We spent a lot of time cooking meals together and spending time on the back deck. The view over the lake, especially at sunset was gorgeous. We used both pull-outs and it was very comfortable. The kitchen had all the cooking utensils we needed and the owners’ instructions were clear and easy.

The property was spectacular. The view of the lake was beautiful, you could not beat the sunrise and sunset views. The owner was very responsive and was very welcoming. You felt very secluded, but was very close to anything you may have needed. Prairie Creek Marina was 10 minutes from the property and offered a restaurant as well, food was good. Lots of places to fish long banks which was very close to the property, as well swim beaches. Definitely 10/10 and would recommend the property. The property had lots of room and beautiful deck to look at those lake views.

Mark’s home on the lake was more than we imagined! It was very well appointed, clean and with an awesome enclosed porch overlooking the lake and deck. There’s nothing he overlooked. Very close to Roger’s and Bentonville but with a quiet getaway feel. We’ll definitely be back!

This was a perfect spot for visiting multiple cities. The house was clean and communication was clear. We just wish we could have gotten to the water. There was no access. The parking was a little bit of a struggle since we all drove separate. It served its purpose and we enjoyed our trip!

The property is fantastic, much better than the pictures. The owners are friendly and very responsive, we locked ourselves out and they had us back in within minutes.
Everything was clean, welcoming and well stocked. Comfortable beds and furniture and no unreasonable cleaning asks like some VRBO's. Just run the dishwasher and take out the trash.
The best part of the house is the 4 seasons room and the view of the lake. The perfect place to have your coffee or a cocktail. My only complaint is the driveway but it's not that big of a deal.

We came to the area to drive the Arkansas dragon and the pig trail. House was exactly where we needed to be. Perfect location, neat and clean, comfortable beds and living area. Host suggested restaurants in area. Complete kitchen for us to use. We very much enjoyed our extended weekend. Highly recommend.

The house was just great! Clean and everything you would need. The view of the lake from the deck was just breath taking. We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the early morning and evenings. The neighborhood was very quiet, and the neighbors would always wave when we went by. It was close to everything we wanted to see. We want to plan another trip again some time. 5 stars all the way!!

We loved the house. It has everything you could want. Great views of the lake and easy access to Rogers and Bentonville. Mark was so amazingly responsive. We felt welcomed and as valued guests.

My wife and 2 teen kids stayed for 5 nights. House was clean, beds were comfortable and had good internet access. Good communication with owner. Will definitely think about staying here again.

Great location between Eureka Springs and Bentonville, also near War Eagle mill and cavern. Wonderful views of Beaver Lake while relaxing on the deck. Home is very clean and well furnished, everything one needs in the kitchen for meal preparation. Very welcoming atmosphere. Host was very responsive and gave clear information for the property. Very highly recommended this home for a relaxing lake vacation.

This was our third trip here with same retired group, and we plan to continue this annual tradition to visit our Beaver Lake friends. The views from back deck are amazing and check-in/check-out procedure is so easy. This place is fully stocked, everything you need for the “comforts of home”. Mark is (and always has been) accommodating and quick to answer any questions or concerns. Life is short; take that trip!😎
