Beautiful Lakefront Home with Exceptional Views!
Bello, pulito e moderno, quattro camere da letto, tre bagno di casa situato su due acri in un ambiente tranquillo lungo un piccolo lago. Durante la giornata, rilassarsi sul ponte 1.000 piedi quadrati, godersi il lago o trascorrere il tempo in una qualsiasi delle spiagge della città vicine. Il cortile offre un ambiente ideale per una riunione o semplicemente per prendere un pisolino sull'amaca.
In serata, fare un tuffo nella 5 persona vasca / vasca idromassaggio, rilassarsi nella sauna gustare la cena alla griglia. La casa dispone di una sala da pranzo con posti a sedere per dieci, at-in tavolo della cucina con posti a sedere per quattro, e un ampio soggiorno con camino e una splendida vista sul lago.
La master suite comprende il proprio ampio bagno, balcone con vista sul lago e un camino per le serate fresche.
Al piano di sotto al piano terra abbiamo una sala giochi con tavolo da 9 'da biliardo, freccette, scacchi / tavolo dama, giochi da tavolo assortiti. Per chi è interessato a pesca, il nostro lago è ben fornito (alcuni dei migliori pesca è proprio fuori il nostro bacino!).

The property was lovely! The beds were comfortable, and we lived out on the back deck! The game room was such a nice treat; my grown children loved it. Access to the lake and kayak made for many enjoyable mornings. The host was super responsive and also gave us excellent recommendations for lunch and dinner places. We had such a fun and relaxing time.

What a lovely home! We rented this home due to needing to attend a family’s birthday celebration conveniently only 15 min away. We wished we had more time to enjoy all that was offered at this home. Our family enjoyed the beautiful view from the spacious deck overlooking the games out in the lawn. We hope to come back some day!!!

Our family had a great little April vacation getaway! What a beautiful home and property - we absolutely loved it and can’t wait to come back in the warmer months. My husband loved being able to wake up, make a coffee and cast his line right off the dock. The kids LOVED the hot tub, it was definitely the highlight for them!

Each year there are eight of us who go away on a birthday celebration weekend in February. This property was perfect for us. The living/dining/ bedroom rooms were perfect for our group size. The kitchen and game rooms were both well stocked. My favorites were the fireplace and the hot tub. We never even used the sauna. I guess we’ll try it next time.

Really the best location ever! On a lovely quiet private lake , near walking and biking trails, close to beaches and ports and a beautiful town. The house was spacious and comfy and so well equipped, better than the write-up.
We paddled, boated, rented Foils, biked, hiked, dined, shopped, had great seafood, played games. Thankyou for a fabulous perfect vacation.

We had a thoroughly rainy week on Cape Cod, but this outstanding property made it enjoyable anyway. That is despite the fact that we we have three small children - ages 2, 3 and 4, but the house allowed us to be together inside and still be a happy family. The lake access is particularly ideal for a family. Roxanna is an attentive hostess and couldn't have been more helpful.

This house was perfect for our family of eight adults. The property is very well cared for and the amenities are very generous. We spent lots of time at the dock and in the warm lake making use of the equipment at our disposal.
The house is filled with everything we needed for our stay.

My family had a wonderful vacation on this property. The kids loved the game room and enjoyed fishing on the waterfront. It was a perfect location...close to stores, beaches, and restaurants. Lots of room!

This is a beautiful property that is perfect for kids and teens. There was so much to do and our kids loved every minute. Roxana did a great job communicating with us and she had everything you could need in this house. The pond was so much fun and we enjoyed using the kayaks, canoe, and paddleboat. It was such a great house. I would highly recommend it!

We slept comfortably with a group of 6, but could have easily brought a few more people. The house is filled with things to do which was great since we just wanted to relax together after the rush of the holidays. The view of the massive backyard and water was amazing. An indoor hot tub and sauna is pretty unique!
Some of the utensils weren't washed too well and had food on them, and one of the bedrooms had a crumpled tissue under the sheets. Didn't bother us too much and we're still thinking of coming back in the spring since we liked the house so much!

We absolutely love this home! There was no need for us to leave the house. We enjoyed playing games in the game room, movies and a fire in the living room, hangout in the hot tub and sauna, dinner in the dining room and even spent some time on the deck in December (the sun was so warm in the mornings). Hoping to be back again for a third stay!

You feel at home in this lovely Cape Cod property. The house has something for everyone. A fully-fitted kitchen, a game room in the basement, a hot tub, a sauna, and of course, the lakefront. I'd visit this place any time of year.

Beautiful, spacious home with incredible views and a resort feel with indoor sauna and hot tub. A perfect get away for our women's weekend on the Cape. Close to many excellent restaurants and shopping at Mashpee Commons. I highly recommend this lovely home.

The house is spacious and the grounds are lovely! Our small kids enjoyed fishing in the lake and didn't really have to leave the dock to get lots of nibbles, which kept them excited. The house itself is well-maintained though probably in need of an update soon. I will say that our group found the basement to be quite musty and damp so we didn't spend as much time down there as we would have liked. Also, there are lots of leftover kids toys out in the open but very dusty so be aware if traveling with the 5 and under kiddos. All in all, good value, esp considering you don't really spend much time inside the house anyway.

We had a great time at this beautiful house. There are plenty of places for a group to gather to dine and to hang out. The patio is lovely, and the fire pit and large yard were tons of fun. The bedrooms are nice and 3 full bathrooms was really useful. The hot tub was a ton of fun. We loved the lake access and had a great time paddling around (so amazing to have kayaks and canoes!). The bonus was the huge amount of toys both inside and outside of the house-- my kids (6 and 3) were in heaven! Everything we would need: beach chairs, towels, etc. were also well-stocked. We also felt we were in a good spot on the Cape--easy access to Falmouth and other cute towns. We won't forget this wonderful stay at this well-equipped house.

We were on Cape Cod to attend a family wedding and it was wonderful to have space for part of our extended family to stay together. The house is beautiful and comfortable, and the deck was so wonderful to be on in the morning. We tried the kayaks, paddle board and canoe on the lake, and the grounds of the house were gorgeous. Thank you for a memorable stay.

The property was amazing. We had a such a nice relaxing vacation. There was plenty to do on the property from paddle boarding, fishing, swimming, camp fires, yard games to their amazing game room. Everyone loved soaking in the hot tub. It was a great location, many shops, great places to eat and beaches near by. Roxanne was great in communicating right before our check in. We hope to be able to come and stay again.
