Great place to stay with wonderful views and location. 20 min bus ride to Puerto Vallarta if you want the business of the city. Only disappointment was the very firm bed!

The view is beautiful morning noon and night! The pool area wonderful! Easy walk to the beach. Love the sounds of the waves! Saw whales from the balcony.

Condo was nice, pool & restaurant great. Close to beach & bus stop to go to town.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Wish we were retired and could have stayed longer! The staff are wonderful!! Our bed was cozy and comfy, the view from the balcony! Picture perfect! And how do you describe how amazing the sunsets were over the bay! Magnificent!The condo is well equipped and we loved making our morning breakfast and afternoon cocktails steps away from the bay! Loved the Mismaloya Grill, Le Kliff, Jacolito's! Ask for Payo at the Coral beach bar restaurant....try the grilled fish Zarendeado style. Awesome! Payo will assist with fishing or other excursions! Thanks Natalia, your place is just marvelous!

Great location with an incredible view of the famous Playa Mismaloya. It is a short taxi or bus ride to all the excitement and action in Puerto Vallarta. It is also a very short walk to the beach. The condo unit is well equipped to make your stay very enjoyable. It has new living room furniture and a new fridge. The bedroom mattress was very comfortable for sleeping. Natalia is the best host anyone could ask for. She is very quick with her replies to your messages and very supportive with all your needs. THANK YOU NATALIA. We hope we will have the opportunity to enjoy your condo again in the future.

We felt right at home. There were many wonderful, friendly guests that we met. The condo, amenities and the whole complex was well-run, clean, and comfortable. All of our needs were met. Best of all, the staff were very helpful and lovely.

What a wonderful place to stay! The condominium unit was very well furnished and interesting decorated and really felt like a Mexican home, also well equipped for our daily cooking needs. The view from the balcony was even more expansive than the pictures and offered full view of all the boats and activities in the bay around Mismaloya as well as the daily sunset extravaganza. The large pool and expansive deck area are right on the edge of the water and we enjoyed swimming and lounging both during the day and evening. The condominium staff were are very pleasant and helpful, making us feel like another owner. The unit location is very handy, on the same level as the front desk and entry and a short walk to the elevator down to the pool area. We enjoyed being able to take the walkway down to the adjacent beach area, including the seating areas along the way, with a handy shower on the way back. The workout room was effectively well equipped and had a great view of the bay. The music from the nearby resort result was somewhat bothersome during the evening but seems to be part of the Mexican beach scene.

A little out dated furniture but everything was clean. And it has a beautiful view.

Amazing view of the ocean and jungle.The condo was beautiful and very clean. Comfortable bed. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching incredible sunsets. Staff were friendly and helpful. This place is away from busy PV, but a quick busy ride into PV , 8 peso. Natalie made the process very easy. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean comfortable, nice view easy access

First, it was a pleasure to book with Natalia, she was very quick with responding. The condo was as advertised. I really enjoy the easiness of booking. Natalia had everything setup for me at check in. The staff is very friendly and helpful during the entire stay. The view of the bay is outstanding and the sun set speaks for itself. I would recommend staying here to anyone. I look forward to another visit soon.

I brought my two kids (11 and 9) to Mismaloya for some much deserved R&R, and we were not disappointed. The condo itself had everything we needed for cooking our daily breakfasts and snacks, it was extremely clean, and the onsite restaurant (run by Pablo, who actually lived in Denver for a while!) provided great nightly dinners and a chance to meet other visitors/owners of condos, who were always so nice! The pool and hot tub were pretty much empty daily, with a few folks after sunset, but that was fun. The beach was not crowded, the waves were the perfect intensity for me and the kids, and we weren't bombarded by vendors on the beach (the vendors we did run into were so kind, and actually struck up daily conversations with each of them). We bought fish straight from the ocean and cooked them one night, and my daughter and I went snorkeling every morning and saw some amazing fish. We walked down to the beach restaurant every day for lunch and met the same crowd daily. We walked to the little village of Mismaloya on the first day for breakfast staples, and that was a fun adventure for the kids to see how others live, and we took the orange bus into Puerto Vallarta one morning to walk around the market, but the kids couldn't wait to get back to the beach. It was a wonderful opportunity to slow down and connect with my kids. (the condo has a TV but we didn't even turn it on). We hope to return next year!

Tis in Mismoloya was perfect. Nothing I needed for my 10 day stay was not provided. the property is in excellent condition and very convenient to the local buses ad taxis, so no car was needed. If you do rent a car there is plenty of parking. The air conditioning and ceiling fans worked great although I rarely needed the AC. We basically had the pool to ourselves (it was off season). The pool was always clean and inviting. It was a super plus to have laundry facilities available in the complex. Would I return?? You bet in a heartbeat. Thanks again Natalie for renting to us.
