Casa fantastica ideale per intrattenere la famiglia, una coppia che vuole scappare o un viaggio d'affari! Questa casa ha una camera matrimoniale con bagno separato e ampio armadio. Altre 2 camere da letto con il proprio bagno sull'altro lato della casa! Mangia in cucina o fuori sul lanai e osserva gli uccelli e la fauna selvatica che si uniscono al cortile! La casa ha anche un tavolo da biliardo e un tavolo da poker per un po 'di divertimento serale. Il soggiorno, la camera matrimoniale e entrambe le camere sono dotate di TV a schermo piatto con cavo. La 3a camera da letto ha una TV intelligente e con WiFi gratuito puoi guardare Netflix, Hulu, giocare ecc.
Sia il barbecue che la cucina sono pronti per preparare ottimi pasti o uscire in uno dei numerosi ristoranti nelle vicinanze. La lavanderia è nel garage, insieme alla spiaggia e attrezzature per la pesca per il vostro uso. 2 spazi garage per la vostra convenienza.

Our family enjoyed the home. It was in a quiet neighborhood close to beaches.

We booked this property for one month as we were waiting for our home to be finished. This home had a rodent infestation. While there we caught and killed 12 mice in traps and flushed a live one in the toilet. The owner was aware of these conditions as there were traps, poison, and electric pest repellents inside and out. The oven was filthy and unusable. The inside of the microwave had to be cleaned as it was completely covered in dried food. The countertops were grimy and had to be cleaned. We found rodent droppings on most surfaces, floors, cupboards, and in our vehicles parked in the garage. The property had a continuous odor of decaying rodents inside the garage and home. We have not received our refundable deposit from the owner We are requesting your staff to look into this matter and would like our deposit returned and additional compensation for the filthy conditions of the property. Great property for families! Lots of space, really nice sun room with pool table and then an outdoor screened in porch. Access to pond where the kids love to fish! Super close to great restaurants, walking trails and Fort Myers Beach and Cape Coral beach area. Everything was handled very well and we loved our time there!

Nice size house clean and have everything you need . Good if you have a dog. Nice size kid could run around. Slept 6 adults comfortably.

Spring Break in North Ft Meyers
Three bedroom house was perfect for our two families during Spring Break. We visited Sanabel, Ft Meyers and Venice beaches. We also did a fishing charter that was all nearby. Quiet neighborhood and the pool table were nice. The owner and property manager we very responsive during the stay including checking in and out.

Very clean and comfortable. Especially enjoyed the location at the end of a cul-de-sac with the screen porch and big private back yard bordering the pond. Lot's of turtles, ducks, birds, squirrels, and fish.

Great value
The property is conveniently located for many attractions including downtown Ft. Myers and Cape Coral. The house also has plenty of features making it ideal for a family with pets. I would highly recommend it!

Very pleasant, quiet neighborhood. The house can accommodate three couples comfortably. Dina was very prompt with her responses — good communication!

enyoyable when arriving after being away all day
We spent 1 week at this property. It was very comfortable, fully equiped and my husband and children enjoyed very much the pool table. Huge TV´s and comfortable couches. Much better than in pictures. The conts, It is too far away from beaches and other attractive spots (that was my mistake) and needs a deeper cleaning (drawers, etc).

Way more than I expected.
Dina was a great host. The house has is really comfortable and full of amenities. I was super happy with my stay. The host was very responsive to my questions and helped immediately. I will be recommending this place to my friends and family.

Lovely Home
My friend and I enjoyed our time ...The home was as advertised.. Clean and spacious, quiet surroundings,, close to everything,,,great doggie area.. which my Riley loved.. Property Mgrs.. were very nice and helpful.. The house does not have any Fire and smoke detectors,, which I think would be a good idea.. All in all a good time was had and I do highly recommend the property ...

Quiet spacious comfortable home
This home has a large amount of living space.
We watched the wild life on the water way adjacent to the back yard. Everything you need in a home is supplied and the managers
are close by, attentive and willing to answer any questions. The area is quiet yet minutes from waterfront activities, restaurants, and shopping.

GRAY COURT
We had a great stay at Gray Court in Florida. It was centrally located close to shopping ,restaurants and a community pool that was never busy.The house was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities one could ask for.BBQ.Fishing rods.. Sheets.Toaster and all appliances etc. The house was older and could use some upgrades but I believe the owner is working on these. It was perfect for our vacation.Will probably rent again next year. Thank You Dina for your hospitality.

We really enjoyed this house. On a quite cul-de-sac near Ft. Meyers beach.
Had so much fun with my family. Let my teenage daughters take 1 friend each. Lot's of room amd a great price. We went to 4 differnet beaches all within a short 15-30 minute drive. The decor was a little older but for the size of this place I could deal with that. Two living room areas and two dining areas plus 3 nice size bedrooms. My kids loved the pool table in the back patio encloser area. Will be making this a yearly trip for sure.
