Location is amazing and photos don’t do the property enough credit. It’s huge! Pool and deck are awesome and there isn’t a kitchen utensil or appliance that you’d be without!

Appliances could do with updating but all still working brilliantly!

Great location, with the canal at the back door with a decking for lounging and fishing off of. It was so peaceful and quiet. The villa is very nicely decorated and each room is very spacious, especially the master and its large en-suite. We loved the kitchen and the pool. Absolutely no complaints about the house. The nearest restaurants are approx 5 mins drive away , or 20 mins walk, at the Westin Marina. Downtown Cape Coral is a short drive. If you visit Cape Coral I'd recommend a trip (or numerous trips) to Sanibel and Captiva Islands which are beautiful.

I can't think of anything important. If I had to be pickey then perhaps a couple of kayaks would have been fun.
