The condo was as pictured and the view was fabulous. The staff at the resort were attentive, courteous and pleasant. I would recommend more upfront information about parking and resort fees.

My wife and I were able to stay for a long wedding weekend. Property and room were great! Enjoyed the different amenities and options of the lagoon pool, the infinity pool, and beach. We would definitely go back!

We had a decent stay. But I was underwhelmed with the room. There was dust in many places, food dried up in the microwave, and locks on bathroom doors were broken. My kids were cold and the one blanket and pillow for the pull out was not sufficient, I emailed the rental company and asked for one pillow, extra blanket and towels and they came over 24 hours later and gave me one pillow without a pillow case-that’s it. I also didn’t see a bathrobe in the closet. For the price, I would of expected bathrobes and cleaner rooms with better service.

Nice stay. Hurricane IAN decided to change our plans a bit, but that is not fault of the hotel. The only recommendation I have is better communication between the property manager and the front desk at the Marriott. We stayed in a private owners unit at the Marriott. Upon check in, no one at the front desk had any idea of our reservation or confirmation. It was fixed, but this seems like a very preventable issue.

Beautiful Room & Resort!
My wife and I absolutely loved our stay in room #2003 at the Marriott of Palm Beach on Singer Island. The room was wonderful with breathtaking views on the ocean and inland. The unit had a full size kitchen, washer/dryer, a larger walk-in closet, huge master bathroom, and a perfect balcony for us to unwind. We highly recommend this resort and room for anyone looking for a wonderful stay at a 4-star resort. We are already planning on coming back next year, thank you!

Wonderful time
My family of 4 (2 adults and 5 &8 year olds) had a great time. The owners are very responsive. The unit was perfect for us with a great view. We ate most of our meals in the room (there is a Publix near by for groceries). The 2 pools are great. Due to the location the infinity pool has the sun in the morning and we would do the lagoon pool in the afternoon. Highly recommend this unit and owner.

Very good view in day and night for both ocean and city. Room is tall and big which is impressed. But the client service is so so - asked for 1 more dishwasher tablet and 1 more blanket which were rejected. If you have more tank 2 persons, bring your own blanket- I didn’t bring extra but have to buy extra in Walmart. Also I spent some time to coordinate owner and hotel for room phone issue but it was not solved in 6 days of my stay which is disappointing.

Nice property
The property was really nice & in great condition. Having the suite style room with kitchen is a bonus. The property manager accurately mentions the required valet parking charges, & provides chairs & beach umbrella so you don’t have to pay for those. Resorts are always trying to stick you for more costs. The pool was beautiful. The view is amazing.

Lovely property but with hotel expenses
This was a lovely vacation unit. When we first arrived we had some iissues with the room. The water pressure, shower, toilet, the lights the phones, the Keurig. Some of these issues were just us trying to figure stuff out. When I reached out to the property managers they were very responsive and sent someone right away. our biggest issue was that although this property is privately owned it is within a hotel so you end up incurring a lot of the expenses that you do when staying at a hotel. paying for valet each day and tipping everyone day in and day out really adds up. The unit provides you with beach chairs and an umbrella, but they were in very rough shape so we ended up renting the beach chairs at the beach from the resort which was an additional $45 a day (35 for 2 chairs but we needed 3). If you rent chairs at the beach or use the pools you cannot bring outside food or beverages so again you’re looking at significant cost for food and drink throughout the day. The location was just ok. Riviera Beach was pretty rough, it wasn’t a nice area.. Singer Island is beautiful, and the beach was spectacular. we spent so much time at the beach walking up and down and enjoying the beautiful natural shoreline. it was the highlight of our time in Florida. overall it was a wonderful vacation and we would probably return to Singer island again.

On the first day there, a maintenance man walked in the room without knocking on the door. He unplugged the water line to the frig. said it was causing an issue in another room.

Amazing Long Weekend
My wife and I just finished an amazing long weekend here on Singer Island. Absolutely loved it. The space was clean and well kept. You simply cannot beat the beach view from the balcony. The photos and descriptions were 100% accurate. Would love to visit again!

Fantastic Fourth
I always love staying at this resort and this weekend was no exception. The room was beautiful and clean- everything about it was easy and delightful. Plus, the views of Riviera Beach to the north were outstanding for watching at least a hundred different sets of fireworks displays ranging from sparklers to professional. Will certainly stay again pending availability!

We had an amazing time just me and my husband , the unit has great views ,spacious , tall ceilings gives such a luxurious feeling , has everything you need , full kitchen , refrigerator , washer dryer , bathroom is big , walking closet as well.
Beach is beautiful the weather is so clear , we snorkel a lot , swam in the ocean . 100% recommended ahh and the communications with management are excellent. Easy check in and out . Will come back with our daughters friends sure .

Beautiful view
We were blown away with the view and the friendliness of the staff. Everyone was extremely helpful and the on site food and drinks were top of the line. The pool with the slide was perfect for our kids and seemed to a very family friendly resort. We can’t wait to come back!

Much needed escape
We enjoyed our time at the resort. Amenities were nice and people were very friendly. The condo was also great. The view was amazing. The only negatives were there was no actual oven and the ice maker didn't work.

Great stay. Pictures and description online are accurate, although views are even nicer in person. Check-in was quick and easy and space was spotless upon our arrival. The condo is spacious and worked out perfectly for my wife, myself and our 2 year old. Property management was very responsive and overall great to deal with. Would absolutely stay here again in the future.

Definitely exactly as advertised!
Really well appointed spot! I was a little worried that the unit we were assigned would be on a lower floor or have a different view - but it was exactly as shown in the listing. Check in was easy. Pain to be charged for wifi, but the agency makes it clear how to be reimbursed for that, which is a nice bonus. This is a quiet strip of beach...exacty what we were looking for.

Check in was easy, check out too.
The only negative, is trash pick up ....no one services the condo, you can pay 50 per day to have that done. Would have loved to have been able to toss some trash out (Christmas time, we celebrated there so had lots of gift wrap etc) And we were there for five days so would have appreciated more toilet paper, and shampoo and soaps to equal our stay....however, thats really a little, little thing.
We got there and the tv in the bedroom was 'broken' but we didnt need it and told them not to bother fixing it until after we left. It was so great to be in this location and hotel. I think for what we got, and time of year, the price was fair. Very pretty condo. Thank you

I'm not sure where to begin. Although I'm a Marriott Reward member, I ventured out and rented this property. I'm so glad I did. The property is AMAZING. Super clean, wonderful views....the staff.......you will be blown away. The property had so many household items for your stay. Please.....if you are on the fence.........slide off and visit this property. I had no problems of ANY kind......I deffinetly will return.

THE VIEW!!
This unit is a corner unit overlooking the intercostal mostly but you can see the ocean as well. The windows make it feel like you are on top of water. It was comfortable and had the basics necessary in the kitchen. We did have some lighting issues that were addressed immediately. Be advised that there's not a TV in the 2nd bedroom.
The Resort is comfortable and the food options downstairs are delicious but a bit pricey, which is to be expected at a resort like this one. You won't find prettier water than Singer Island!!
