We were likely not the typical Vegas renters with our family of 6 adults and 2 children under 2, but this house definitely met all of our needs and expectations. My only caution for those with young children is the multi-level layout of the home which requires extra attention to the young ones. But, as I know, we are likely not the typical renters in Vegas! Otherwise, this rental was perfect! The neighborhood felt very much like a neighborhood....it was quiet, the homes were decorated for the holidays and we had no concerns for safety. This house has lots of space and the bedrooms were on another level than the main living spaces which is nice for those going to bed earlier than others. The outdoor space is so inviting and we were fortunate to be able to enjoy lunch on the patio twice during our December stay. Although we did not use the pool, it would have been such a great benefit during the summer months. The house is well stocked with glassware and dishes and other cooking utensils. The use of the garage and the additional refrigerator in the garage was most welcome. And finally, I cannot say enough about the responsiveness of the owner to our communication with her. She responded quickly and was so accommodating to our requests. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a group of 10 girls and this house was perfect! Plenty of beds and space for us to feel like we were not all on top of each other. About 15 minutes away from the airport and 20-30 minutes to the strip depending on traffic. The backyard is where we spent most of our time!!

Highly recommend! Once we arrived, the house was perfect for our needs - a bunch of adults getting together to hang out and play board games for a long weekend. We barely left the house all weekend and made great use of the pool, hot tub, and shuffleboard table - they include a guide to the house which walks you through using most appliances and recommended nearby restaurants, etc., which was much appreciated. As a low-key and responsible group, this was a perfect residence for us, but it's apparent that the homeowner has been burned by partiers in the past, resulting in many pre-visit communications sent in ominous all-caps messages and threats of extra fees if certain actions are taken or anything is damaged. Read the listing carefully - they are serious about one towel per person in the reservation (if you have long hair, etc, bring your own!) and note that you need to bring your own pool towels or risk being assessed a $25-35 fee per towel. There were no dish towels provided although there were hand towels available in the bathrooms. The tenor of the communication greatly shifted as we neared our visit and both check-in and stay were both fabulous. Check-out was similarly easy with no onerous cleaning requirements. I really only call out the pre-visit communications because it did cause me extra stress in the lead-up to our stay, as an anxious and conscientious renter, even though I could logically understand that I was not the target audience of that kind of warning.

This was a great house in a convenient location. It has everything you need and nothing you don’t. The pool and patio was amazing. We spent more time hanging out there then we ever thought we would. We had a group of nine adults and everyone was satisfied with the stay. Would definitely stay here again! Hosts were super responsive and helpful.

This was the perfect house for our trip to Vegas. The 5 bedrooms were great so each of our 4 kids (ages 12-20) could have their own room. Kitchen was spacious and had all the pans, dishes, utensils and spices to easily cook some of our own meals. We enjoyed the shuffleboard table and the pool was awesome. Easy drive to the strip, close to the airport and in a nice neighborhood. Would recommend for your stay in Vegas!

Lovely house, clean, friendly & communicative host. It's a nice quiet residential neighborhood near Vegas, so not for loud/large parties, but was just right for us for daytime bbq's, swimming, hot tub, shuffleboard. Super easy access to airport.

House was perfect for our family. Danny was a great host. Like being close to the strip but far enough away to be out where it was very peaceful. We all had a great time.

This house is a gem! Super close to the strip and the airport yet far enough away to get a peaceful nights sleep. The pool and hot tub were perfect and the big tables inside and out were perfect size for dinner, snacks, puzzling and card games. Having 5 rooms was a huge plus as we all got our own rooms! Kitchen was great size and the fridge looked brand new and held everything we ever needed. Bonus was that we always had enough ice! Recommended for sure. Tip: Bring your Fire Stick and stream on the big tv in the living room where there is plenty of room to cozy in with a snack and watch a movie.

My extended family had a great time at this property. We made it home base for trips to Grand Canyon, Valley of the Gods, and then excursions into Las Vegas for shows and such. We loved the location and was pleased with the cleanliness and amenities. Thank you for making it so easy!!

We had a fantastic time at this great home! Danny and Mia did a great job communicating and were very responsive with any communication from us. The house was in great condition and perfect for our family of 10! Pool and hot tub were a central location for us and being heated was nice for the kids. Minutes from the strip and nice golf, would highly recommend, thank you guys for having us!

This home is in a very quiet neighborhood, close to the airport, stores and groceries and freeway accessibility. The bedrooms and bathrooms are clean with comfortable beds, large food storage and refrigerator/freezer. The pool and hot tub is the best amenities in there and our family loved it. Easy to communicate with the owner. Highly recommended!!!

The property was located in a great spot close to the airport, strip, and some off strip spots for our group to enjoy. Moreover, the house was in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Some additional pluses inside of the property are the space in the house with plenty of bedrooms and the pool and jacuzzi were fantastic! I communicated primarily with the host’s assistant, Aaron, who was great to help us drop our bags off at the property early so we could play golf. There were a few drawbacks of this place which include the shuffleboard table had no sand rendering it useless for our time. Second, there are no pool towels. In the listing it shows no pool towels and there were just enough to make it work for showers and pool. Why have a pool but no towels? Those are typical amenities in a spot like this. Next, the grill is pretty old and that matched a lot of the house just being a little tired and needing a little sprucing (dirty floors, reverse osmosis doesn’t work, toilet didn’t flush properly, etc.) Overall, we had a great time spending our annual dudes Labor Day trip in Sin City!!

Our work group enjoyed the pool after long work days. The kitchen was comfortable to cook for the group and commune in and the garage was appreciated, especially with the hot summer days. The house was very true to the description and so was the convenient location, everything so close. We definitely recomment this home!

The host was amazing. He checked on us on daily. The place was recommended by some friends and we will be sure to stay again when we return to Vegas!

I spent 5 nights here with a group of 7 friends. The space is really nice. Lots of room, comfy/functional places to sit and hang out. Shuffleboard table was a lot of fun. The owner and his assistant run a professional operation. I was a bit put off at first - had never had to tale a call with the owner of a VRBO before arriving. But after I got there I realized that they've really dialed in the management and communication parts of having a rental in Vegas. The free bottle of wine and quick responses were nice touches. Negatives were minor and fixable. The space wasn't perfectly clean when we got there, in particular parts of the floors and backyard. Poolside furniture was all quite dirty and/or broken. Overall a 5-star stay.

When we landed the property owners assistant gave me a call just to go over where everything was which was very helpful. The house was beautiful and more the able to accommodate everyone that came with me. Overall we had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. I would absolutelystay here agin when I visit.

This property is in a great location close to everything! The house and the pool were great! We would hang by the pool until mid afternoon then go out and have fun! We had 6 adults and everybody had their own space to spread out! Aaron was so easy to work with! We would definitely go back and stay again!

Nice big house that slept everyone well and as we entertained ourselves downstairs, there was plenty of space. The pool and the spa were a nice touch.

Perfect house for family. Danny was great with super communication and everything was perfect. Heat on in pool when we got there. 4 or so restaurants within a 10 minute walk im shopping plaza . Did not have to cross any roads with traffic to get there.

This was the first time that all of my 5 kids have been in the same place at the same time, and it was a very special time. The house is very nice and spacious, bedrooms are large and roomy. Perfect for our group of 10. The pool and jacuzzi was a big hit as well. I found the beds were very comfortable and roomy. The kitchen is large and easy to maneuver around in, and the bbq came in handy, and the showers are large and roomy with plenty of hot water. Danny is an absolute delight to work with, I honestly cannot say enough good things about him……We are now taking about making the reunion an annual event. Thank you so very much Danny.
