Stunning Oceanfront Luxury Designer Estate
Favoloso Ocean Front Estate Home! Situato direttamente sul mare, con passi dalla spiaggia appena tre porte giù a Stone Steps Beach. Ciò include una grande vasca idromassaggio per circa dieci, il nostro quattro buche putting green, esterno granito sala da pranzo, soggiorno all'aperto con sezione e granito grill / bar. L'intera parete ovest si apre verso l'esterno dalla grande sala sontuosa all'interno.
All'interno di questa casa presenta pavimenti in teak e pietra calcarea, una cucina gourmet con elettrodomestici di fascia alta, sontuosamente arredate con pezzi unici in legno esotico, un sistema audio / visivo di fascia alta con enormi TV in ogni camera e suono surround.
Accanto al soggiorno troverete un angolo bar con frigorifero per il vino, un tavolo da gioco e una panca. Altoparlanti interni / esterni con sistema Sonos sono disponibili in tutta la casa. Un albero magico si illumina di notte che domina la zona living all'aperto.
La master suite dispone di un camino, balcone e bagno padronale con vasca idromassaggio giapponese e doccia enorme. Ogni camera è arredata con gusto, due con balcone privato. Il loft può ospitare bambini di tre e ha il suo ponte.
Questa casa offre eleganza contemporanea con tutti i comfort. Dormiamo 11 in letti, 15 utilizzando i due divani letto matrimoniale. Questa è la casa perfetta per la vostra prossima vacanza!

House has a gorgeous location and great backyard. We stayed with a large group and had a great week. The internet was spotty and the third floor was very hot and needs AC. Nice quiet neighborhood and close to the beach.

We loved it...it was spacious, clean and had gorgeous view. The location was central. Beach access just a few blocks away but plan to drive to the beach and drop off your things. Encinitas is hilly!! Would stay again.

Unbelievable home with breathtaking ocean views. Everything we needed to celebrate the holidays with family. Farmers market for fresh fruit, blue fin tuna, then off to Seaside market for “Cardiff Crack” beef burgundy perfect on the grill for our seaside Christmas dinner. Ample towels, comfy blankets and plenty of pillows. Hot tub was perfect when the sun went down. Cathy was attentive and proactive. Easy process all the way around. This house will not disappoint.

“Holiday oasis”
Unbelievable home with breathtaking ocean views. Everything we needed to celebrate the holidays with family.

Perfect vacation
I brought my family to this wonderful home for a week. It was the best vacation we have had. There was something to do for all ages. The view was incredible, the house was perfect. Plenty of beds for all. We lived outside. The backyard was perfect to be in all day and up until bedtime. There is a huge hot tub. The master bedroom is wonderful, it has a heavenly ocean breeze, and has a large bathroom and closet. Sitting on the balcony or backyard you can watch the surfers and the dolphins all day and then you get treated to the most beautiful sunsets. The beach is great and the stairs are very close. There are many great restaurants close by and the horse races were going during out trip.
Thank you Cathy, not one of us wanted to leave.

Great property and location
Cathy was a wonderful to work with and helpful. Called with questions after arrival and she was quick to respond. Home was perfect for young kids. Wife wanted a pool but hot tub was perfect for 2-6 year olds to swim and enjoy. View was world class and steps few doors down were easy to navigate for everyone.

Pacific views
Great house in beautiful location. The house is showing some wear and could use a little TLC and re-stocking and organization of kitchen items. (Wine glasses😀�) Kathy was very responsive with the few glitches we ran into.
