well located and staff was so polite and helpful..Room was large and clean with good AC. Overall we had a very satisfying & happy stay The location is fabulous.spacious rooms. neat and clean bathroom.

Good hotel, Good location, Cooperative Staff, Good hotel , Good environment Spacious Room and Bathroom. Clean swimming pool. Rooms with a balcony have a huge balcony and overlooking the courtyard.Lovely hotel and staff. hotel was enjoyable and had a good selection with attentive staff.

Pleasant experience overall... close to .. neat and clean room and premises... staff were all very good, descent and helpful... no unnecessary disturbances... it was a very peaceful stay...

I want to tell that doors are not having handles & inside lock to operate, if the door jam it is difficult to open without handle.

He charged more money than the app

Very bad they asked 300 rupees more. Further I'll never book through ixigo. Toilet is very darty taps are broken. They charge 40/- more for water bottle. I repeat never go for this

I was charged more from the hotel end. Booking.com didn't co-ordinate

No water Security doesnt let in for long time. No security Property not in good place

No water in the bathroom in the morning . Had no staff who could switch on motor. Had to go n ask neighbours for some water

Some staff's behaviour

AC was not working. I was complaining since evening . Late night around 11:30 pm they allocated new room. The new room was Cosy and smaller compared to previous . We adjusted somehow.

the hotel is not allowing friends for talk,chat in room..that is for 1hr.when i asked about the matter hotel staf said that its our hotel policy..for the 1st time i have faced this much problem while staying..
