Questa unità eccezionalmente pulita è stata recentemente rinnovata con nuovi pavimenti, moquette, cucina completamente attrezzata con nuovi armadi, ripiani in granito ed elettrodomestici. Dispone di 3 camere da letto, 2 bagni (doccia e vasca), High Energy, lavatrice e asciugatrice extra large, spazio per 2 auto nel garage, Internet ad alta velocità, TV a schermo piatto, impianto stereo, vista mare dal balcone. eccetera. È disponibile dal 1 giugno al 9 settembre e affitta settimanalmente da sabato a sabato durante questi mesi. Questa unità noleggia un contratto di affitto di 9 mesi da metà settembre al 31 maggio.

This beach house has everything you need and more ! Steps to the beach while able to get off the peninsula in a convenient manor was key to our selection as was the garage because parking can be a pain. Beach chairs, towels, sand toys , bikes are all available for your use. Easy check in & friendly communication . Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home . We will be back

This was our second stay & it did not disappoint. Trying to impress 3 teens is no easy task, but all 3 kids thoroughly enjoyed their stay & are already asking when we can come back.
This place truly has it all. The location is fantastic & is central to just about anything you would want to do while down at the beach. The accommodations were just as great. The unit is spacious, super clean, updated, and very well maintained. Getting to park in a garage space is always an added bonus, so that was appreciated & having access to a washer & dryer was a nice treat. The kitchen was extremely well stocked (more than most VRBOs), and there were plenty of games to pass the time and beach gear/equipment stocked in the garage. The kids took full advantage of the bicycles in the garage & enjoyed daily bike rides. With all of the different amenities this place has to offer, it’s very easy to just pack a bag & go.
Lastly, communication was easy & the hosts were very accommodating. I would definitely come back!

We can’t say enough about our experience at this beach house. It was perfect! Beautiful view of the beach/ocean while relaxing on the balcony. Steps away from your toes in the sand. We could go play at the beach then walk back to the house for lunch, then back to the beach. Location couldn’t be better! My family all said this was their family beach house of all the ones we have stayed at over the years and I agree! Loved the convenience of the washer/dryer and that owners supplied the soap and dryer sheets! So nice! And the beach toys and gear…so generous to provide use of all these items. Saved us a loy of extra packing when we planned this trip. Thank you thank you! We will be back! 😊

We had an amazing time during our stay. The space is large and everyone felt like they had their own space. We were so close to the beach you could hear the waves and smell the salt air. The location is great. We will be back for sure.

We lived in CA 1980 through 2001. Grew up taking the bus to the Pier and staying all day at the beach. Loved the local flavor of the food. Loved the place we stayed. Overall great time.

We had a wonderful time in this upper unit! Spacious and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need and then some including everything you could imagine to use at the beach. Super clean and updated which we loved. Location is perfect, 2 minutes from the beach, and could walk to anything we needed. Garage was spacious for parking which was great as well. We LOVED our stay and will definitely be back! Thank you Joe and Joan!

My family enjoyed the rental. It was very well stocked with all needs, like beach towels, towels, soaps, dishwasher detergent, etc. the appliances were great quality, which made washing clothes easy and quick especially since the washer/ dryer was in the unit! (Rare for beach towns in So Cal.). Overall it was a great location to beach and very close food and grocery store. Our kids loved the beach toys. I would stay there again as it was a pleasant experience.

Great location, incredibly comfortable/cozy and clean! The owners were very communicative and helpful when we got a “tad” lost. Walking distance to the beach, eateries, and shops. Our teenaged kids loved it - would 100% come back for our next beach get-away!

This is the perfect location. It’s close to the beach yet far enough away from the boardwalk to be quiet at night. We will definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this home for 3 nights in March, grandparents, adult kids, and 5 young grandkids. Even though it was cold and rainy during our stay, it was wonderful to be so close to the beach! It's a perfect spot if you want to have easy access to the beach and a cozy place to come back to. We stayed in the upstairs half. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable, and the house was very quiet - the family staying below us said they couldn't hear any noise from the kids. This home is also close to the shops at Newport Beach. Doughnuts almost every morning!

Located just 60 feet or so from the beach and boardwalk on Newport Beach, this house was incredible. The owners were very friendly and accommodating and this might be the most equipped and well stocked house for all of your needs on your vacation stay. It is truly a gem, and we will stay here again!

We had a wonderful family trip to Joan and Joe's home in Newport Beach. The place has been recently remodeled and was beautifully furnished. We slept great on the super comfortable beds. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the essentials and we really appreciated the little extra things like aluminum foil and plastic wrap. It was nice that beach chairs and towels were provided and our grandson enjoyed playing in the sand with the beach toys.
The location is perfect. Just steps to the beach and within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. It was nice to have a garage so we didn't have to search for on street parking.
Joan and Joe were great hosts. They were very responsive and easy to work with. They communicated with us throughout the rental process and made sure we had all the information we needed.

I found the unit to be almost luxurious with all the amenities- ample dishes and glassware- a higher quality than I would have expected. The unit was spacious. I enjoyed having a 2nd TV!

Perfect Beach Retreat
What a beautiful home. Sitting on the balcony watching the waves in the morning made my day. Our family had plenty of space and felt very at home. It’s close to everything you want out of Newport and the beach was spectacular. The home had bikes, beach toys, chairs, etc. Joe and Joan were excellent hosts and very responsive. We will be back!

Beach get away
The good. Property was as advertised and owners were easy and pleasant to communicate with. The unit was clean and in good shape. A very short walk to the beach with beach views from the balcony. This was an upper unit so heavy luggage could be a challenge to get up the stairs. Being so near the beach, the area is very busy and the homes are very close together but noise was not to much of an issue. The beach and board walk are great! The area was safe to walk around and there is nearby shopping and eating options.
The bad- parking. Getting in and out of the garage is challenging, especially with anything but a small vehicle. The alley is very tight to maneuver and other cars frequently block your way. When the other side of the garage had cars in it, it was impossible for us to get in (full disclosure we were driving a larger SUV). There is on street parking in front of the unit which seems fairly safe, but spots are hard to come by.
Overall a good experience.
