Breakfast was good. Hotel was well located. Staff was responsive. Sheets were comforable.

Bathroom was small. No closet. Blow dryer had no heat. Light in bathroom buzzed.

Floors were dirty. There was brown dirt around base of sink cabinetry, hairs on floor - kind of gross. The chair in the room was stained. Also, alot of trash in the floor landings by the coffee machines, etc. hide your trash.

Old world charm and great location to walk everywhere in town. also, loved the outdoor patio.

The breakfast food. Would have liked croissants, yogurts and fruit etc.

Good continental breakfast. The kids did a great job in the kitchen!

The staff and location were excellent and the place was very clean.

Room and bathroom were small, the external stairs from the street to the front door were steep and had no handholds, also the internal stairs were too steep, The room had only one chair and the bathroom was exceptionally small. The room rate was excessive for what it was

Beautiful property a short walk from downtown. It was surrounded by beautiful gardens and a nice outdoor patio. The rooms were immaculate and nicely decorated. They served breakfast in the kitchen and had juice and mixers at happy hour (byob). We spent most our our time, biking,exploring and checking out the shops and restaurants. This was a perfect location and space for our trip. We will be back again.

The staff was exceptional. Location can not be beat.

The breakfasts served here are delicious. Everything home made. Small portions but lots of different choices to choose from. The location is very good. It is a charming place. Staff was very accommodating and friendly.

Because of Covid, rooms were not cleaned on a daily basis or fresh towels. However, you could request fresh towels. The cost of the room was ridiculous. Over $700 a night for a B and B(in September). It would be helpful to have hand railings on the steps up to the house. Very steep and difficult if you are carrying bags or have any trouble walking.

Would have liked something more substantial for breakfast Bed linens were the best I have ever experienced.

The inn is in a great location and is well maintained and extremely well staffed. Hospitality could not be better! Breakfasts are unique and excellent and creative in every way.

We stayed in s Queen Deluxe room which was tiny. No chairs of any kind and limited table top space ( very small bedside tables). That said, perhaps an average of $500+ per night is just what you pay in Nantucket. I give them credit for offering a military/veteran discount!

It was great but shower leaked and each time extra towels needed to clean up. Needed soap dish. Protein at breakfast would have been a nice treat.

The property is close to most of the amazing shops and restaurants on the Main Street in Nantucket. It was a very wonderful house that has been converted to a bed a d breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We absolutely loved it.
