This house was just perfect for our family stay. We all came in for our son’s wedding and we were looking for a place to spend afterward. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and the living room and dining rooms and kitchen were a great size for us. We have a large family and it all flowed so easily and comfortably. And being three houses from the beach was amazingly convenient with beautiful views from the porches. Sandy, the owner was so accommodating and sweet and Louie was quick to provide all of our needs. The house was accurately described and everything we wanted it to be. We are so grateful to have found it.

We had a great long weekend, lots of room, ideal location seconds from the beach and a short walk to the Trop etc. would love to stay here again in the future. Host is great, amazing communication and accommodation.

Sandy is a wonderful and replies promptly to any questions you may have. The house is spacious and was perfect for our annual family gathering. We specifically wanted to spend time at the beach and this property is in the perfect location. We carried our chairs, umbrella and beach toys right out the front door and were on the sand in a minute or two. We would stay here again.

Everything was perfect. Well stocked kitchen. The linen service was well worth the extra fee. Plenty of space for everyone and plenty of beds. You couldn’t get closer to the beach/boardwalk.

A classic former boardinghouse that can sleep an entire army if needed. Quiet neighborhood, clean and safe. Front door is ten yards from the boardwalk. What can be better? We stayed here for a wedding, but we will definitely be back for long weekends and perhaps a week-long rental.

She provided all the necessary information for a stress free trip, weeks in advance of our checkin. The place was clean, spacious, and in the perfect spot to enjoy a weekend getaway at the beach! Highly recommended

My great grandad was on the porch on a Saturday night and the neighbors complained that he’s laughing too loudly.There were signs in the house that stated we cannot use the back yard. Also there were signs that said we can’t make noise after 11pm until 8am Smh I wish that was advertised in the online summary of the place because we would not have taken it.

The property was very spacious and very clean. My great grandad was on the porch on a Saturday night and the neighbors complained that he’s laughing too loudly.There were signs in the house that stated we cannot use the back yard. Great week in a beautiful house
We had a very, very nice vacation at Atlantic City in a perfect setup for our group. We were 10 adults and we had all our meals at the house. Everything was top notch !

Girls getaway!
I am my cousins MOH for her special day and this weekend was to celebrate her Bachelorette party. I was a little nervous planning this as I did not know many of the girls joining but this house worked out perfectly and all in the party really complimented it and said how amazing it was. What was even more amazing was working with Sandy! She made this planning process so much easier and stress free for me and I can HIGHLY recommend working with her! Thank you so much Sandy for being a part of my cousins celebration. Your house was perfect and I am so grateful I found it!

Beautiful House Next to Beach
We had a wonderful stay! The house is on the same street as the ocean, so you don't have to cross any streets to get to the beach. The boardwalk also comes all the way to the house, so you can walk about 20 minutes on the boardwalk and get to all the AC hot spots. The house is huge and has everything you need. The host was also very quick to reply to our questions. I definitely recommend staying here!

Girls weekend March 2019
Our weekend was wonderful. The house was gorgeous, very spacious and well equipped with everything you could possible need. We were a group of girl friends, coming into town for the weekend to get together and to see Fleetwood Mac. Sandy was wonderful, she allowed us in early because the property was available. Accommodated us with some extra parking passes - we were coming from different areas at staggered times. She greeted us at the house to make sure everything was as expected. Offered us some extra time to check out.
The house is beautifully updated and is comfy and charming. Wonderful use of space. 7 bedrooms, 1 sitting area with a queen pull out, and 3 full baths, 2 half.
Large front deck, and back deck with bar.
We walked down the board walk to see the St. Patrick's Day parade. It was a lovely 15 minute walk.
I would not hesitate at all to come back and stay at this wonderful house. My friends feel the same way. So, the look is on for our next date and time to revisit AC and stay at this beautiful house.

Best of Atlantic City
We had a wonderful time in this immaculate and charming house! The size and architectural design of the house were conducive to close family experiences, with the opportunity for privacy when needed. My in-laws loved sitting on the front porch watching people and gazing at the boardwalk and beach. My daughter loved having the third floor as her own apartment, My husband and I loved the proximity to casinos, restaurants and most importantly the beach. Sandy and Matt were great hosts! I would definitely rent this house again!

Perfect!
This house was perfect for my childhood friend’s bachelorette weekend! We had 14 girls staying here and loved sitting around the large dining room table. There were plenty of bathrooms and beds. Great location too!

Excellent Getaway!
This house was perfect for our stay! This was my first time using the app and actually renting a house through here so I was a bit nervous but everything turned out perfect. Sandra was very helpful and every time I tried reaching out she would always reply or pick up her phone quick. It was 13 of us and there was enough rough for all of us, the house was well stocked and everything was so near by! We really enjoyed our stay and we would love to come back to this house.

Our home away from home
This was our FOURTH time staying in this beautiful home and we now refer to it as "our house by the beach". Sandy has every detail covered to make our stay comfortable and fun. We have had as many as 12 people on our trips and never feel like we are in each others way. We spend most of our time in the house in the kitchen which she has very well stocked with everything we need. The location is perfect, close to the beach, and convenient to casinos and shopping. Sandy is always available and quick to respond if we need anything (which is rare). I recommend this property to anyone seeking a dream vacation by the beach with all the comforts of home!

Very comfortable house located right next to the board walk
The house was perfect for our event. Everything was clean and organized when we entered and all information was easily found. The kitchen was fully operational and again, everything was easy to find. We have no complaints and would definitely recommend this house to a friend.

Rebooking!
Sandy did a wonderful job making us feel welcome. Her home is lovely, clean and comfortable to stay in.....We repeatedly said on our visit to Atlantic City how much more comfortable we were staying in her home as opposed to a hotel room, there is no comparison.
We work up to snow the last morning of our visit, when we looked outside, Sandy had a wonderful gentleman shoveling the snow and clearing our car! Great customer service.
We could not ask for a better host and we will definitely rebook!

Great location, very nice house, plenty of room
We are a group of 14 runners who stayed in this beautifully renovated home for a recent race. The house had plenty of beds and showers for our group. It’s about a mile walk on the boardwalk to the closest casino. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return. The landlady Sandy is a pleasure to deal with.

Wonderful Experience!
The accommodations for a large group are second to none. All the comforts of home walking distance from Tropicana, Caesars, etc. Sandy was very thorough and helped make our stay comfortable and welcoming.
