We had a great stay and wonderful time here it’s really close to the beach entrance and pretty much next to the club house with a pool and hot tub. The condo was really inviting and plenty of space for everyone. Would definitely come back.

Our family of 9 had a delightful stay for July 4th week. The villa was very clean and quite roomy for us all to where we had privacy, yet could come together as a group whether to watch movies in the comfy living room, play games on the large dinning room table or hanging out on the deck. Quick walk to the large refreshing pool and beach. Although you have houses directly in front of condo, you still had a good view of the water and being on the west end, there is very little traffic which was a plus. We went to grill out on the gas grill on the 4th and someone had stolen the gas tank which was there before.. owner said he would reimburse me for buying new tank but then we could not get grill to work so our bbq was a bust so had to cook inside. Kitchen is decently stocked for cooking for a large crowd, could use some more coffee mugs. It’s on the first floor and well insulated as never really heard neighbors above or beside us .. felt private and was quiet. Parking is for 4 cars and easy to get in and out of location. Elevator was great for loading in and out. NOTE: Linens/Towels are not provided so need to bring your own or rent. Overall, it was a lovely stay and would highly recommend.

Clean, comfortable

We had such a nice stay! Very clean condo and pretty decor. The elevator was very helpful. Spent lots of time and meals on the porch. Will definitely come again!!

We were able to get a relatively last minute reservation and had plenty of space for our family of 9 plus a dog. The unit was on the lower level, but was a short walk to the beach and high enough above the ground to have nice ocean views.

Very impressed. Very nice accommodations for our extended family. Great location. Easy walking distance to beach. It was all better than we'd hoped for. We were pleased. We recommend this rental.

We rented this property for 6 weeks while our new home in OIB was under construction. The condo was great all around. Location was perfect. Condo was spotless when we arrived. The owner Steve responded quickly if we had a question. Plenty of room for friends and family who visited. Couldn’t have been better!

Nice updated condo with views of ocean. This was our second extended stay and we enjoyed it as much as the first visit. Would recommend.

Beautiful place, loved layout and that its dog friendly. Very comfortable. Owner was very responsive as elevator wasnt working was fixed early the next morning. One of the reasons we rented was for elevator access, as my 93 year old father-in-law had issues getting up steps. Simply a great stay and location.

The place is very nice and spacious. Games and movies. My only complaint is there were at least 8 roaches in the kitchen area and some small little black bugs. Most on the floor near sink & stove. A few on the countertop. Other than that, it is a nice place for a large group.

We loved our stay and will be back next year! :) Echo all positive comments about the awesome open layout of living and dining room/kitchen, beautiful sunrise views from the balcony, overall cleanliness of the property, great and responsive owner, board games available, did I mention there is a handicap accessible pathway onto the beach in the vicinity? My husband is in a wheelchair so that was an added bonus. (And we could bring our dogs too) Thanks again-can’t wait til our next stay!

Great location to the beach. You're able to view the beach/ocean from the deck. Very, very short walk to the beach access. Perfect size for 5 adults. Nicely updated, especially the bathrooms. Pretty clean and doesn't smell, thank goodness. The condo is stocked with everything you need. Except you'll need to bring your own towels, wash clothes and toiletries. Also, don't forget to bring your beach chairs. The host is very responsive and accommodating. The locals in Ocean Isle are very helpful and friendly. Great restaurants. We would definitely stay again. Only complaints; the 2 rooms by the front entrance need curtains on the windows. The rooms are brightly illuminated all night by the lights from the outside entrance hallway. Mattresses need to be updated, not comfortable.

We fell in love with this place from the awesome ocean views to the GORGEOUS interior!!! Y’all, this place is so beautiful!! Stephen was very responsive to messages and helpful with any questions that I had. There’s not a doubt in my mind that, should a problem arise, he would address it immediately! We couldn’t have been happier with our stay here, and we can’t wait to go back!

Came for a friend’s wedding. The condo split between friends was much more economical than hotel and a much better space! Easy access to beach. Exactly what we needed.

My husband and I just got married at the isles last weekend and this condo was FANTASTIC! 100% will be back again!

Great location next to pool and easy getting to beach

We absolutely loved this place! We have been coming to OIB for over 40 years and this is now my favorite place we have stayed. It was very roomy, had everything we needed and the location was perfect. The place was clean and kid friendly!

Gorgeous updated condo with a wonderful kitchen and front porch with seating for 9 and extra room for a few of our lawn chairs too. The very large heated club house pool was only a 2 minute walk with great beach access too. We had a wonderful family vacation. The Publix grocery store is less than 10 minutes away. We enjoyed an hour at the Ocean Isle Museum and also enjoyed an evening on the pier as well as putt-putt golf. This condo is great! We would love to return in the future.

We had a great time - Villa is beautiful, comfy, and totally wonderful! Owner is great communicator and responsive to any requests or inquiries! Loved our time there for one month in winter of 2022!

The condo was beautiful. The layout was also perfect. Renting is always scary- you never know what you are going to walk into when you arrive. This condo did not disappoint. It was clean, great location, we all had our own bathroom/shower & it had everything my family of 6 (plus our husky!) needed. We will definitely be back next year!

This is a very nice pet friendly condo, close to the beach with an ocean view. We enjoyed watching the moonrise over the ocean and even had a great view of the eclipse from the deck! Hopefully, we can return next year.

I forgot to arrange for linens and had to buy some at Dollar General.
