First off the House was clean! Updated enough to be practical. Bikes aren't listed but 3 are included and a helpfull touch. We brought a 27'boat. It's about the max that will fit along the seawall. And the trailer (35'). Fit in the driveway. About maxed out as well. Incase anyone is wondering. Only the thing we needed was a can opener upstairs. The down stairs kitchen has one all is good. And a lounge chair on the bottom patio to lay out. No complaints just our thoughts. Thanks for a great week.

This home is a great space for a family. It’s located on a nice quiet street, it’s a short walk to the Cabana Club, and it’s a wonderful spot for watching sunsets. The canal Is active with boats, pelicans, and manatees.

The keyless door made it very easy to lock the property even for a short trip out. There was plenty of room but there were only 3 of us. The shower in the master bedroom was not usable for us which would have been problematic if there wasn’t another bathroom downstairs. We had a good time and enjoyed the canal view.

Loved the unit. Wish they would provide more trash bags at a minimum, and other basic cleaning supplies to make keeping unit clean a little easier.

Saw Mantee every day in the channel. Kayak and bikes were great to use. Nice for our large group

The house was spotless, amazing location, and the cabana club was amazing also (the food and pool)! I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet, peaceful and centrally located vacation home in the Keys!

Everything you could need was included. We loved having the bikes available to go to the cabana club and for afternoon rides to the ice cream shop!

Three generations were able to be together but still spread out. The grandparents were able to stay on one level and enjoy the back porch thanks to the ground floor bedroom and bathroom, while the rest of us had plenty of room upstairs.

Huge property. Centrally located and just an hour and 20 minutes to Key West. Right on the water. Lots of coastal birds and manatees. Convenient to everything you need. Thanks folks.

We have stayed in Key Colony many times. This is a great location especially for boating. Quick easy access to the ocean and nice clean canal. Unfortunately we could only get a week. The house is nice and the kayaks and canoes were a blessing to have access to. We did not completely understand the layout before arrival, but everything worked out fine. The two kitchens was nice and there was lots of room. Thank you for letting us use your piece of paradise.

This was a great location for our family vacation. We had ten people staying in the house, including a 7 month old. The house was perfectly suited for our baby, and it even had a pack and play for us to use. The fact that the house was right on the canal with a dock was perfect for the 27’ boat we rented from Coco’s. We had plenty of dock space and a nice fish cleaning table to fillet our daily catch. This is a great house if you are planning on having a large group vacation down in the Keys.

The house was absolutely perfect - the kitchen was well equipped, bedrooms and bathrooms were comfie, and the view was perfect. Lots of bikes to use, and perfect location for peddling to the cabana club. Also had great communication from the owner. We will be back!

We absolutely had the best time in Key West. Communication was excellent, the home had everything and I mean EVERYTHING that you could possibly need. I was initially a little disappointed that I hadn’t booked a home with a pool or hot tub but you do NOT need one. The beach club is at the end of the street. Perfect stroll even doable for my cousin with MS. The recommendations for a chef, massage therapist, boating, restaurants, jet skis, everything was perfect. The drive to Key West proper wasn’t that bad either, we timed our departures/arrivals perfectly. I’d recommend flying into Marathon airport if possible to cut down on drive time. The highlight of our trip was the manatees that would show up every afternoon. The people across the canal would turn on the fresh water and like clockwork they would appear. Gentle mammals. Amazing is the word that kept coming to mind.

It was very clean arriving and had everything to get us started. Very pretty place and great for a group of people. We had access to the cabana club and it was very relaxing. I would for sure go back again.

Our group of 10 thoroughly enjoyed this house. There was plenty of room to spread out and relax after being on the water. It’s in a great neighborhood with friendly neighbors. The pool was refreshing and short walk from the house. The short boat ride to the open water was convenient. We were able to lobster, fish and snorkel easily from this location. We would definitely go back.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean! We caught fish off the pier and saw manatee everyday. The kids had fun riding bikes everyday too. There was plenty of room for 8 of us. There weren’t enough wash clothes for 8 people, we did have to ask for more. We had to wash everyday since we only got one washcloth per person. Also there was only 2 towels that we could tell were beach towels.

House worked well for 3 couples. Well appointed kitchen. Would have liked to have a dresser or shelving in the bedroom with the queen/twin bed. Nice location and clean. Loved attending the sunset gathering at Sunset Beach.

Coming from the snow packed tundra of Minnesota, we were thrilled to be back in the Keys for a wedding. My extended family (6 adults and 4 teenagers), had plenty of space in this sunny condo. We loved that each family could claim a bathroom and have their own spaces. The two kitchens were perfect for splitting up if need be. Our favorite spot in the whole place, however, was outside. The families loved sitting out on the patio or fishing into the canal. There was plenty of wildlife to see as rays and manatees frequently visited. My favorite spot, however, was the upstairs deck/cove. I could sit out and read while watching over everyone else. The Cabana Club is a great place to go for the pool or beach. Just be advised that you are not even allowed to bring water in with you. My family also benefited from the nearby tennis courts. All of this was an easy jaunt to reach via the bikes that are provided for your use. There were only a few negatives about this place and they didn't effect us too much. While we were there, we didn't get internet and cable. Comcast was sent in to replace the modem and made sure everything worked but we were never really able to access either. We probably could have been more persistent about getting it working but we were too busy enjoy the outdoors. Also, the beds were not the most comfortable (especially the 2 hide-a-beds). Again, we were so tuckered out from catching those Florida rays that it wasn't the worst. All in all I would highly recommend a stay at Coral Cove. When we did have some little issues, Sandy Island Breeze Vacations made sure we were happy. Thank you so much for an absolutely perfect vacation!!

We brought our management team for a week. It was a perfect set up. The home was very nice and well kept. We saw manatees in the canal almost every day. We went fishing and the canal was wide which made it easy to get in and out. We would definitely return to this home.

We rented this roomy home with another family for a total of 9 people. House was spacious and comfortable. Excellent location in Marathon which we lovef so we could explore upper and lower Keys equally. Manatees visited our pier every day which kids loved. We sat outside in the evenings on the canal, no bugs! Kayaks are there to use on the canal. We grilled out several nights with the grill there. Neighborhood was quiet but also loved having the Canaba Club and Havana Jacks right down the street where you can swim, snorkel in the beach, grab food and drinks. We had an amazing time, look forward to planning the next trip!

We travelled as a group of 10 celebrating a 70th birthday. Everyone was happy and comfortable with the accommodations, amenities, location and especially the water view! The owner was extremely helpful and truly wanted to make our stay and visit to the Keys a memorable one! Having access to the Cabana Club was also a definite plus! This rental is even more beautiful then the photos...we plan to return again in the future!

We travel to Key Colony Beach with our friends every year and have rented many different homes. This year we decided to stay at Coral Cove and what an outstanding experience. I don't typically write many reviews but feel I must for our experience this year. We are always a bit concerned about dockage and trailer parking when renting a house in the keys. We were assured that there was plenty of parking for our cars and trailer, and that we would have no issue docking our 24' boat. Upon arrival it was clear there were no issues. Plenty of parking space for trailer and our 3 cars! In addition the dockage was fantastic! There is nothing better than having your boat just outside your door! As we stepped inside we were blown away by the size of Coral Cove and just how clean and new everything felt! Having rented many places, I can tell you that you don't find many homes in the Keys that can sleep 3 couples and kids comfortably while also having plenty of personal space. The great thing about this home is that it has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths! The wives loved the fact that they each had their own bathroom! In addition there are 2 living rooms and an awesome kitchen! On our first night there we all hung out in the kitchen making fresh Wahoo Sushi rolls from the Wahoo we caught during the day. After filling up on sushi, I passed out in the most comfortable bed. The other couples we stayed with said the same. very impressive beds for a rental home. Everything was thought out so well! For us guys, we really like to fish! This house was the absolute perfect setup because the girls could hang out at the Cabana Beach Club (5 min walk) while we fished during the mornings and we could meet up with them in the afternoon. Everyday was a different adventure. We fished offshore for dolphin and tuna, fished on the reef for grouper and yellowtail snapper, fished the 7 mile bridge for tarpon, and fished the gulf wrecks for goliath grouper and mangrove snapper. All of this fishing just outside your door, literally! In addition to the fishing, we also loved the great snorkeling, spear fishing, and hanging at the sandbar. Sombrero reef was just a short boat ride from Coral Cove and the kids absolutely loved it! Its by far one of the most impressive reefs to snorkel. We also spent a day hanging out at the Marathon sand bar which is also just a short boat trip away. All in all, this was by far the nicest rental property we have ever stayed in!

This is our 4 th year staying in Key Colony Beach and wow. This place is twice as big as any of other places we stayed and cheaper. Beautiful decor and all the amenities. Even had Bicycles included. Everything appears to be new, and very comfy beds. We will definitely be back next year.

Growing up vacationing in the Keys, I'm always on the lookout for the perfect vacation spot. Well, we found just that in Coral Cove. We were able to dock our boat out back and be on the ocean in minutes. We rode bikes up the street to the Cabana Club and enjoyed the pool and other amenities. Plenty of space for everyone, modern, clean and inviting decor. BBQ grill and beautiful clean large canal out back with two nice decks perfect spot for winding down after a day on the water. Perfect - we WILL be back!!

My kids loved fishing right out back and the Manatees come right up to the seawall. Great bike paths! Quaint little community even threw a parade for St Patrick's Day. Cabana Club is eight houses away with pool, beach, food, full bar and even an Ice cream and candy shop for kids. The house is huge, big open areas. Never felt crowded even with 10 people staying. Property very clean and has new Smart TVs with Cable in all rooms. Lots of good restaurants in walking distance in neighborhood. Great value for priceless family memories!
