Ti invitiamo a venire a soggiornare nel tuo monolocale privato sul mare. Tutti i servizi di cui hai bisogno sono qui per il tuo divertimento. C'è internet ad alta velocità, grande schermo piatto a LED T. V. con cavo ,, Roku e Stream Smart disponibili. L'accogliente terrazza con vista sull'oceano ti consente di rilassarti e goderti la tua bevanda preferita o semplicemente rilassarti e ammirare la vista. Il tavolo da pranzo è adatto per 2 persone ma può ospitare 4. La pianta del pavimento è aperta con pavimenti in legno di acero e soffitti a volta. Troverai un grande bagno completo ben arredato con armadi personalizzati e ripiani in Corian, il bagno è una combinazione doccia vasca. Un ferro da stiro, asse da stiro e asciugacapelli sono forniti con shampoo, balsamo e lavaggio del corpo. La cucina full size vanta anche contatori personalizzati e armadi in stile shaker con lavatrice e asciugatrice in grado di impilare. C'è anche un tostapane, un forno a microonde, una macchinetta del caffè, un frullatore, pentole e ovviamente piatti, bicchieri e utensili. Forniamo condimenti di base e abbastanza crema al caffè e zucchero per durare alcuni giorni.
La zona notte ha un letto matrimoniale, un armadio, un comò, comodini, lampada da tavolo e sveglia. La zona giorno ha un divano che dorme sul divano. Forniamo anche un letto EZ per un ospite adulto aggiuntivo. NOTA BENE CHE ESISTE UN COSTO AGGIUNTIVO PER OLTRE 2 OSPITI. Questo può essere pagato a noi quando arrivate per il vostro soggiorno.
Le finestre a manovella racchiuse in mogano mostrano le splendide viste del tramonto e lasciano entrare la brezza dell'oceano. Se la brezza non è abbastanza c'è un ventilatore a soffitto o se sei un po 'freddo lo studio è dotato di un'unità di aria forzata riscaldante separata. Ci sono 2 lucernari per far entrare molta luce naturale durante il giorno.

We came down from Northern California for a friends wedding celebration and took advantage of the chance to spend some time exploring the area….loved it! Very comfortable and extremely CLEAN which is so appreciated! Great location and easy to get to explore neighboring towns.

Awesome location literally 10 minutes away from everything! Place is very clean and kept and in a beautiful neighborhood! Definitely worth it if you’re in the San Diego area! Thanks a ton guys for this experience!

This property had everything we needed and it was very comfortable! Owners are very responsive and we felt very safe in this neighborhood. It was also nice and quiet and we slept great! I would definitely like to stay here again when we head back to Southern California!

My wife and I came to Cardiff for a family event and spent four days. We had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed this cozy studio apartment. It had all the amenities we needed and the location was perfect. Very close to both Cardiff and Encinitas with parking. The hosts are very welcoming and communicated everything we needed to know. This will definitely be our go to spot for future visits to the area.

Only access to parking spot was to drive over a full curb at street. Could not access regular TV stations to watch NLF games. Expected Keurig coffee machine. Dryer did not dry. No spare roll of toilet tissue. Could not turn heat on at night. Other than being a bit dated, overall unit was in good area and clean.

Great clean studio for small family. Cozy open floor plan. Hosts have thought of all of the essentials and more for a nice getaway. Including delicous chocolate chip cookies waiting for you. Not quit walking distance but a 4 minute drive to beach and all that Cardiff has to offer.

Great Location
We had a delightful time at this sweet studio apartment in Cardiff by the Sea. The location is central to so many things and the ocean just minutes away. Beau and Judy were great to answer questions beforehand and we appreciated all their efforts. Awesome stay!

Nice place for a 3-day weekend

Beautiful View Of the Pacific
This is a top floor in-law top floor studio apartment with a nice view of the Pacific Ocean. The owner keeps this rental well supplied, thinks of everything that you might need, and is very responsive to any questions or needs. No TV, Netflix this gem is a charming place to stay and there is so much to do in the region that we didn't miss TV.

As much as I'd like to NOT give a positive Review because I don't want this listing to be booked next time I am in town I must say I will absolutely be back. This is my ONLY stay when in town from now on! I highly recommend just not on the days when I plan on being back ;) Yes, definitely worth it! BOOK IT!

Great stay
We had a really great stay here. The place was clean, comfortable and the washer/dryer came in handy for us. The host had beach towels and umbrellas for us to use, which was super helpful. Hosts were very friendly and gave us lots of great recommendations! Thank you again!!
Cardiff by the sea is an amazing little costal town and this place is absolutely perfect for a short stay. I would recommend having a car as it’s on the other side of the highway from the beach, food and shops.

Relaxing vacation
Judy and Beau have thought of all the amenities, even home made cookies on arrival. It was close to all beaches in the area and easy access to great restaurants and San Diego. The Seaside Market in Cardiff is phenomenal. We would stay there again!

Perfect Spot Near a Great Beach
This studio apartment was perfect for our needs! Everything we needed for preparing our own food, comfortable bed, and roomy space, nice view! Judy and Beau were both friendly and helpful! We hope to stay with them again next time we come to visit family. Two cautions: If you are 5' 2" or smaller, the height of the counters might be un comfortable for you and if you don't like stairs, this wouldn't be the place for you. We found the apartment to be clean and well supplied. Good communication. Thanks so much Beau and Judy!

This is a wonderfully equipped, cozy studio apartment in great location. this owner thinks of many little details like night lights and USB plugins. Delightful owners who were very responsive to any request. Will certainly stay here again.

Adorable place to stay with great views!
Judy and Beau made our stay even better with all the amenities including water, snacks, and extras in case we needed it like condiments. Very nice to have shampoo, body wash etc. very clean place and had everything we needed during our stay. We will be gong back for sure.
