Very nice. Needed the property unexpectedly to be part of a larger family beach vacation. When entering data into the VRBO site, we made a typo on the contact information and had to reconcile to get communication. VRBO required us to communicate with property owners who were great, and went out of our way to adjust our error and accomodate our request. It was a lovely week.

It was an amazing vacation. This condo had everything we could possibly need. From coolers to pots and pans, we didn’t want for a thing. It has plenty of room with every amenity you could possibly need. Next time we go to st Augustine this will be the condo we rent.

A beautiful vacation for two weeks with my family. The ocean, the pools are just steps away from the spacious, well maintained condo which is equipped with everything needed to enjoy our time together. We enjoyed it so much that we already booked this unit for 2025. Thank you Terri and Greg.

This was a very spacious condo close to the beaches, restaurants and local attractions. The condo was stocked with everything we needed. We particularly enjoyed the screened lanai. We sat out there almost every day. We also enjoyed the indoor/outdoor swimming pool and hot tub which just a short walk from the condo. We’re planning to stay here again next year if possible.

This first floor Ocean Gallery condo is a comfortable place for a winter family vacation with a well-equipped kitchen to prepare meals. It is conveniently located a short walk to the community heated indoor pool and access to the beach. it is also en easy drive to Publix, restaurants and activities on the island as well as in St. Augustine. However, if you plan to visit the quaint, historic town during the Christmas holiday season when almost every building is decorated with thousands of white lights, expect traffic congestion and long lines in St Augustine. Also, keep in mind that the weather in this area can be chilly in December and January, so meals will be around the inside table rather than on the lovely lanai, and the third bedroom space may be chilly at night but a lovely space to read or chat during a sunny day.

The weather didn't exactly cooperate but we still enjoyed our visit. There was an issue with the plumbing and the owner had someone respond and make repairs timely. The walk to the beach wasn't too bad. The property has a lot to offer. This was our 1st time staying at Ocean Gallery and look forward to coming back.

We so enjoyed the condo. It had everything we needed for an enjoyable, stay. The condo was wonderful! we especially loved the beach towels, toys for the kids beach chairs and a big hit was the boogie board. I will definitely be booking another stay next year. Thank you!

The condo was lovely. It was probably the coziest, cleanest, most comfy condo my family and I have stayed in, in St. Augustine. The extras provided about places to go, where to eat, were really unexpected and very thoughtful. It was a great time, short walk to the beach and pools. The property owners were very nice people and I think experienced enough that they're able to keep their place in really good condition all year long. We didn't want to leave and can't wait to come back next year!

We had a great time during our stay at 41 Las Palmas. The place was clean, there were clear instructions when we arrived, and the walk to the beach was easy. Our kids loved the pools and the workout room was a plus. We would definitely come again.

The owners had everything you needed! Location is quiet and relaxing. The only inconvenience was there was 1 grill for the entire complex at the main pool by the beach. There isn’t a grill at all pool locations.

Heated pool was fantastic, smaller pool with hot tub was a nice quiet retreat. Beach was perfect for walking and so wide!

The property was cute and clean and had everything you could need to feel at home during your stay. It was easy to find and close to all of the historic Saint Augustine activities, many restaurants, and the beach! Everyone at the resort was very friendly also. I would stay there again and would recommend it to friends and family. The owners were very responsive whenever I had a question. Check in and check out were easy. No surprises here, we loved it!

This condo was clean, spacious and located in a quiet area. The amenities- pool, beach, fitness room, etc. were fabulous. The condo came equipped with everything we needed and then some. My wife and I especially enjoyed the screened lanai. We spent many hours reading out there and I finished a 1000 piece puzzle . Lots of great restaurants near by and tons of things to do including The Alligator Farm and an air boat ride. We will definitely stay here again if it is available.

We enjoyed our trip to St Augustine. This is a peaceful beach spot quite close to the hustle of downtown St Augustine. It is great to have the best of both worlds. The condo is well stocked and its location by the main pool is nice. The quick walk to the beach was well worth it. There were some cool days so it was great to have the indoor heated pool and hot tub. We would definitely return!

Ocean Gallery Condo
This property is very nice, clean and accurately described. It is not right on the beach but conveniently located near the beach access gate. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and very nice stainless steel pots and pans. The living room furniture was very comfortable! We enjoyed our stay.

Great condo and community on the beach!
We really enjoyed this condo! There was plenty of space for our family of 2 adults and 4 kids. Lots of linens and towels and also all the kitchen items you could need. There were pool and sand toys for the kids as well as beach chairs and umbrellas. The gated community is incredibly well cared for and the staff were friendly. We loved the close access to the pools and just a 5 min walk to the beach. We had a great time!

Great Location and Spacious
This condo was clean and had a great location to all the pools. It was a little walk to the beach. It was a nice little drive to most attractions. We loved our time here. The owner was very responsive we had a little trouble with the front door lock (batteries died). She answered the phone and helped us get the key and had a locksmith come out. The condos had very nice security. Check in was very simple.

My family and I had a wonderful time! The location is amazing-a less than 5 minute walk to the beach which is just walking across the parking lot. Pool is a 2 minute walk. Also not far from downtown! Would highly recommend

Facilities has 4 beautiful pools and easy access to beach. Condo had everything you needed in kitchen, games and beach toys/chairs. Location was good for getting to St. Augustine and Crescent Beach.

This property is one of the nicest condo rentals we ever stayed at. Kitchen was equipped with everything and beyond. A cooks dream. Abundance of towels, blankets, and beach gear. Extremely clean. Ocean Gallery is a gated property and has many nice amenities and multiple pools. Only thing missing was a grill in Village Las Palmas area.
Loved our snowbird break to this lovely condo. Terri responded to a minor problem and resolved it quickly.

St. Augustine Gem
We were so fortunate to find this lovely rental property. The condo actually was able to accommodate five adults comfortably. Tastefully decorated, clean, and conveniently located to the beach and the historic district of St. Augustine, we enjoyed a relaxing Christmas family vacation. The kitchen is well supplied for cooking, or the owners have provided a list of nearby eateries. Our 20-something kids would say that the beach, the food, and an indoor rock climbing experience were highlights, creating a Christmas like no other. We loved the lighthouse and the nearby Washington Oaks Garden Park. Thank you Terri and Greg for allowing us to stay at your property!

Amazing Gateway in Florida
My family and I always wanted to go to St. Agustin. I certainly did not know where to stay. I definitely pick the right property. Is a few minutes away from historic downtown but thankfully not in the middle in the craziness specially during Night of Lights. There are a lot of things that can be done on property. The beach is at a short walk distance. There are many pools and jacuzzis. The surroundings are beautiful. The parking space is huge not the average ones. There are a lot of spaces to enjoy at the property: living room, kitchen and dinning table, two rooms, another room with books and games, screened patio. I just loved it!!!!!! I really want to go back again during the summer. The sea water was super cold but we still had a wonderful time at the beach.
Everything was clean, no carpet on floor, kitchen fully equipped (we had our Thanksgiving dinner there).
Only thing I recommend is upgrading at least one tv to smart so you can watch movies or series on Netflix or any other app.
I can’t wait to go back there.

We truly enjoyed the week at Ocean Gallery. The grounds, the pools, and the beach were pristine. And the condo at 41 Las Palmas was the perfect spot to enjoy all the beautiful amenities. The place was spotless and well appointed with everything we needed for a week of fun. Highly recommended.

Comfortable Stay
It is a great place for a family with kids. The Condo is as described and it was sparkling clean when we arrived. 5 minute walk to the beach and close to the pool. We loved the Florida room. Kitchen is fully equipped so I was able to cook for my family, they even had a Crockpot. Great place! We will go back!
