Very nice place. Patio door rollers/handle/lock need repair. My partner broke her nail trying to open the door because the rollers are broken.

The unit we stayed in was a little dated. Was not told about tv internet till we got there and had to call. Wish the owners would give you a heads up to bring beach towels coffee filter paper towels tissues it’s the little things that make it special. The pool and the landscape is beautiful and well kept. We had a good time not on the beach but was not a problem to go. Had a last minute change to my unit then got a text that they were working on pool insure these things were already on the books before I got there.

We enjoyed our stay at Pirate Bay for several reasons. The first one is that all the rooms face the bay and the beautiful pool area for this and the other adjoining Pirate Bay facilities. Also it was close to a variety of dining and entertainment options. We would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity.

Great Location
This was a nice little studio for my sister and I to share on a quick trip to Destin. We ate out for each meal but there were amenities to cook your own meals or heat up leftovers. The pool was fantastic as was the view of the harbor. Conveniently located within 15-30 min of Destin hotspots but away from the heavy tourism traffic. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was very clean and neat looking and smelling. The bed however for us way much too firm. The pull out couch bed needs replacing in our opinion. The kid would almost fall through it and they did not get much rest on it.

We lived the condo! It was in a great location and had a beautiful pool and a small beachside access which we really enjoyed. However, our car was broken into in the parking lot and my Phone, credit cards, DL, and full identity was stolen. Upon making a police report the officer informed is that there are groups of warrants that live in the woods on either side of the condo. Still dealing with the battle on the lost identity. Overall the condo was great, just make sure all of your valuables are inside with you.

Missing info. Could not reach property manager. No return call
Could not reach the property manger. When I called and left a message I got no return call. Listing said a boat slip was included but know where could I find the slip #. I finally found what I Hope was correct in the listing reviews. Also the add says plenty off boat trailer parking but the email I got before check in said absolutely no trailer parking. Tried to call and verify but like I said I got no answer or call back so I just parked my boat trailer in the lot and hoped it wouldn’t get towed while I was away. Otherwise nice place and no complaints other than the lack of information and communication which is a big deal when your worried about getting a boat and trailer towed.

Not worth the price. We would not stay there again.
The sofa mattress badly needs to be replaced. They did not supply any blankets or pillows for the sofa bed. The kitchen has two tiny burners and no oven. The handle on the sliding door was broken. The pool was great! It was clean. The area is nice and there are lots of restaurants around. However it is still a haul to get to the beach.

For what we needed for a few days, this was the perfect place. It was clean and comfortable. The pool side a little beach was relaxing. Only wished we had a boat to take advantage of the slip.

Bliss
My Husband swept me away to Ft. Walton/Destin to celebrate my birthday. This room was very peaceful. The energy of the room was a safe haven. I would recommend bringing your own linens, but the room was clean and the view was great!

Good Anniversary Getaway
We really enjoyed our stay in unit B206 ! Great views , nice pool , the marina is just beautiful and the unit is in close proximity to destin which is our" go to". The unit was nicely decorated , furnished with your basic necessities, clean and super cozy but it needs some updating such as the couch ( it's not very comfortable and definitely wore out ) and the cook top definitely needs an upgrade . Lastly we only had three sets of towels and washcloths which was disappointing due to staying two nights?? Other than that we were pleased!!!

Good for one night
The room was awesome for one night, not so much for the other nine. The room wasn't very clean, the pillows had stains on them and the bathroom was in pretty bad shape. The stove is basicly unusable and the walls are paper thin. The "laundry rooms" are outside and have things growing in them, better of going to a laundry mat. The A/C worked amazing! That was the highlight of our stay.

Fantastic place and perfect for a short getaway! Yes, it is small, but who is in the room long enough but to sleep and shower! Can not beat the price and location especially if you have a boat!
