Everything was perfect! The hotel is purely amazing, just like in the photos. Our room was quiet and the view from the window in winter is wonderful. You feel like your are in a true winter wonderland. The breakfast is excellent, staffs are super friendly. I can wholeheartedly recommend this place.

It is a bit uncomfortable that the staffs don't speak english. However if you check the website of the hotel, you can't find and english version either, so it is not as a big suprise. There is no restaurant in the hotel. You can have dinner, but just pierogi. However it is delicious, it was just a suprise for us. As far as the rooms are concerned, they are perfect! One thing: the pillows could have been bigger but it is not a big deal. One thing was a bit hard for us: in winter you can't walk around easily in the city, there is no path for footgängers. All in all, I can say, that this place is perfect and amazing! I can recommend it!

Niedzwiedzia Residence has truly exceeded my expectations! The place is gorgeous - the decor is beautiful; from the rooms to the shared space/ guest lounge. Everything is super clean, the space is warm and cosy. The staff is fantastic - they make you feel right at home and are super accommodating. Breakfast is a feast, everything is super fresh and homemade - throughout the day the lounge provides fruit and cakes and beverages for guests too. The wonders are lovely too - I'm vegan and GF; they've gone above and beyond to accommodate my dietary requirements. Location is perfect - far from the crowdedness of Zakopane yet just a short drive away. I will be back for sure!

As per all comments this was really a great experience, really high quality. For me I really appreciated the fact they responded to my ask if it was possible to get the room more romantic since it was an important date for us. Even if this was an extra cost it worthed it, with a bottle of wine, chocolates and some hearts decoration in the room giving a nice romantic atmosphere! Thank your so much for this and for responding to my ask, one of the best hotel that I experienced!

The residence is absolutely gorgeous. The owners are really nice and there were no problem of communication despite them not knowing English. The breakfast buffet was really fresh, diverse and homemade, absolutely delicious! Homemade pierogis for dinner, perfect ! Coffee and tea whenever we want. Rooms beautifully decorated. Will definitely come back

Everything was perfect

The interior of the place is a masterpiece! I liked every detail. There is a dining room with coffee and tea available 24/7, also books and board games if the weather is not very good for going outside. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. And the breakfast..I've never seen this variety offered! And everything was delicious! I would come back for the breakfast itself :D

Everything was great, the food, the staff, rooms were very clean when we arrived. The place is beautiful, definitely worth it. We'll be coming back in the future.

The building is super clean, nice and cozy. Makes you feel comfortable straight after entering the main door.

Our room remains cozy as I mentioned about the whole building but we came in the middle of the winter , temperate was extremely low and room wasn’t warm enough for staying after vacation at the mountains. The biggest problem is huge windows which wasn’t prepared for low temperatures.
