Great Views, Quiet Neighborhood, Comfortable Living & Pet Friendly!
Fantastiche vedute sul SW su una cresta alberata a 6 miglia dal centro di Cedar City. Tutti i lotti di quartiere sono proprietà di più acri di fascia alta. Strade tranquille, wifi, due televisori, barbecue, garage. I cani addestrati in casa, amichevoli e che non infastidiscono i vicini sono i benvenuti. È necessario ottenere l'approvazione se più di 1 cane! La casa è su due livelli: 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni al piano superiore e 1 camera da letto e bagno al piano inferiore. Il letto nella camera da letto principale è king size e gli altri due letti sono full size. C'è anche un divano letto matrimoniale al piano di sotto. Tutte le stanze ricevono molta luce naturale. Una scelta ideale per 4 a 6 persone.
NOTA: non è presente la TV via cavo o satellitare. Tuttavia, ci sono un certo numero di stazioni ricevute attraverso l'antenna e c'è Roku.

The house was everything we were looking for. Wayne was an excellent host with excellent communication. Sadly half of our group flaked on us last minute, which meant more space for those of us that did show. The view was amazing, we could even see my parents placefrom the deck. Check-in amd check-out were really simple. Would definitely stay here agai.

This property was the perfect place for 5 adults to both gather together and spread out as needed. It's a short drive to town but far enough away to feel like a retreat with stunning views, breezy sunsets from the deck, and a quiet lovely neighborhood for stretching our legs and getting the dogs out.

We really enjoyed the views from the large windows throughout the entire house. This was a very comfortable place to stay. The decorations were interesting to see. This was an extremely clean and well organized place. The house manual was very complete. The quiet and safe neighborhood made our daily walk very enjoyable. We really enjoyed our stay.

Summer Trip
Gorgeous view of the valley with thunderstorms moving along the opposite mountain range every day! We loved sitting on the deck enjoying the weather. The house was nice and clean.

Everything we needed!
Great spot, clean and spacious. Perfect for a family of four. Kitchen was well stocked. A little over an hour to the national parks but the drives are easy and scenic.

Beautiful property close to everything yet in the hills
Wayne and Fran are excellent hosts. I've never seen a kitchen as well stocked. The downstairs is like a separate apartment. For a trip down memory lane, check out the vinyl collection. Convenient shopping in Cedar City and close to Zion, Brice, other parks and scenic rides. We loved our stay but could have done without the snow. Thanks

Wonderful!
This was the perfect place for our visit to Cedar City to celebrate our daughter's college graduation. Wayne's home was clean and comfortable for our family (myself, husband, two adult daughters and one senior dog) and had everything we needed. Would rent again for the sunsets from the back deck alone!

Excellent views
Excellent views of the mountain range and sunset. Quiet, nice neighborhood. Clean, spacious. Very well maintained and stocked. We found everything one could need at home. Good value for a large family/group. 10 minutes to shops/food, 1 hr to Zion.

Felt very safe and comfortable home and in this neighborhood
We are delighted with this property. It was very clean and comfortable. Beautiful hillside location with big sky views from many rooms. At first we balked at the nightly rate, but after arriving and seeing the property we realized it was a great value. The whole downstairs is its' own separate unit, with a bedroom, bathroom, a pullout couch and a conventional sofa. Upstairs features a master bedroom/bath and another bedroom with a queen bed and additional full hallway bath. so the unit sleeps 8+ people. perfect for families traveling together. The amenities were adequate: , cable TF, Netflix, endless views, a jacuzzi tub in the master bath. Ideally The beds could be less firm (my only complaint). Perhaps mattress toppers would improve the comfort The cedar city locale is convenient to local National Parks. Our dog was welcome and enjoyed the vacation too!

AWESOME HOME
We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again! The house is comfortable, super clean and has everything most would need to feel at home. The views from the windows and deck are top notch and the neighborhood was super quiet with the occasional dog bark and morning rooster.

Great views, spacious home 10 min from downtown
We really enjoyed our stay here. We come to cedar city all the time and this was a great alternative to the hotels and B&Bs that are right around SUU. The pictures really don't do the property justice. This is a place for people who are looking for luxury defined by gorgeous views, cozy sofas, a nice stereo system and pretty much every record Fleetwood Mac ever made. :) The house has a wrap-around deck and tons of windows that look out over the whole valley. The kitchen, dining room and living room are one big room, which was nice for hanging out all together while we were there. The basement has a bedroom, bathroom, second sitting g room and wet bar. Our young adult kids enjoyed having a separate space.

Beauty all around
From the aptly named Panorama Drive, through day trips to visit the many incredible national parks, and finishing with several shows at the Shakespeare Festival, this home was a perfect spot for a relaxing and inspiring week. The spacious and beautifully decorated home offered everything we needed. We enjoyed some time and lovely breeze on the porch, with beautiful sunsets, rainbows, and gathering clouds and distant lightening over the valley. We borrowed the cooler for day trips and appreciated the well equipped kitchen. The college town has many charms, and we found some favorite places to eat. Many thanks for sharing this home!

Quiet location with great views
We enjoyed our time here. The house was well stocked, clean and had plenty of space for a family of 4. Bryce was 2 hour scenic drive away and Zion was within 1 hour. There were also parts of Zion that were closer. House had everything we needed and the sunset view was amazing!

Great vacation.
We rented it for a month. This property is really well maintained and very well appointed. The views from the house are awesome. Our communications with the owners and property manager was wonderful. We recommend it very highly.

Close proximity to Cedar Breaks National Monument, Brian Head Ski Resort, & Kolob Canyons. A Great place to Vacation and Relax!

We had a good time in Cedar City. Owners were prompt and very friendly. House was clean, kitchen well stocked and bedroom comfortable. Deck had great view. Furniture could use an upgrade.

Privacy, plenty of room and stunning view!
This property is in a neighborhood of custom homes on large lots. The home is immaculate and offers a variety of focal points for gathering. The front drive is massive, large upper deck, upstairs and downstairs living rooms and nice rear yard.

this was a great place to stay for the 19 days i visited the area. Plenty of room, great views in a nice quiet upscale neighborhood only a 10 minute drive to town. Highly recommended.

Beautiful view!
This house was very clean, quiet and had a beautiful view with outstanding sunets! The kitchen was very well stocked. Wayne was very helpful in answering questions and giving suggestions for local hikes. We chose to hike/explore Kanarraville Falls. It was cold but absolutely beautiful and well worth it!
