Casa fantastica, VIETATO FUMARE DI QUALSIASI TIPO, 4 camere da letto, 2 bagni, ottima posizione, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia, la 2nd St corre parallela al mare. Speriamo che ti piaccia la nostra bella casa sulla spiaggia con 2 piani per creare un piano aperto che scorre. Rilassati e goditi la vita in spiaggia con la famiglia e gli amici a Ocean Isle Beach. Deve avere 28 anni da affittare. 4 camere da letto, materassi nuovi su ogni letto.
La cucina ben attrezzata dispone di frigorifero, macchina per il ghiaccio, tostapane, forno, frullatore, macchina per il caffè e tutti i comfort per la famiglia e gli amici. Il tavolo da cucina può ospitare 6 persone e il bancone del bar della cucina allungato può ospitare quattro con sgabelli da bar.
Uno dei nostri momenti preferiti è camminare per prima cosa al mattino o verso l'ora di cena con stuzzichini e un bicchiere di vino dopo.
La tana ha un nuovo televisore ad alta definizione da 50 "con connessione wireless per la tua comodità. Bluray DVD e Stereo.
Comodo accesso alla spiaggia con docce è a pochi passi di distanza - circa 130 metri. Inoltre, è disponibile o necessario il parcheggio per auto e golf cart.
Ci sono molte opzioni per i corridori e i camminatori mentre all'OIB con marciapiedi a bizzeffe e passerelle naturali lunghe diverse miglia situate all'estremità orientale dell'entroterra. Se corri il "punto a punto Island Run", questo è un percorso di 7 miglia!
Golf: La contea di Brunswick ha più di 40 campi e questo è prima di arrivare alla zona di Myrtle Beach. I nostri preferiti sono Panther's Run, Lions Paw, Carolina National GC, Crow Creek, Farmstead, Cape Fear National, Pearl East, Sandpiper.
Tennis: Ocean Isle Recreation Park si trova su Georgetown Road, a circa 1 miglio a nord del ponte. Girati lì e vai 1 miglio per 8 campi da tennis in superficie dura con parabrezza e acqua lì. Bella area giochi anche per bambini.

This was a perfect place for us. I can’t say enough how pleasant the experience was. It was more like a home away from home than a VRBO. The appliances in the kitchen were amazing. Everything was great. There were so many extra touches to make our stay a great experiences. Will definitely use this place again.

We had a wonderful time during our stay at the Goff's island home. This was an "overflow" house for our very large family and the Goff's location was perfect. Everything was clean and exactly as represented online. We had no issues or problems during our stay. All of the instructions for check-in/check-out, use of the keypad, wi-fi and remotes were very thorough. My family were the lucky ones who got to use this property as our "retreat". We will definitely keep this property on our radar for any future OIB stays!

We enjoyed our stay and appreciate how easy Tom was to work with. The house is very close to a beach access street and it was well appointed. It also has one of the best outdoor showers! Hot water, great shower pressure and high enough shower head for taller people. All descriptions were accurate.

Can’t get a better deal on a great house in a great location to the beach. If you do come, I highly suggest renting a golf cart to get to the park, ice cream shops, and restaurants. That was the only regret I had, not getting a golf cart.

Excellent experience renting! Short stroll to the beach. Less than a mile to the center of the island with its park, bars / restaurants, shops and pier. House was very clean and spacious. Excellent water pressure for great showers and comfy beds. Great communication with the owner. Beautiful island.

We had a very nice stay. There were a few gnats but we tried to kill them as we went along and I never could figure out how to use that can opener. The house could use a few games or something for kids but likely my granddaughter brought some of hers.. we would come back

The house has everything you need for a great beach stay. Close enough to the beach to walk. I would remind renting a golf cart for your stay.

Family Vacay #2
This was our second stay this summer. This time we had our baby granddaughter, her mom, and dad with us. Made use of the ramped beach access not far from the house. Plenty of room for everyone to stretch out and relax. Plus all the amenities for a comfortable stay.

Plenty of space with many amenities. Perfect for viewing the 4th of July parade. Comfortable with the exception of A/C problems. Owner was quick to respond. Looking forward to another stay we’ve already booked in early September. Did learn that with a baby it would be nice to be closer to a beach access with ramp

We rented this house for a family getaway and it was just what we needed! Comfortable space, well equipped and nicely decorated. A very quick walk to the beach as well. The nearest public beach access has a lot of stairs, so if you're carrying lots of equipment to the beach just keep that in mind. We had a minor issue with the garbage disposal and the owner was very responsive and quick to send someone out to fix it. Overall a very nice stay!
