A soli due isolati dalle SPIAGGE LIBERE di Wildwood e dal lungomare. Goditi anche la vita all'aria aperta mentre ti rilassi sui quattro balconi al secondo, terzo e quarto piano. Barbecue sulla griglia a gas (solo per questa unità) e fare un tuffo nella PISCINA interrata mantenuta professionalmente !! La piscina è disponibile solo per i residenti in questo St. Complesso Andrews.

Small garage hard to park car, cans and rental items. Living room rug stains everywhere. Kids had loads of fun. beach was great, boardwalk ok.

This was a great place for a large family. We cooked every night and there was enough room for everyone at the table (11) . The full bathroom on the first floor was great for the kids to wash the sand and pool water off. Bring a wagon with you it is a few blocks to the beach. The boardwalk is close and bike rentals are also close. Overall was a great space and the pool was small but close to the units. Easy access and communication with managers was excellent

The property had plenty of room for our large family. Plenty of sleeping space,Cooking space, eating space. Three
Refrigerators three plus bathrooms large comfortable family room.The pool was an absolute bonus.
Within walking distance to the beach. The boardwalk,grocery stores, liquor stores. Overall, we give it a 5. We had an amazing time. We'll look to book next year.

Karolyn & Erik are amazing hosts with a beautiful and spacious townhome. Home is even more spacious than photos depict. Our large group could easily gather together in living area, or spread out between the many bedrooms and porches. Location is perfect for the many things to do in Wildwood. Everything in walking distance. Pool was very nice. Hosts are kind, responsive, and accommodating. 10/10 - highly recommend this property!

I'm not a smoker,but husband enjoys a cigar every now and then and it was disappointing that you couldn't smoke on balconies. Other then that I would recommend. Oh the hidden fees vrbo charges.

The house was amazing for our group of moms and daughters. Owners were a pleasure to deal with and the whole process was super easy to rent the property. House has plenty of room for a group of 12-14. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again next year when we come back to compete at wildwood!

We have stayed at this property for the last couple of years for a convention. The property is big, clean, and well maintained. Close walking distance to the convention and several eateries. We always enjoy our long weekend.

We were coming downing for a cheer competition and needed a place big enough for a few moms and daughters. There ended up being a total of 12 of us and the house was plenty big enough. It was about two blocks from the boardwalk/convention center which meant we could walk up and didn't have to pay to park.

We had a great time!!! Clean, well maintained and centrally located. Two and a half blocks from the convention center and boardwalk. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Well stocked if you’re eating in. Would def recommend.

The house was the perfect place for our family vacation. It was clean, orderly and child friendly. It was perfectly decorated to make you feel at home without a lot of knickknacks laying around that would make you worried a small child could break something. There was plenty of room for our party of 9 adults and 3 small children. The bedrooms were roomy and had plenty of storage. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you might need. The garage was a tight squeeze for a mid-sized vehicle and getting the garbage to the curb wss a bit of a process with a vehicle in the garage and one in the driveway, but only a minor inconvenience, and no fault of the owners, as the property itself does not leave any other options. Street parking can be tricky, but if you are a frequent Wildwood visitor, this should come as no surprise. The Pool was clean and well maintained. Although small, it was never crowded, the perfect sized to relax and play with some pool toys and the kids loved it! Karolyn was extremely quick to respond to all inquiries. I would highly recommend staying here.

We had a great weekend staying in Karolyn’s townhouse. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves, great location close to the beach, and plenty of accommodations for our size party. Will definitely try to stay here again!

This is is our second stay at this property and we plan to stay here again. It is will stocked in the kitchen and has plenty of space for everyone to sleep, spread out, or be together. I personally think it is in an ideal spot in Wildwood. Just a couple blocks from the beach and close to the boardwalk. There are also several restaurant options within a block. Our family also loves using the condo pool.
The only thing I wish is that they would bring back towels and linens. It seems like most other properties in the area do provide these (that I have seen). We have also stayed in plenty of places that have pack and plays. We have ten people in the house, four of us traveling from almost 20 hours away, so bringing blankets, sheets, towels, pack and play, etc. can be a pretty big inconvenience.
If it weren’t for that it’d be a perfect stay, but obviously we still like it since we’ve stayed there twice.

Karolyn and Erik’s home is so cozy, we really felt at home. As mentioned to Karolyn previously, family is thinking of renting yearly for our getaways! They’re great hosts.. always checks in if everything is going great with our stay or if we need anything. Will rent here again definitely!
