Posizione unica sull'oceano con accesso intracoastal con rampa per barche, molo, molo per la pesca e parcheggio per camper. Can’t be this location! One minute walk to the beach and pool and both were super quiet while we were there. Quick 20 minute drive to St. Augustine. Condo was as advertised and was very clean. The condo complex itself could use a few updates, but overall it was exactly what we were looking for.

We grew up visiting Crescent Beach regularly and wanted to have a reunion with friends. Unit has great views of the beach and it’s a short walk to the beach. Unit was immaculate and stocked with everything we needed. Though we never used the pool the other families staying there did and seemed to enjoy it immensely. Pool guy was out there at 5:00 every morning getting the pool clean and ready. Parking is a bit tight but you get two spaces per unit. We will definitely return.

There is good and bad about this stay.
Good-The place was very clean, beds and pillows were very comfortable.
Bad- Parking here is terribly tight. We drove a pickup truck and had problems getting in and out of very tight spots. If you have more than one vehicle, good luck parking them at the site. Also there was construction going on at the site which prohibited us from going to the beach from our site.We had to walk to the building next door to get to and from the beach. Not a bad walk for me and my crew, but for someone with small kids or older folks it would be very inconvenient. I was not informed of the construction until one week before my stay. I wish I was informed much sooner as I probably would have found somewhere else to stay. The construction is no where close to being completed. It hardly looks like it was even started. Also, due to construction, you have to walk completely around the whole condo site to get to the pool area. This was also quite a very long walk.

Amazing location! Enjoyed the beach and pool and relaxed on crescent Beach. Wish we would have had better weather for sunsets but alas eve rains. Nice little outing to Mantanza Fort 4 minutes away, discovered pastries at the Cuban restaurant up the street and enjoyed the loveliness of St Augustine with the old time trolley.

Quiet and Serene
This unit was just at the top of the stairs with handicap parking just below. This was perfect for Nana and company. The unit is clean, well decorated with a beachy theme, updated, and well-stocked. No noise from neighbors, great view, comfortable beds and furniture. Amazing sunrises, nice bench at the end of boardwalk for stargazing, convenient rinse station on the boardwalk, lovely pool. The surf is fun and the undertow wasn't too strong the first week of June. Pristine beach with wide open space and the chance to see a sea turtle. We were close enough to St. Augustine, but far enough from any hustle and bustle. Viola's Pizza was great! As was Andouille Crusted Grouper at Harry's, Flan and Ruben at The Columbia, and burgers at The Prohibition Pub. This was a great trip for history, a science jaunt to Kennedy Space center, and surf and sun. Thank you Piedras!

Very nice place!
We rented this condo to attend a family member's wedding. The hosts are amazing and the view is amazing. I would definitely stay again if I ever return to the area!

Everything was clean, comfortable and the beach view on the balcony was so nice The pool was too cold for me but hubs swam in it anyway. The owner (Claudia) was so nice when she was checking in with us, although there was nothing we needed. Everything we needed was available. Would definitely stay here again

Quiet area, beautiful beach
This is a nice, spacious condo that’s less than 10 minutes from Old Town St. Augustine but free of the hustle and bustle. Nice ocean view with large deck close to pool and beach walk. The interior was relaxing but the heating unit was a little loud when running (this was January). I could easily tune it out though. One thing is the mattresses. One side of the king bed had a slight slope, while the queen mattress may be too firm for some people. The best thing was the two recliners which are hard to find in a unit but they made us feel right at home! I also appreciated the keurig coffee maker as that’s what I use so I could bring my own coffee. This unit was especially well located as you had the beach on the front and out back great sunsets with the intracoastal across the little road. This is a great unit to come home to after a busy day of sight seeing.

Nice Condo
Everything was clean, check in was smooth, only disappointment was the weather. Liked location, and making the run to downtown was really simple. Bed in master BR was a little mushy for my liking. I would recommend.

Wonderful stay!!
We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the beach extras included in the unit (nice folding beach chairs and surf rods). The oceanfront balcony was lovely and we especially liked the rockers! Very quiet complex with friendly people and very easy beach access! The beach itself is spectacular and we also enjoyed the river and watched a sunset across the street. We had fun at Night of Lights in St Augustine, ate at Harry's (long wait but, delicious) and could see the New Year's Eve St Augustine fireworks from the beach walkover (at a distance but enjoyable if you don't want to be in the crowds and traffic). Would definitely love to visit again sometime!!

Quiet Christmas Vacay
Pros:
*Owner was easy to deal with and very quick to answer when I called.
*Mostly quiet area (a home is being built on the left of the property and they are noisy during day hours) only heard from the beach
*Clean home! I did not see dust or gunk caked up anywhere
*Private beach access and nice view from living area as well as balcony (not unobstructed by still very nice)
*Towels were clean and smelled fresh
*Binoculars were on the shelf in the living room (we always forget ours when packing for the beach)
*Fully stocked kitchen
*Loads of local attraction brochures located in laundry room area down by the pool
*Convenient to St. Augustine and many attractions
*Direct TV basic package free to guest
*WiFi available to guests
Cons:
*Small parking lot (if you have a larger vehicle, you will need to park near the front or you may have to run over the curb to get out)
*Smell - (not sure what was going on with plumbing, I did let the owner know as I saw workers on the site while we were there)
*Living room chairs were not clean (I did let the owners know and she is going to address it with her cleaning crew - in the owners defense, it is hard to know everything)
*New management made parking a bit of a headache - thankfully, I was assured that we had followed directions from the owner and they would have assumed responsibility for a tow.
*Not sure where the elevator was as it was not visible from our entrance and there was no signage for it
*Uncomfortable beds - I am not sure if the mattresses have not been flipped or the age of them but the beds were not comfy.
**I learned in conversation with the owner that bed covers are not washed after each guest checks out. This was a little strange to me, as I would have thought this was standard cleaning especially now and considering the home appeared so clean.

Beachy condo
Condo was just as described- very comfortable with a view of the beach and pool. Beds were super comfy. Beach had easy access and very quiet and peaceful. Location was great. Visited St. Augustine for the day-- so much history and fabulous architecture. Ate at The Colombia and had excellent meal with great ambience. Drove south on A1A and visited a hidden gem-- The Washington Oaks Garden State Park..beautiful gardens and trails through the forest along the waterway. Very relaxing vacation. Great stay at Tradewinds 202
My wife and I decided to stay at the beach for our anniversary. This unit was great. It was very clean, had everything we needed, and the best part...had
a good view of the ocean and just a few steps to the beach. Mariano (owner) was very easy to reach and communicate with. We will be staying there again and probably for a longer time.

Beach vacation 2021
We thoroughly enjoyed our time in St. Augustine & staying at this condo! Hosts were super nice & helpful! Everything worked as it should except the washing machines in the laundry & the manager had someone there working on the washing machines while we were there so I'm sure they already have made the repairs necessary. The condo was absolutely perfect for us & so appreciated the host allowing us to use their beach chairs/umbrella & fishing rods & tackle boxes! My husband had a pole in the water from the moment we arrived until we loaded up to go back home! Truly a wonderful beach vacation & exactly as described!

Great weekend getaway
Wonderful unit and so many things to do nearby - or just hang out at the pool and beach. Highly recommend star gazing! Spotlessly clean, nice appliances, sheets and towels, very well-equipped for the beach, fishing, etc. The only improvement could be more comfortable mattresses. We would stay again.

Winter Relief
We visited just after Christmas & really enjoyed the convenience and laid back atmosphere of this condo. It was very easy to access the beachfront and to visit local attractions, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. We like to eat breakfast in, so the kitchen amenities were a plus. Nice and clean & the property owners were very nice to work with.

Fantastic Mini Vacay
We planned a weekend getaway with the family. We enjoyed every minute. The entire process was easy. We loved the condo!!! It had great views. Very short and easy walk to the beach. It was very clean and perfect for our family! We vacation in St. Augustine at least once a year. This is the best place we have ever stayed in! We will definitely be going back here!!!

Labor Day Trip
We had a wonderful time in this condo!! Mariano and Claudia have a beautiful place. It was immaculately clean and convenient to everything. The beach is literally steps away from the condo, as is the community pool. Second floor unit has a fantastic ocean view. The master bedroom has a wall of windows facing the ocean. It stormed one night during our stay. The sky lit up over the ocean was mesmerizing. So much to do in the area. I highly recommend Red Frog & McToad’s Grub n Pub for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Locally owned, great atmosphere and food and close to the condo. We will definitely be coming back to stay here!

Perfect getaway
The property is exactly as pictured. It was so nice to see and hear the wave on our balcony. There was a small issue upon check in, but the manager responded quickly and the condo was perfect. Definitely will stay again when coming to St. Augustine.
