sei seduto lì goditi il tuo bicchiere di vino, c'è un barbecue gourmet, lavandino, pozzo del fuoco e pannelli di vetro per coprire dal vento. Il secondo piano ha un bar completo, tavolo da biliardo, TV LED 75 "e sezionale in pelle italiana. L'ultimo piano ha porte pieghevoli Lacantina che si aprono completamente da una parete all'altra per annusare la brezza dell'oceano. La cucina gourmet è dotata di elettrodomestici di livello professionale tra cui una gamma Thermador da 48 "con doppio forno, grande frigorifero da 42", forno a microonde Thermador e lavastoviglie e bellissimi contatori di quarzite. Stoviglie e cucina fornita per tutte le esigenze dei buongustai. Ci sono 4 bagni e 2 bagni e mezzo, tutte le docce a piedi splendidamente rivestite in marmo, una vasca da bagno indipendente scultorea e tutte le vanità lavandini doppi. Tutti i letti sono in stile temperato con lenzuola pregiate e possono ospitare comodamente 17 persone. Nella camera da letto 5 (livello della strada) c'è un'area privata per i bambini / giochi con 2 letti a castello, TV con collegamento per videogiochi. 3. TAGLIE DI DIMENSIONE - Il tempo di famiglia di alta qualità può essere difficile da gustare affollato intorno a una piccola tavola da pranzo o una piccola stanza d'albergo. La nostra casa è in grado di ospitare fino a 12 persone al tavolo della sala da pranzo. 4 sul bancone della cucina completa. Le camere da letto sono grandi quindi non ti senti in un armadio. E non dimenticare 2 ampio soggiorno con un grande divano e 3 ponti esterni con bei mobili.

We gathered our whole family for a long weekend at the beach. It was great. The house setup was perfect. The bunk room for the kids was quite the hit. Actually just recommended the property to my brother who is planning a getaway for his family in Avila next year.

This home was incredibly clean and beautiful. Everything high end! Comfy beds. Yes the trash truck was early and noisy on Thursday but just turn up your sound machine or shut the window. The kitchen is massive with everything needed for high end cooking/baking. The accordion door opens to make double living space. Rent this house you will NOT be disappointed. It’s not for ppl who can’t climb stairs tho as the master bedroom and kitchen/ biggest livingroom are on the top floor. Gorgeous home- I didn’t want to leave. Ocean views from the top with fire pit and outdoor kitchen. 2 minute walk to beautiful beach and stores. Kathleen at 7 sisters was a dream to work with and patient with all my questions!

This is the second time our extended family has stayed at this property for an early Christmas celebration. This is a large, open, and comfortable house that is perfectly located for access to the beach and all this area has to offer, including wine tasting and hiking.

This house was amazing - we had a family reunion of 14 people total, 8 adults and 6 kids (age range 5 to 13).
The house was perfect, all the rooms and bathrooms were great, and the kitchen area was huge and contained everything we needed. Having the kids room on the garage level was also an added plus!
Gorgeous views from the three outdoor decks, the garage fits three cars, and we used the two kayaks! The middle level with the three bedrooms, second living room, pool table and bar was excellent.
The bathrooms were very well stocked with plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The house itself is literally a five minute walk to the beach and the downtown area of Avila Beach, and there are a ton of wine tasting shops, restaurants and ice cream and coffee shops! And it's a quick 10-15 minute drive to San Luis Obispo.
We highly recommend this house, would definitely return! Also, excellent customer service with the property management agency.

A few things that could have been better. For the amount of money we paid for this rental there were things that were lacking. Only 2 rolls of paper towels provided, no beach towels provided. Also the rental sleeps 16 but only has silverware for about 8 people, we had to go buy plastic cutlery. The pot and pan selection could have been better as well.

The location was perfect, a short walk to the beach and tons of restaurants and knick knacks stores. We recently rented Avila Beach Jewel for our annual summer family vacation and everyone agreed this was one of our best ! The house is very clean and spacious. We all loved the main and upper decks ! Cooking in the gorgeous , modern and spacious kitchen was a joy. we enjoyed board & card games all together each night after dinner. The house has everything you could ever want to take to the beach stored in the garage, along with a handy beach wagon. The walk was is short & easy. We all enjoyed live music on the Pier @ the Friday night Avila Farmer's Market- the nearby park, basketball courts and the Aquarium... we dined in Avila, downtown SLO and very happily at the house itself. Great location..7 Sisters is very easy to work with and always available for any questions If you've never stayed in Avila Beach check it out- you will Love It

Great house for family gathering and perfect location.
The house was perfect for our family with plenty of room and things to do. There are 3 floors along with a roof top patio with BBQ, fire pit, table and chairs so there was plenty of privacy for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glassware, pots and pans and utensils. We have 3 adult children with spouses and grandchildren. The kids loved learning to play pool and had fun on the putting green. Almost every evening we would have drinks on the rooftop by the fire pit. The beach is half block away so loading up the beach toys and chairs in the pull cart was great fun. Our oldest granddaughter asked if we could stay forever (she's 8). We vacation often in the central coast and really like Avila Beach. It's a small beach community but has a couple of nice restaurants and a few wineries on the beach boardwalk. I will definitely rent this house again.

Blue House at Avila
We had a great vacation staying blocks away from the beach. If you are counting on sleeping in it might be difficult with trash pick up at 640am and parking lot cleaning at 7am. Noise from the road is loud and there is a lack of privacy in the front and rear of the house. The house looks upscale but almost everything is not. Cheap grill, cheap furniture, dirty couch cushions, no pillow protectors, cupboard are cheap (drawers don’t open easily and shelving is not secure). Knives we’re dull and the kitchen included many low end common tools. It wasn’t easy to cook for 15 people with items supplied in the kitchen.

Lovely stay at beautiful property!
Five stars all around! The home was beautiful and perfect for our group! We were celebrating our son's 18th birthday and had a wonderful time. Everyone enjoyed the ping pong and pool tables....the spacious, well-stocked kitchen made meal prep easy. The fire pit upstairs was lovely. The beach and boardwalk are just a few minutes walk away and the kids had a blast boogie boarding and ATVing. One of our group members took in a round of golf nearby as well. Lots for everyone to do! Loved that the dining area was large and there were enough chairs for all of us to be able to do sit down dinners together in the evenings. One of my son's gifts got accidentally thrown in the trash on our way out. I called Seven Sisters and Cheryl was super sweet- she made sure that the housecleaners searched for and were able to retrieve it and then she held it at their office for our friend to pick it up. The teeniest, tiniest of nitpicks was that the sofa in the family room wasn't terribly comfortable to sit on. And it would've been nice to have the fire pit on the same level as the dining/family area. But those are super small issues. All in all, it was an absolutely gorgeous, memorable weekend for the whole group and we would *highly* recommend this property!!

We loved the location and the house was amazing. We had a great stay. My only complaint is that the towels had stains on them. I wasn't 100% sure if they were clean or not so I washed them. Also one of the beds had sand on the comforter. None of this ruined our stay. It was a blast and the decks and roof were amazing.
