Great spot on North Topsail Island. Family friendly. Beautiful views of the ocean and coastal areas. Fish right from the rear dock. Walk two minutes to the beach. 7 min drive to Surf City. We throughly enjoyed our stay and if we return to Topsail will book again.

We had such a wonderful time, the home was beautiful, the views were amazing, it was stocked perfectly! And most importantly, David was absolutely wonderful and so very kind and helpful! He made us feel very welcome. Thank you so much David for sharing your beautiful home!!!

We had an amazing stay! Owner was extremely kind and helpful! We had adults and little ones and there were plenty of baby gates which is a huge plus for us! The walk to the beach was short and the property was clean and perfect for multiple families. Also the views were to gorgeous! It was our first time to topsail and we can't wait to go back.

We had a great time, and hope to return soon! David's place is very convenient to the beach as well as the bay. It's the best of all worlds.

This home has excellent views of both the sound and ocean. The beach access is directly across the street from the home. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. There is plenty of space for a small or large group of vacationers.

Fantastic house and location. Description matched closely, but possibly even better in person. Owner helped immensely making the week more enjoyable and allowing us to get the most out of our week together. Would gladly recommend and hope to stay again in the future!

Very comfortable house for six adults and five mostly teens. Great view of the sound and just a short walk to the beach. Very responsive owner. Hope to return.

We really enjoyed our stay at Arrrgh House! The weather was great- the beaches were beautiful- the house suited our large family perfectly. There are many things to choose from to keep busy or just hang out and enjoy the views. Our host was very attentive if we needed anything as well. We hope to be back in the future!

The owner was fantastic to work with and the property was perfect! Location is great with beach right across the street and the marsh on the backside. Amazing decks to see sunsets and the house was set back from street so very private. Has sea kayaks and everything you need in the kitchen to cook with. Stay was great and we will definitely return.

We had a great stay - the kids loved the Jacuzzi, everyone loved the kayaks, and the beach was super convenient. The house was everything we needed, very well appointed and comfortable, lots of space to spread out. Top deck is baby safe, nice and quiet with a good sunset view. Lots of parking, safely away from the road, and central to the island.

Great location with spectacular sound views and several direct ocean views throughout. Sunsets on the back deck were a daily highlight. David is very responsive/a great host and worked to accommodate our couple of minor requests. We hope to return next year. Beach and surrounding area were quiet and this property is excellent for families with children, or several adults looking for a relaxing vacation. Highly recommended!

Beautiful property with both Sound and Ocean views. Family friendly with updated amenities. We enjoyed playing corn hole out on the open deck watching the sunset. Great large screen TVs for evening entertainment. It was a bonus having two refrigerators to store a weeks worth of food and drinks. Beach access was easy right across the street. We were even lucky enough to see a fresh sea turtle tracks and nesting site. Overall we loved our stay.

The home is relatively new and has beautiful views of the Sound & Ocean. The home is comfortable and very easy to stay in. The Owner is very easy to work with!

A well equipped beach house with easy access to the beach. Loved the spacious and clean beach. Enjoyed our evenings watching the sunsets from the back deck. The kids loved kayaking. Lots of room for everyone. We look forward to coming back next year!!

This was the perfect house for our family...clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The beach access was so easy, and the sunset views from the back deck were amazing. David was great to work with, and we enjoyed everything about our stay. We look forward to coming back!

Everything about this property is fantastic, from the layout of the house to the amenities to the owner, Dave. We are a large group of friends that vacation together once a year for almost a decade now. There were 8 adults and 8 kids ranging from 2 -13 this year. This is the best layout we've been able to find yet. The large open kitchen, dining room and living room were big enough that all 16 of us could be in there comfortably. The shared space opens onto a big wrap around deck with epic views of the marshes and amazing sunsets!! The sunroom off the kitchen has the same expansive views, remains quiet even with the kids running around and for those who want to stay up provides a location that doesn't disturb any of the bedrooms. The middle floor has 4 rooms sharing two bathrooms, and surprisingly it was built so none of the bedrooms share a wall. The kitchen has a massive fridge, big pantry and huge island making it easy to store food and make dinner for 16 people without having to shop everyday. There is also a huge deck on the middle floor. Both the top and middle floor decks have gates keeping all the kids contained. There are no neighbors, the closest other house was almost 100 yards away. The deck and kayaks are a fun little adventure. We didn't get to the fishing, there was just too much to do for one week. The beach access is right next to the driveway. This stretch of Topsail Beach is beautiful and open. There are no resorts or hotels nearby and there is only about 1 1/2 rows of houses. Everyday we got to relax on a large gorgeous, open, uncrowded piece of beach. Get some long boards just up the street at Maluhia Surf shop and you'll love it. Being in North Topsail you can avoid the madness of Surf City. Much less traffic, 10 minutes to the grocery store Just to top it off Dave is a excellent owner to deal with. We found out 1 day before our vacation that we didn't have a house. We became the first renters in this house and I cannot say enough about how friendly and accommodating Dave was. Anything and everything that came up Dave solved before the next day from getting a frying pan and extra broom to internet (yep it was so new the internet wasn't installed yet). We will be coming back next year and have already reserved our week!! This is a gem, you should get it if you can.
