We stayed at the double eagle thundermoose for a snowboard trip w 6 people. The location is perfect, the hot tub rt on 4 o clock run was pretty cool after a day on the hill as well. Its about a half block to the lift or a few blocks to the gondola. It wasn’t the cheapest but we wanted a certain number of beds and convenience, and this place had it. I’d stay there again!

Great location and price for our family. The bed setup was perfect with two twins in one room and another bunk room for kids, with the adults in the queen. It is tight in the Queen room and the closet wouldn’t open so we had to put the pack n play for our infant in the living room. The hot tub was awesome but we didn’t see a pool anywhere and no pool in the handbook.

This property is in an excellent location and was a great size for us and 4 adult kids. There were just a few things that could have made it “perfect”instead of “close to perfect.” The dishwasher did not work, the fridge was way too cold no matter how much we turned it down so we lost a lot of produce to freezing, the shower handle set screw was missing so we had to be careful to not knock it off every time…a little bit of TLC on this house and it will be a 5 out of 5 every time from every guest. A 3-ring notebook with details of the property and surroundings would be a nice addition for future guests as well.

Our family recently took a ski vacation to Breckenridge. I located this rental and it was perfect. Location was excellent! We were on the 4 o clock run near town and were able to come and go as needed. Also a block or so away was Blue Sky ski rental and Snowflake lift. Walking distance to town as well. The rental had all the amenities needed and met our needs. Would recommend this place. It is on the second level so that needs to be kept in mind if one has issues climbing stairs.

We loved our spending our Christmas in Breck and loved the condo! Plenty of space, well appointed, and convenient to the snowflake lift. Only downside was that the hot water heater couldn't handle all 5 of us taking showers. We had to space it out about an hr or more in between each shower. The management company did send a tech over Christmas Morning to take a look at it and he fixed it right away. But did mention to space showers out due to the ECO setting on the unit. Also, I missed not having a washer and dryer in the unit, but this condo was conveniently located directly across from the laundry room, so that was helpful. We will definitely stay here again!

The only annoyance was having to pick up and drop off keys in person at the Summit Rental office. It’s not a huge deal, but the 0touch check in offered at other places is convenient.

We enjoyed the ski-in and ski-out location of the property. We are a family of 6. The Snowflake Lift is a half of a block walk, and the 4 O'Clock run is really fun at the end of the day. We skied/snowboarded 2 days at Breck, went snowshoeing on day 3, and then tried Vail on check-out day.

We rented A21 for a spring break ski trip and it made the trip perfect. It was clean and fit our 6 easily without using the sofa bed. The location is perfect. You are two blocks from the Snowflake lift that never has a long wait and at the end of the day you ski the 4 O'clock trail right to the parking lot. We never had to use the crowded base lifts It's also 4 blocks from the middle of Main Street for shopping and lunch/dinner. Great rental especially during crowded weeks.

Great location to ski in from the 4-O'clock run. 5 minute walk uphill to the Snow Flake Lift in the morning. Lots of space in the condo, other than the kitchen. Great hanging area for coats, helmets, etc. Would have preferred if the management company had a key pad or lock box, instead of having a key pick up and drop off.

The unit in the pictures looks extremely clean and the furniture looks new. The truth is that the carpet is quite dirty, the furniture is old, dated and has stains. Plastic bins on rollers (WalMart) are in the bedrooms for storing clothes. We think for the cost of the rental that more care should be taken to clean and have quality storage for clothes. The kitchen needed a good scrub, which we did, but housekeeping should have taken care of that. We would not rent this unit again.

Working with Summit went very well. The condo, however, is somewhat dated and the rooms were smaller than expected. I have rented much better condos in Breck with better value. The dining furniture is old and one of the chairs was falling apart. Also, the beds were not the most comfortable. It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with places and utensils. A DVD player would also be good a good addition to the unit.

Place was great and as described. The only complaint I had was that there was no sugar for our coffee in the morning, the pans that we used to cook breakfast were dirty and we did not have sponges to wash any pots/pans. Would have given 5 stars for overall satisfaction but the cooking food on dirty cookware is kind of gross.

I all around was impressed with this property. The location couldn't have been better since we were walking distance from Main Street and two blocks from the lifts. The master bedroom could use a new mattress and a upgraded pull out but those would be my only complaints.

This was my first trip to Breckenridge and it was Wonderful because we had a very nice place to stay. Thank you for providing such a clean condo. Next time, I think we would like to rent something closer to the bottom of the hill due to a family member that had a problem with the elevation

Management staff seemed to just be "pushing through" at check in and check out. When we explained at check out that we were issued a condo key that didn't work on our unit, there was no apology nor acknowledgment of the mistake. Having a staff that actually cares about the customer would go a long way toward building customer loyalty!

During our week the boiler leaked causing a wet carpet, 2 of the dining room chairs fell apart, the lounge lamp table almost fell apart and the dryer wasn't working. Having said that every time we called the management team we had a great response. The property was extremely dusty. We found 2 pairs of socks under the bed and some rubbish under the bed. The rooms that had been renovated were lovely but the 2 guest rooms and some of the furniture needs updating. The location is great but overall we felt that this condo was not worth the money we paid. There was also thick ice just outside the main entrance which meant that my elderly in-laws didn't feel safe to go out.
