Questa casa sul lago è stata costruita nel 2007 in modo che potessi essere proprio sull'acqua e pescare ogni volta che volevo. La casa è costruita con solo legno macchiato o dipinto. Comprende 4 camere da letto, 3 bagni, una cucina aperta, sala da pranzo e soggiorno con camino a gas. L'interno è stato progettato e decorato in modo professionale.
Un portico schermato pone le basi per una perfetta cena all'aperto e un ponte che si affacciano entrambi sul lago.
La insolita e originale casa galleggiante coperta ha un ascensore per barche e un sistema di allarme. I pesci che si radunano lì nell'acqua sono i miei animali domestici e amano essere nutriti. Gli ospiti vedranno spigole, crappie, carpe, pesci gatto e tartarughe.
Le carte da pesca sono disponibili su richiesta tramite il servizio guida Bucktail. Per favore fatemi sapere se siete interessati a organizzare una guida di pesca.

La mia casa è in una baia e non è esposta al traffico costante delle imbarcazioni. Nuotare e galleggiare al largo del molo sono sicuri e rilassanti.

My wife and I stayed with our two adult sons and their wives for a relaxing getaway. The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured in the listing. Having the pontoon available to rent, and ready to go when we arrived was so convenient and gave us extra time to enjoy the lake. Preston was great! Communication was excellent and he went out of his way to accommodate us! We will definitely rent here again.

What a nice home on SUCH a great part of the lake! House was clean and had everything we needed. Owner was very helpful and super nice. Renting the boat went very well, fun and peaceful boat rides. What a nice few days of family time.

The house worked perfectly for our family - mom, dad, and 4 kids. Plenty of space for us to relax, and great to have a fully stocked kitchen to prepare meals and a screened in porch to avoid bugs while eating. We also rented Preston's pontoon boat for the week - absolutely worth it - we used it every day for tubing and fishing. Preston was extremely responsive to any questions we had leading up to the trip and very nice.

We loved this place. It was rustic but well appointed, the beds were comfortable, there was plenty of room for a group of 5 adults, and Preston was a very responsive and accommodating host. We were happy we opted to rent the pontoon boat and had a great stay. Would highly recommend it.

Our son was graduating from Clemson. Seven of us stayed at the house, and we hosted another dozen for a cookout after the graduation. The setting was beautiful and peaceful, and the house, screened porch, and deck accommodated us all easily. The kitchen was well equipped and the gas grill worked fine. We were all happy with the accommodations.

This visit was to rest and fellowship with my family. We spent four days (3 nights) at the lake house. Although it was super cold, I believe everyone enjoyed themselves. Preston has awesome neighbors!

Even more beautiful than the pictures. Definitely rent the pontoon boat and enjoy relaxing rides around the lake. Internet and WiFi allowed work checkin without any problems at all. Awesome place! Thank you for sharing!

Enjoyed our stay in this lakefront home. Spent much time on the screened in porch enjoying the view. Renting the owners pontoon was an added bonus.

We are 5 women spanning 2 generations 30 to 63. The home is lovely and clean and well layed out. Walk down to dock is a gentle slope easily managed by all. The lake was very high right now after many recent storm rain fronts in the last month so the step onto the deck walkway was a bit under water but the handyman immediately jumped into action and improved this high water situation dramatically. Wonderful service to be sure. we all felt safe and comfortable. Five stars for him too. The owner was very responsive as well. We rented the owners pontoon so that was so easy not having to rent from a marina with deadline for return. It was fun. They provide plenty of Dock chairs and floats and tubing gear etc. we highly recommend this property and if ever back to Lake Hartwell we would rent again.

We loved the lake house! Very clean & & comfortable & perfect for my family. Beautiful view of the lake from all rooms. We loved having dinners on the screened porch & sitting in the rocking chairs. My boys loved fishing off of the dock.

House was well stocked with all you need to have an enjoyable stay at the lake. Preston was very responsive to all questions we had prior to our arrival and during our stay. His home was clean and roomy. We especially loved hanging out on the screened in porch. Access to the water was by a gentle sloping sidewalk. The yard was beautiful and fully landscaped. Preston provided a pontoon boat for an extra charge, which was well worth it. We took the boat out to enjoy the sights and sounds of lake living. Great location on quiet cove. We had a wonderful time!
