Le ville Molokai sono una comunità di pochi piani composto da 21 unità e il luogo ideale per godersi sia il Golfo del Messico e del fiume Ole. Molokai Villas si trova all'estremità occidentale dell'isola vicino alla linea di Florida / Alabama per un facile accesso a Perdido Key, Pensacola, Orange Beach, e Costa del Golfo.

La nostra villa è stato recentemente aggiornato e dispone di 2 camere, 1 ½ bagni e pavimenti in piastrelle in tutto tranne che per le camere da letto. Il soggiorno e la cucina occupano 1 camera grande aperta che permette a tutti di stare insieme !! Il soggiorno ha francese porte che si aprono sul balcone con una splendida vista di Ole fiume e la piscina. Essa ha anche un sacco di posti a sedere, tirare fuori divano, TV, via cavo, DVD e connessione internet wireless per il vostro divertimento. La cucina è ben attrezzata con tutto il necessario per fare un pasto meraviglioso. La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size, TV e bagno ½ con porte francesi che si aprono ad un ampio balcone. Il master ha anche un grande comò e armadio per tutti i vostri beni. La seconda camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale con un cassettone, armadio e TV. La nostra unità ha anche una lavatrice e asciugatrice per la vostra convenienza. Sedie a sdraio e asciugamani sono forniti per i nostri ospiti e nella parte inferiore dell'apparecchio c'è una doccia esterna per lavare via la sabbia. Siamo certi che il nostro arredamento allegro farà questo il luogo di vacanza ideale per voi a venire anno dopo anno !! This property is a good balance between location, price, and accommodations. It is beautifully decorated. Comfy couch! I really like the jack-and-jill layout of the one bathtub with the two lavatories. Casey was fantastically responsive to communication. Being in front of the pool was also nice.

Our family of 5 (kids ages 8/6/2.5) had a great trip to Perdido Key at this villa/condo (our first time in this area). It was easy access to the beach across the street and the dock was fun to search for lizards, watch big birds, and enjoy the river. There was a little construction going on and the pool seemed to be under some repair, but the condo was wonderfully decorated, clean, and accommodated our family well. It was a great place to stay for our family vacation!

We had a wonderful time in Perdido Key. The condo was beautiful, quiet, and just what our family needed for a week away. My kids loved the beach, the pool, and the dock for fishing was so much fun!! We would love to come back again!

We had a great time! Peaceful & relaxing. Very nice atmosphere! Condo was clean & very comfortable & will definitely be back. The only thing missing was the grilling. We didnt like that we couldn't. Overall great time. The Bay is awesome & the pool too. Thank you for sharing your home away from home with us.

We have stayed in this area a few times now and absolutely love it. We really enjoy the ease of parking and unpacking/packing the car. It's a short walk across the road to the beach and we much prefer this over the condo elevators. Anywhere we wanted to go was within a short distance and some places are within walking distance. The decor of the place is so cheerful and beachy.. just a happy place to be! There were puzzles to work and books to read which was an added bonus due to the rain while we were there. Highly recommend!

Loved the unit! Very quiet, very clean, perfect location, pool near back porch, bay is very short walk and beach is very short walk. Kitchen and bath rooms all well stocked. Linens in both bedrooms very soft and nice. We loved the huge back porch! Will go back, loved being able to park right in front of unit!

Beautiful property that instantly transports you to paradise! Every room was expertly decorated with aquatic and beach themes. We look forward to staying here again soon!

This cute villa is right next to the pool. It’s a very short walk across the street to the beach. Very clean. So beachy! Lock box with keys so super ready check in. I only used king bed by the pool and it was very comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay and if I come back to this area, I will definitely stay here again. The little dock to walk out to is amazing. I had my coffee out there every morning. Don’t hesitate to book. I travel a lot and this place is great. Lots of towels and beach towels too which is rare at a rental. Iron, small ironing board, keurig, regular coffee pot, toaster, hair dryer, washer/dryer……walking distance to a Waffle House (1mile) and convenient store.

We had a wonderful stay at your condo. It was nice, clean and comfortable. We never could open the door to the patio in the bedroom, it must be stuck. There are some drainage problems in your tub, when we showered, there is about 2 to 3 inches of standing water, so the tub is not draining properly. Additionally we had some problems pushing the lever down on the toaster it kept wanting to pop up. One side of the toaster was not working at all. We also recommend that there be 2 sets of keys available for each person of a couple to have one key, as there were many time we did things separately.

Property was a great price for what all you get. Only complaints were weather and construction. We had to leave today, and there were no workers for the first time since Friday morning. We will return but after the unit nearby is completed.

We stayed here for our first beach trip as a family (two 4 year olds and a 2 year old). We had plenty of space to play and relax. Loved the porch and the proximity to the pool. We walked across the street to the beach every day without any problems. We also walked to a restaurant and a little shop close by too. Neighborhood was quiet and clean.
Place does not come with dish soap or laundry detergent just fyi. But we definitely loved having the washer and dryer. A huge plus if you have small kids.
Overall we loved it here! Wish we would have booked another night!

Perfect beach house
This is a great place because you have access to the gulf, old river, the pool and a private peir!
Everything you need is inside, all utensils and dishes and beach towels.
We will definitely like to stay here as much as we can when we come home to visit

Family fishing trip
We had a great experience. The owner is fantastic to communicate with. The house is so clean and cozy. Very great location and we loved just being able to drive right up to the house and unpacking , definitely is better then dealing with crowds and elevators that are in the high rise condominiums. The location is perfect and convenient to everything! The pier on the bay is so nice and we enjoyed watching the sunset in the evenings. We cooked nice meals in the kitchen that was very well stocked with utensils. No complaints! It was great!!

Another great stay!
This is our 4th time staying at the unit! Such a great place. The unit is always clean, the owner is responsive if we ever need anything. The location is great, the beach is quiet but a short drive away you have gulf shores and access to all the restaurants and tourist stuff. The unit is directly off the pool which is so nice to just run up for a snack, drink, or bathroom for the kids, the deck is also nice and large to store beach stuff like a wagon and chairs etc. and covered for a break from the sun! Can’t say enough about how much we love “our place” in Florida. We will definitely be back!

Loved our stay
I don’t like crowded beaches and this was perfect. Close enough to go into Gulf Shores to eat and do other activities but far enough away to be out of the crowd while enjoying the beach. Having access right across the road was a plus too. This was a girls trip and we loved staying here. Very clean. Comfortable beds. We took several walks on the pier out back. It was beautiful at sunset.

This is a great vacation spot!! Pool in the backyard, beach right across the street. It was quiet, close enough to all the eateries!! Kitchen had everything needed to cook, beds comfortable. Highly recommend!!

We love this place!
We have stayed at this property and the upstairs property which is owned by the same people many times now and I will continue to come back. Both are well appointed and very clean and the owners could not be nicer and more accommodating. I would highly recommend a stay here. It is very close to all of the activity by far enough away to be very peaceful

What a gem!
We come down to the Florabama once a month and have stayed up and down perdido beach blvd but no condo has been as quiet, clean, and well equipped as this one. The pool steps from your porch is a huge perk when you have kids not having to walk a country mile to run back for a snack. We can’t wait to come back! Beds are super comfortable and whole condo is very clean!

Great little condo!
Perfect little place! This condo was just the right size for my size 5 family. The beach was a short walk away and the pool just outside the patio door. It had a fully stocked kitchen for those who cook their own meals while on vacay. And there were plenty of towels available. We will definitely be coming back!

Perfect location and very clean!
This is a perfect condo in location and cleanliness. The bedrooms and living area are spacious. There is a back deck that is shaded and very comfortable. The condo complex is very quiet and an easy walk across the street to the beautiful beach. The location is not too far down the beach so getting to the grocery is convenient. We will definitely being renting again!

Loved this rental at Molokai Villas, very clean with cute beachy decor. Kitchen was well stocked and all the furnishings were in good shape, and the beds were very comfortable. Loved that the pool was just a few steps away and the uncrowded beach was just a short walk across the road. Also loved fishing at the boat dock and watching the boats and jet skiers in the bay. Casey responded to all questions and concerns promptly. We loved this rental and highly recommend!
