One of Best Locations on lake ! Cozy, relaxing lake front cottage
Accogliente e affascinante cottage fronte lago con un grande cortile e molta ombra con un dolce pendio verso l'acqua. Nessuna diga, quindi puoi guadare direttamente in acqua o semplicemente guardare i piccoli giocare nel grande cortile. C'è molto spazio al molo per la tua barca. Rilassati sull'amaca vicino all'acqua o nuota, fai canottaggio o pesca dal molo. C'è un firepit con una zona salotto e un'altalena per rilassarsi o arrostire marshmellows. Situato in una baia tranquilla conosciuta localmente come "Bass Alley" per la sua grande pesca al bass. 5 piedi di acqua all'estremità del molo. Uso della canoa incluso nel prezzo. Nuovissima unità HVAC, acqua calda, lavastoviglie e microonde.

L'incantevole veranda riparata che è stata recentemente rifatta ha posti a sedere molto comodi per leggere un buon libro, ascoltare gli uccelli, sonnecchiare o semplicemente godersi la vista del lago. L'ampia terrazza offre comode aree per prendere il caffè del mattino, rilassarsi o godersi il panorama. C'è anche un grill a gas sul ponte per grigliare. Se preferisci la griglia a carbone, disponiamo di una grande griglia a carbone nel cortile laterale e di un'area salotto per la conversazione e il divertimento mentre stai grigliate.

Meravigliosa proprietà sul lago con un bellissimo scenario e alloggi spaziosi, perfetta per fughe in famiglia e weekend rilassanti. Ottimo molo, kayak, pesca, birdwatching e quartiere tranquillo. Check-in facile e host reattivi.

Property was very nice. I would have given it 5 Stars, but the cockroaches were abundant. Also the floors are not level.

Had a wonderful stay , we took the gravity chairs down by the dock. Set up the chairs under those 80 feet tall trees that provided plenty of shade . A breeze off the lake cooled it down so we spent most of the day by the Lake . I brought two Seadoos and moored them from the dock . The neighbors are nice , they will wave and stop and chat .

We had a great time at this property! Loved the dock and the cove was perfect for kayaking. Did a little fishing and bird watching too! Loved our time away from home and will stay here again!

Spend a lot of time just sitting on the dock and watching the world around us. Birds are plentiful and if you download the Merlin app you can get a feel for the shear number of species. Rented a pontoon boat nearby and spent a day on the lake. We didn’t cook anything here but could have if we wanted to. Loved the time here.

Rented this adorable lake house for GCSU parents weekend. Very clean, super homey, SO much better than a hotel! Coffee in the AM and a glass of wine on the screen porch was absolutely amazing!

This was a great location but we saw several big bugs, had some living room furniture that needed to be updated very uncomfortable. The eyes on kitchen stove did not work good. Great location!

The location can't be beat especially coming from Atlanta/I-20. Bring umbrellas if you plan to spend time on the dock as there is no shade. We had a great stay!

House was beautiful! Great layout and rooms are large. Located on "other side" of the lake but a large pontoon boat was able to get under bridge! ;) Close to everything driving wise. Boat could be an issue due to bridge height.

Great for our family - older home but updated and clean.
The house was easy to find and convenient to stores, lake access, etc. The interior has been updated a bit with newer flooring and paint but still provides that “lake house” feel. The kids enjoyed swimming off the dock, but I recommend water shoes, especially when walking on the house deck and dock areas as some of the wood is a bit weathered for small, sensitive feet.
The floors in the master crackle under foot since the house is older, and the master bed was quite loud and a bit older, so if you’re a light sleeper, that might bother you in the night. But I appreciate that the vinyl floors are new, so even though the house bones are older, the finishings are clean and have been updated!
If you cook a lot and are partial to good knives and/or cookware, you might want to bring your own if you’re staying a while. I was glad we brought our own electric skillet to make lots of pancakes, as an example. Otherwise, the basics are covered in the kitchen.
The screened porch was my favorite place to be. There were hummingbirds all over the place fighting for the feeders, so that was so enjoyable while sipping my coffee before my kids woke up in the mornings.
We had a lovely long weekend and will definitely consider staying again if we head back to Lake Sinclair.

We loved the location. We always got a quick response back from the owners which was a plus! We didn’t have any issues, but if we would have, I knew we would have gotten a quick response back! Absolutely the friendliest neighbors on one side! The house was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable! Will definitely stay again!

Lake Sonclair Retreat
The location was beautiful and close to town as reported. But got sick from all the poor indoor air quality. The house is full of artificial f lowers and plants and very very dusty. The 2nd day I got sick which required a clinic visit.The house is full of artificial plants and flowers which are coated with dust. The refrigerator and cabinets were so full of old food left by others that we had to store our dry goods on counter. The owner was responsive and said we should have called her but it was our vacation and we did not want intrusion. She offered a discount if we come back. We will not!

Peaceful lake house
The backyard was so big with nice dock and firepit. The screened in porch was perfect for enjoying the peaceful lake. We loved that it was close to the GCSU campus for our son’s graduation weekend. The owners were so helpful and easy to deal with.

Beautiful Quaint Lake House
Beautiful cozy lake home ! We had three kids all under 6 and we loved it. Master bedroom is large and very comfortable bed. Two guest rooms were perfect and kids shared the one room with two twin beds. Fireplace was a nice option and fire pit in yard is great. Big yard and dock to walk out on. Owners were extremely helpful and communication was amazing. Very easy check in and check out process. There was nothing negative about this property but I would just say if it is rainy during your stay you may want an old towel for dirty shoes and an umbrella for to and from the car. This house made our trip so easy and comfortable. 100% recommended and we will be back.

I would rate this house as a solid4.5 out of 5. Everything about it suited our needs very well - location to the college and restaurants were the biggest draws. House was neat and clean and vey comfortable. Cable TV reception ( Hulu, et al) was a bit iffy but we weren't there to watch TV. Would like to see nicer/newer bath towels. All else was very nice.

The home was nicer in person than the photos show. Home was clean and comfortable. It was have been perfect with a Keurig to be able to drink coffee on the deck.

Very pretty on Lake Sinclair
The hosts were so wonderful and accommodating even k ok erring is check in last minute a day early! Make sure you bring your own towels for boating and outside 😀 the house and porch were very nice. Thanks!

Great location on Sinclair, 10 minutes from the Boat Rental location we happened to use. Just as described, very roomy, owners were very responsive. Stayed 2 nights, no issues. Great dock, deck, and screened in porch. We will be back!!
